  1. All I know about this is that if you fast-forward the video of the men bouncing on the moon, it then looks as if it was normal. Anyways anythings possible, personally I think that it's a fake, because if they were up on the moon in the 60's why not go up there every now and then since the 60's. 40 years and no other landings, thats boring. And then there is another plan to go up in 2020. Maybe then It won't be faked.
  2. Expected Result. This is a horrible tragedy, but it was unlikely that it could have been prevented. Sorry for anyone's loss.
  3. I'm on the computer every day, unless on a family holiday, even then I have a laptop. I'd say for me highly unlikely. I'd doubt that I would be able to do anything. Cause everything related to talking, gaming, tv, socializing and other stuff is done on the computer for me. I wish it wasn't like that but why would you say no. Since I got a new computer I am on all the time, making cs maps, playing cs, making websites, on Xisto, on myspace/facebook, msn, and youtube. If you think about it the only things that don't require a computer, is eating, sleeping and going to the toilet + shower. My max days without a computer would be 4, and thats it. No way that I can have a life without a computer. or Internet
  4. It is a shame you have lost your way :lol:My I say go play some Counter-Strike Source, it will help you re-enter the gamers world. Anyways I'm an extreme-hardcore gamer only when I get the chance, last years of school approaching so that will change soon. But I know everything about tech and games, and I consider myself a Extreme Professional at Counter Strike Source. I know how every aspect of the game works, I mod for the engine, I map for the game, I create skins [not so much] and I have many techniques for all weapons x 2.So yes I'm hardcore, but that is been recently restricted but soon I'll get back to it. :XD: Hope you do aswell
  5. If you really want to know I live in Melbourne, Australia. I won't give you the precise location because you know why ;D
  6. I have this problem all the time. Vista seems to take alot of temporary data and stuff like that. And many unneeded processes. Normally I look at tweaking websites. Just Google something like 'Vista 64-bit tweaks'
  7. It wouldn't surprise me that its true. Although if you were attacked you really can't do anything.
  8. Sorry very easy to explain.A tropical cyclone pulls the fish from the sea and then they are dragged to that town, in my opinion it would be that same town by coincidence. So there you have it. WAIT although I can't explain why they fall and still live, but then they die from lack of water. meh... probably fish are strong or something ?
  9. Find out exactly what you are trying to delete. And once you know what it is, install this: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ And delete those files from there directory that they are in.
  10. One major thing I would like to do before I die is to discover life other than the life on Earth. Space is mindbogglingly big, we are not the only forms of life, are we....?Also I'd like to visit Japan.
  11. My contention of the site is that it is unorganized and that there are way too many Forum sections. It's time for a update, no offense, but it will help the site for good. The forum script is fine its just the fact that there are unanswered posts from over 4 years ago and thats the issue. The oldest post that would be acceptable to me would be about 1 year max, after that it would be pruned or archived or deleted. I say time for a change, but ultimately up to whoever runs Xisto.
  12. I like Nokia, but I alos believe Nokia are the best. Well sound clarity it depends on how much your willing to spend on your phone. Motorola I utterly hate, because they are very incompatible with alot of universal devices and software, their bluetooth is glitchy and alot of other things.
  13. Different OS's on the same comp comes down to ur specs. If you have a slow/old computer its not a recommendation even if you have the hdd space. But if your specs are good and it's all fast and you have lots of RAM then you''ll have no worries. I recommend having separate partitions, as it will make life easier.
  14. The main idea is to be as clear and specific as possible and put an appropriate priority. I always get a response that is helpful within 12-18hrs for all my support tickets and questions, even if the question was something small. The help/support system is the best I have seen so I strongly disagree at your idea that it needs to be improved. If I rate it on a scale of 1-10 it would be 10.
  15. The i7 is still for gamers. Alot of gamers get it cause of the 8 cores lol
  16. Evryone who wants to get more out of Google Earth, cause it does tend to get a bit boring, go to http://www.gearthhacks.com/ and signup and, then you'll be able to find hidden surprises throughout the world. Includes free kmz files, map overlays, and i think some 3d models. Although try this out, see what you think.
  17. You must be getting my "hypothesis" wrong, my theory is that there is a different variation, not a universe for every second. Sorry sometimes my brain won't work properly.I guess I was thinking in the way of time travel (well the theory of it) in which you travel back say 5 years, the time you left is still existent but now without you. And if you were to change something in the 5 years ago, then your time that is with the current you will change. So ultimately it means you cannot or it is highly unlikely to enter your past time that you first existed in. So that if you were to jump back to the time you did exist in then it would be different, because of that change you made (eg. you killed your pet snake). Changes could be minuscule or huge, and could be to your liking or not. So I referred my theory of dimensions on this. Basically those changes cause the potential of different realities/universes/dimensions to exist. Hope I stimulated your imagination or "theories"
  18. Ok also may I add something creapy, that if anyone has played the game Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, then you'd be familier to what I'm talking about. Although the dates in game are close to the dates of the completion date of the SIP at Reactor 4. I myself find this as just a theory and improbable although it is good an interesting to think about. The real end of the world, will happen definitely in approximately 5.5 Billion Years. That's when our solar system Sun starts to die.
  19. I believe that the world will end late 2012, although my theory is different. It envolves the accident of Chernobyl, which is in Ukraine near the border of the formally known USSR [now Russia]. Reading through my Physics book I discovered a page on the accident at Chernobyl. It states the whole accident and what had cause the horrific event, mainly human error. Although it then goes on to explain a shelter project (SIP - Shelter Implementation Project). This shelter had started progress of construction in August, 2007 and is planned for completion in late 2012. Now the sarcophagus of Reactor 4 has been seal although has now been leaking radiation recently, this is why the new shelter is been built. Once the shelter is complete then crews will then start to dismantle Reactor 4 and the remains of Radioactive waste in Reactor 4. My theory is that in the process of this dismantle progress, which is due after the shelter is complete, something will either happen or go wrong. The radiation under that area will still be active, once tapped into for removemal anything can happen. So thats it, we wait and see.If anyone agrees or wants to add or criticize this thoery, please go ahead....
  20. The Best one out at the moment is "Burnout: Paradise" It envolves Burnout game fun with Cars and Motorbikes, And the graphics are very. very good.
  21. Time is "Today, 11:03 AM" so yeh . I guess thats coordinating with my GST Time settings
  22. Definitely go for "PhpBB3" if you have no money. But if you are willing to pay go for Invision Power Board [iPB], as you can see Xisto is using it and it's a superb script. Only trouble is that it's over $250, i think, or close to that price. But I'd prefer phpbb3, because I don't have money either. LOL PhpBB3 offers a easy to use forum, with easy management system, and a huge modding community, with heaps of skins.I will not recommended SMF [simple machines forum] as I don't like it, partly cause it looks messy and that I don't like the ACP. So yeh, thats my advice
  23. Recently got new comp, and installed Windows 7. All games that I have installed have worked, except for Stalker: Clear Sky "bummer" so yeah. Even steam works. Also Games that are highly compressed. Argh, when my comp gets slow, Ill just put XP. "Tweaking Heaven" I actually can get XP to run on 26 processes, that's is when Firefox and Photoshop are running, just Excellent. Oh XP I see as lasting another 2 years, that's my prediction
  24. In my opinion Dragons are only a myth.I'd say it was made up during Medieval times just as a folktale to scare people from ever going out or visiting a certain location. Well that's an interesting tactic to use. As we know alot of the people in charge during Medieval times were up themselves, they pretty much liked to decapitate people for lets say accidentally bumping into someone of higher authority. So lets say one of those higher class people may have told stories to peasant to scare them from going near other people with authority and that they could release dragons upon them and something like that. That's something I thought of just then, anything could be possible though.
  25. May I say Windows 7 has made some improvements although it still has traits of Vista lurking in it's source code. The fact that in the Vista Architecture that many uneeded processes and services ran chewing up copious amounts of RAM and making your life a living nightmare, now Windows 7 has carried on this trait although it is slightly better. Still hopefully in the final of Windows 7 we will see a fix to this in the form of a selection of services in the Installation of the OS or a scan of the computer hardware to determine what is needed. At the moment I run 48 processes in Windows 7, and all the programs I have open is Firefox and Steam [gaming program client], also Anti-virus. That is all and I see 1gb of ram usage. Luckily I have 4gb. But for people who have 1gb surely won't be using this OS and then if they did would then want to go back to XP within the hour. Guaranteed. :PAll in all Windows 7 is an improvement and we see these improvements in the Beta so I now have high hopes for the Final. Godspeed. My Rating:Overall OS: 8/10GUI: 9/10Performance Issues: 6.5/10Compatibility: 8/10, all programs I have installed work without issue. The only thing that has not worked is "Stalker: Clear Sky" game.
