Your Email Client Which one you like best???

Have you ever heard of IncrediMail? It's great fun + is quite good. Never had any problems with it.But I think the best one has to be Mozilla Thunderbird!

I love my gmail. I don't use the email clients software because I don't like having emails on my computer that people can look through. Well for people trying to snoop around because I did that once to myslef. lol. And webmail is just easier to use. And gmail doesn't delete anything. But i'm fearful that gmail might delete stuff when they shut down their email service. That's a possiblity but its not likely. But before gmail i used webmail in combination with Microsoft Outlook. I didn't like outlook it caches stuff.

I choose "Yahoo Webmail, why? Because it alows you to search your E-Mail like GMail (the only thing I like about it) It gives me 3 Gigabyte storage space. It has comprehensive spam filters. It has thorough virus filtering for attachments, and I trust them more than other services, they are the only one yet to be related with a virus in some way, Google had Santy.a and Santy.b, MSN has tons of MSN Messanger virus's, Outlook Express can be infected by Trojans, and Mozilla Thunderbird is glitchy for me, and gets messed up whenever FireFox has a new exploit. If I had to pick "other" I would choose Xisto's E-Mail with the Horde-Mail, I know, it's just as unsafe as others, but... See, I love all of those except Outlook - but Hotmail is just more convenient for me. I have a Gmail and I should love it because of all the storage it has. But I subscribe to everything from my hotmail almost without thought. Hotmail is really slow and clunky, but something about it clicks. I plan to be a Gmail convert quite soon however.

i love gmail. iT gives u 2.5gb of free space and still growing. NO ADS on there wat so ever only little text/news lines. very nice. They sell these accounts on ebay. BUT:If any want a gmail account I have 50 invatations, just PM me and i give u an invite :rolleyes:jerry

If you're into mnaula customization, then being your own email service provider would be the best, you already have that built into your cPanel account. There's horde, neomail, and squirlmail.

I voted for MSN hotmail because I usually dont get any big e-mails and because it is attached to the instant messenger.And because when someone asks my email and i say whatever@hotmail.com then they know I have MSN instant messenger.Gmail is my second choice though

Gmail is great because t's really fast, even on a *gasp* dialup connection! the fact that it offers over 2GB space doesn't hurt, either.

I like Yahoo too, I use YIM above all messengers, MyYahoo is my homepage (I like having comics and weather stuff and maps and news stories all on one page ), and the email service is more then adequate for me. I just wish it would learn to save my password so I don't have to type it in every time (and I have changed the settings several times but it doesn't do anything). I've tried MSN mail, Hotmail, and Outlook, and don't like any of them. I'm content to keep using Yahoo's.

My favorite client is Mutt - it's a text-based console app. which means that,1. I can control everything with my keyboard2. it's fast3. only shows the text (ignoring anoying colors and fonts)besides that it is highly customizable, handles threaded messages very good, and supports both POP3, IMAP and PGP/GPG.I also have Thunderbird installed, and it's is my absolute favorite of the non-console-based clients.Of the web-based email clients I think Yahoo and GMail are both very good. In contrast to Hotmail, which really sucks: it's very limited in both message/inbox size and functionallity.

I suppose we have to make some distinction between webmails and the others. I use Microsoft Outlooks to open my lycos accounts, but I?m thinking in changing to Mozilla Thunderbird.In webmails, I hate hotmail, and love yahoo... very fast. I use gmail also, and it?s alright because of the great capacity.

My personal favorite e-mail client is Mozilla Thunderbird for a few reasons:

1. Few security holes

2. Stylish inference

3. Its just as good as Outlook but free

4. It has good spam filters

5. You don't need to use plain text

6. Since messages are stored on your computer there is no space limit

7. I can read and compose messages online

Like most people, my favourite is Gmail. But my main email is still hotmail, only because I've used it for a long time and I'm to lazy to switch. And yeah.. Gmail is a lot faster than hotmail..Yahoo mail is not bad either, but I don't like it as much because its not very efficient with this spam filter... I get too much junk mail in yahoo.. but then again it could be because the junk mail I get is chinese.. But yeah.. Gmail wins for me for its speed and big storage space and easy to use interface.
