I have been speaking with the Quicksilver Forums development team lately, and they told me that the server keeps a global error log in the server because they can't find the error logs in my forum directories. So, I'm wondering, can any of the admin take the error log from my account and give me a copy? My host account is anyente. Thanks, xboxrulz

  8. I agree, however, I do own a XBOX 360, that Microsoft is a large copy-cat. Heck, the Windows operating system has historically be a copy of MacOS. It works like it, it almost feels like it, but the difference is that it is still based on DOS ideology.xboxrulz
  9. As long as you have Windows installed first, then you don't need to reinstall anything.I always recommend SuSE because it is highly stable, customizable, easy to use and configure and most of all, you will not run into any problems which Debian based distribution like Ubuntu faces. Which is, software incompatibility due to the hectic DEB package system.xboxrulz
  10. Mafamba Team, he already said that he's using Windows XP.xboxrulz
  11. well, technically, many of you might not consider this as a computer, but I do, it outperforms some of the computers listed here: It is my gaming machine, VOIP and my DVD player all in one xboxrulz
  12. it is odd that only the 900MHz range have problems. Did you try SuSE Linux 10.1? The new version should fix what the old one failed at fixing...xboxrulz

  16. well, when you shut down, your computer should be able to automatically switch off its power. Therefore, really, there's no need in need shutdown times being boosted.xboxrulz
  17. JBuilder is an OK IDE but it's just not flexible enough like NetBeans or Eclipse.xboxrulz
  18. I think the most important part is not shutdown, it is booting up the machine.xboxrulz
  19. it's best to use Novell SuSE Linux because Novell has ditched their old NetWare Operating System. If you don't want to try that, you should try putting in a light OS like FreeDOS, if you want DOS like command system and/or drivers.xboxrulz
  20. Apparently, I only see Fedora Core and Windows XP breaking patches. I've also seen MacOS X patches breaking the system on "illegal hardware" (which is fully understandable and not used for any excuse). So, i don't know. I use SuSE Linux 10.1 and none of the patches have broken my install or caused more exploits. xboxrulz
  21. well, there are no such thing as a COMPLETELY SAFE operating system ever existed, so really, there's not that much to prove.xboxrulz
  22. Nightfox, that's why I said technically I knew they didn't really. Microsoft is only good at marketing, not programming xboxrulz
  23. My favourite, of course would be Mozilla Firefox, it runs on all the OSes I run on.xboxrulz
  24. well, technically they rewrote the whole entire operating system. As per the drivers, yes of course they don't work, they just implemented a new driver architecture. The drivers that don't conform with the architecture won't work.xboxrulz
