Hahaha, I love that episode. Hell, I love any Scrubs episode :DI'm a bonafide righty. Anything you stick in my left hand will fall right back to the ground. If I'd worked at it when I was little, I'd be a lot better about it. But since I play piano, my left hand's slowly becoming independent and soon...soon we'll see if I can make myself ambidextrous

Suggestions For Computing Host as requested by Qpaque
biscuitrat replied to no9t9's topic in Web Hosting Support
The flash intro isn't necessary - it's slow loading on slow computers and users usually just want to get in and out of their site, not see how pretty it can be. Plus, the host doesn't have to be pretty to be good. It's just eye-candy. Most people, if they have to decide between two similar hosts will pick the one that looks better or has a better name :/ -
What I didn't like is how each of the three levels were the same things, only a bit harder, pretty much. Going back and forth through quests was pretty boring. And the towns were a letdown. I was picturing Baldur's Gate towns - a pain to render, but very awesome! And, over vacation, my brothers didn't log into my account to save my character and my 3 mules died, laden with runes, jewels, and unique sets, and my Javazon fell to her death while trying to get her 5th SOJ

Not only the trailers are amazing. The whole game has at least 10,000 years of story behind it and the GUI is beautiful and functional - simple for starters or quick for advanced players. The world is beautiful, the zones are huge, and you can level up anyway you want to. Plus, the interactions are awesome!

Looking For An Ancient Game Once upon a forrest

Yelp! I loved that movie (still do) and it's part of my collection. Never knew there was a game based on it though. Try an E-Bay auction. -

Hosting Account Suspended. something wrong within this email
biscuitrat replied to LuciferStar's topic in Web Hosting Support
Yours must have been filtered by junkmail. Mine was, but yes, I got an e-mail from MANAGEMENT in big capital letters. Two in fact. They e-mail when your account is suspended and then when it's unsuspended. -
It's ok, I guess. It doesn't seem like a very sinister picture, and the inner bevel on the text looks kinda strange. A better font than Chiller (and there are loads out there) would be more adequate.

Let me link you to a little something called the ad-codes section for the ads. So long as you link back, you shouldn't have any trouble.

Oh that's hilarious...to the point of me marvelling about how stupid people get by in the world if they're completely computer-illiterate.

It's "ambidextrous" and Gamecube controllers have the buttons on the right side, and joystick on the left. N64 had it in the middle, easily accessible by both hands. Lefties shouldn't have trouble writing. They sell left handed spirals, or better yet, right on loose-leaf. I'm working myself to ambidexterity but it's a lot harder than it seems. I'm still not quite good enough to write a term paper with my left hand but it's definitely a lot more legible than it was. And about the sports - baseball can be especially good for ambidexterity.

-You can use either a subdomain (yourname.trap17.com) which is what works for some people, but you can get a domain if you want to kinda express your individuality. Or you can register and buy one, but I wouldn't do that unless you're planning on keeping it. And we all know that our domain names change fast when we change our sites! -It's instantaneous. I dipped into negatives (it was scary ) and I brought it up to about 12 and it activated. Now, I would suggest getting 7-10 credits at least so you have some room to move around, or if only to keep your account active, try to post every day or every few days.

RPGs (Baldur's Gate), MMORPGs (WOW), Strategy/RPG (WC/Diablo/Starcraft), Action/Adventure/Fantasy (Zelda), whatever genre Eternal Darkness falls into (FPS?)

Visit my website here and let me know what you think of the navigation. It's kind of clunky but it works for me. I used to have 70+ pages and I just made an indented vertical text menu. Horizontal is NOT good for pages that have a lot of links unless you can hide them! Remember, Horizontal is a line like this : -----, and vertical is a line like this: | I remember liking the tree. It's better to have functionality than prettiness, and you can always work on that later.

Suggestions For Computing Host as requested by Qpaque

And also to look professional, I would suggest taking out the :: or []before and after each heading. Maintain a singular stylesheet so that the colors don't look odd, and don't change colors and font sizes as sporadically. Make sure there's no redundant or oxymoronic information, and make a chart comparing the different types of hosting plans. The right column which begins with "Our servers are located..." has a picture that links to a link that doesn't exist on the page. [ Package 3 is our main <u>DEFUALT</u> Package ] - It's spelled "default" I think no9t9 covered most everything.EDIT // Most of this applies to Xisto - I went there by accident . However, the first paragraph works for Xisto - Web Hosting. -
Make a backup in Cpanel and send the .tar.gz compressed folder to your new account and unzip it. Everything should be as you left it.

I use Dreamweaver's code view. It was free for me. I absolutely hate Frontpage. It's so clunky and ugh...I would sooner use Notepad than deal with that again.

Gladiator, the LOTR series, Eternal Sunshine, Prince of Egypt, Braveheart, a lot of Disney movies. I like epics and fun films :DPirates was OK. It was funny, but it doesn't really reach my top 10.

Zelda Ocarania Of Time that forever old game
biscuitrat replied to carrot's topic in Computer Gaming
Ocarina of Time was my favorite game growing up. It took me a few times to beat Gohma (I was 7 and had very few fine motor skills ) but after that, I loved it. I adore the archery challenge at the Gerudo Fortress and the poes in the Forest Temple. The Floor and Wall Masters in the Shadow Temple always freaked me out, but it was the easiest temple. Water Temple...that was a different story. All the times I had to change the water level, I did it at random. But the best part about it is I didn't use a guide. I think that's a cheap way of playing and it's better to explore and find things out for yourself And of course, the music is very catchy! -
I'm a staunch Nintendo supporter and the DS is so fun to use! Feel the Magic is a crazy crazy invigorating addicting game.

Why Do Women Go Insane Over The Toilet Seat?
biscuitrat replied to Dodger's topic in General Discussion
My response to that would be that the bottomside of the toilet seat is kind of grungier than the top side, and also, my brothers never put it down or clean it. It's usually my mom or myself. It's not that you're about to fall in or anything, it's probably just the sanitary part of it. We women just like it down! -
I would tell your dad first off. Then, let an authority figure know. Don't start anything because you never know if you can stop it or if it'll go out of control. If you punch him, he can only punch you back and say that you started it. And we don't want you to get in trouble. I was in 8th grade not too long ago, and believe me, if they don't mature then, they'll never mature in high school. A continuous ring of pranks on each other will never end. You can try talking it out, or ignoring him. I mean, if someone threw snow at me (which we don't really see very often in Houston) I would probably ignore it. Show them you're strong, but nonviolently. If he hits you or makes fun of you when you haven't done anything, he's a coward and he has low self esteem (health class...you've taught me much). Just ignore the guy and he'll go away. And if he doesn't, ask one of your teachers to throw him out of a window "amicably" if you must. Best if you don't do the violence yourself

You mean one where you insert images and then copy the code or something? I'm not following.Dreamweaver lets you see it in "Design View" which is how I view my final product. Code view is just that: seeing your site's bare bones. You could insert the images in design view and mess around with it and save it as a .htm, .html, .php, .shtml, or whatever...if that's what you mean.

I adore Firefox. I'm never looking at IE with a smile ever again. This is so much easier. Tabbed browsing, absolutely no escaping pop-ups, the themes, the right click options, everything is so much more perfect than any browser I've ever used. Plus, it's fast, easy to use, and it's people friendly. What more could you want?
