I feel the same way. Marriage isn't about God - It's about love. Governments should have no say in what people think and do. It's just not their place. Can you stop love from striking? It's just another "act against God" to all those stupid politicians. If I were on the board (which I'm not) I would argue for it. People should have a choice about who they love. With all the people getting sex changes and falling in love within their own sex, don't you think the government should adapt to it instead of covering it up? What government is ashamed of its own people so much that it'll hide relationships between them to "save face". Yet another reason I hate being young with no say in anything. So many of my friends and those I don't know deserve better. They're little more than prisoners with a broken heart. This shouldn't be.And no offense, but I don't really like the Bible. I'm Hindu and I look through it. Psalms and psalms and psalms. No dates, no real proof. For all we know, the people in it could be false. This is true of all ancient religious books. You don't know who wrote it, but it becomes the basis of so much.

It looks like the character's health bar.

My website is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. And my CMS is very easily intregrated into my site. I'm pretty good with PHP and MySQL if you want me to help you. Cutenews is by far the easiest and it's very useful. Plus I love World of Warcraft to an unheard of extreme.

I'm a city girl, tried and true. Snow came again on December 24th - so anything can happen. I adapt to warm climates and I'm better suited in warmth than cold because I tend to get colds easily. If I had to move into the middle of Nebraska or something, I would die from withdrawl.

Say "i Love You" In 100 Different Languages
biscuitrat replied to spirit_valley's topic in General Discussion
I can confirm the Latin, the Tamil, the Kannada, and the English . The rest have already been confirmed. -
I'm addicted to the internet, the piano, singing, my CD player, all sorts of music. Also to my dog and all animals, writing, sketching, pink, and stuffed animals. I can't go in the car or on a trip without my CD player and I get kind of depressed if I can't sing because I'm sick. Also, World Of Warcraft, but lately I haven't had time to play

I'm afraid of hurting myself or getting hurt, afraid of change, afraid of loss. But my most normal phobia is fear of the dark. Although I don't require a nightlight or anything to go to sleep, I don't like waking up and having everything dark. I also don't like partially open doors. If a door is slightly open, it makes me feel weird. I'll close it all the way and go back to what I'm doing. I'm proud to say I'm not afraid of animals (I love them all!). I can tolerate reptiles and insects alike. I may severely dislike certain creatures but it's not a phobia of mine. Come on, I grew up in Houston and India. You've got to be used to bugs by then!

Well, I Was Screwing Around With Imageready.... And I got this
biscuitrat replied to Music's topic in Art & Creativity
I like the music one. Very nice Especially Vash the Stampede. -
Hahaha. I'd love to see that. I love Houston because I've lived here all my life. Of course, if you check with me in about 4 years, I might not say that anymore. I severely dislike change but I love going wild. I'm a paradox, you could say.

I'm Ranjani. Heya! I love art (as in free-hand art) but not the classes. I hate classes that teach you how to be creative because I think it's something inherent. I love English, Latin, World Geography, History, Biology...anything except Algebra because my teacher is very annoying, games...ok, I'm going to cut if off there before I reiterate my profile. I'm an intelligence loving 14 year old in Houston, and I'm proud to say: I have a life off the internet however small it may seem

Awesomeness. He also never got married although he'd had several love interests. Kind of makes you feel sorry for the guy But he produced some of his most brilliant music when he was deaf.

I love Texas. It has everything I'd ever want

Or "that" if you'd prefer...

You can say kind of. I drop in every now and then - but not too often.
-
Then it should be ok. I got mine earlier this year because I was entering high school and I would need it for band trips, Latin club meetings, emergencies. I don't have to pay for mine, but I rarely use up my minutes. My brothers didn't get theirs till they went to college so I feel kind of lucky. It's just the busy world we live in today.

Very nice! I love the colors. Sage green has always been a pretty color to me. Very neat, no obvious visual errors or error messages. Good job

Your All-time Worst Book Your all-time worst book
biscuitrat replied to electriic ink's topic in General Discussion
I didn't really like Watership Down but that's because I don't like Richard Adam's style. I've read a lot of bad books...but I can't think of any at the moment... -
It's a fad, I guess

You guys both look stretched. Resize the pictures and maybe feather your heads out or something. It's kind of amateurish.

You can't give yourself points, and I wouldn't recommend it. Reputation is because other people think you did something that helped them - giving yourself points would only boast your ego and you'd have a ridiculous number of points you didn't deserve. So if I ever catch you making a good post (which you probably already have, but I feel too lazy to go back and find them), I'll give you a reputation point. Help out people, post useful things (or funny things), start good debates: all of that will get you reputation.

I use this for my users: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Very easy to install, very easy to use. Very powerful. I think that's kind of what you're looking for...

Other Hosts That We Hate and like to rag on and flame
biscuitrat replied to aerin's topic in The Vent
I used to use Crosswinds which switched to paid hosting. So for one year, I was forced to pay $11 even though I didn't use the website after that. Then I switched to Geocities and I was actually not too angry about it. It was easy to use but didn't have any CGI or other necessities like that. I used remotely hosted scripts for a long time. Then I found Frostyhost. They IMed me 10 minutes after I'd applied, and were very friendly...up until they started posting that it was mandatory to <- snipped -> They had pretty slow correspondence, and their site was always a bit disfunctional. Then they announced they had shut down because the stress was too much. If they had for once thought of member support like these forums, they wouldn't be in that trouble. So I got my stuff backed up, and went scouring for another host. That's when I found Psend which I wasn't satisfied with. And there was Xisto, golden beacon on a trail of woes. And that's why I'm here posting needlessly long histories of my website's life.}}}}}} -
I'm 14 - turned 14 about 6 months ago, and I'm 6 months from being 15 Started web design when I was in 6th grade (11), had two years of it from 7-8th grade, and I'm going to run for Webmaster of the Texas Junior Classical League site soon. Freshman in highschool. Anything else you want to know? :DStars13, about your parents paying for everything. I'm at the point in life (and you'll be there too) where you want to be independent. I want a job, I want a car, I want to be in charge of myself. And my parents let me choose what courses I want to take. I would rather pay my own bills (providing I can afford them) than make my parents pay.
