As i think he likes you but man's have vary bad ego and i think some how unconsciously you have heart his ego so first of all try to think the event and once after getting the event try to take an action so that you can make him feel that he is winner( mans like being winner ) and what think there is a bigger problem that he doesn't feel comfortable with so in any case and by any how make him a winner and once when he will be winner he is going to tell you what is inside his heart.Just take your time plan some event and play the game of heart by your mind ..............best of luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not happening in US it is connected with whole world even in India most of the IT companies are service based and almost every company have majority of US clients so these companies are directly associated with US financial crisis even Indian BPO industry are under big threat they also have same majority of US clients. Employees of these companies are under great pressure as i am associated with a US manufacturing client that company is forcing us for cost cutting existence of our project is swinging between yes and no may be tomorrow morning i could found myself unallocated once a employee gets unallocated company pays him for doing nothing until that employee gets some new project and this time god knows how long these company will pay to such unallocated and as i know India's major income comes from IT company's and BPO industry's.God knows what is remaining i hope all of you know one of the top Indian IT company Satyam. Although IT looks some in some safe condition than other but i am sure if this will stay for long time this is going to affect IT vary badly.

Most of the health conscious people know that egg is good for health but it has been a big confusion till this time that which part contains more protein and which part is batter for health .First we will start with egg white. It’s common name is albumin people also call it glair/glaire It is actually cytoplasm of the egg it contains about 14.8% protein dissolved in water its main aim is to provide nutrition for the quick growth of embryo (initial stage of development of chicken) it is nearly 2/3 of total egg weight(excluding outer calcium cover).Most important thing is that more than 90% of total weight is made of water. In average 40 gram of egg white you can found 4.8 grams of protein it also contains some part of sodium and carbohydrate(nearly 20 cal.).Egg contains 40 different types of protien.main protiens are Ovalbumin, Ovotransferrin, Ovomucoid ehere (Ovalbumin, Ovomucoid) blocks digestive enzymes and Ovotransferrin helps in binding iron. It don’t contain any cloistral(good for health). Disadvantages of egg white: Over consumption of egg white could cause skin daisies mainly dry skin, red spots, fungal infections, Seborrheic dermatitis, brittle hair, Hair loss and some time total baldness. this diesis is called Biotin deficiency. As body requires vary less amount of biotin but *bottom* egg white contains large amount of biotin and regular use of egg white for long time could create excessive amount of biotin in body. But not to vary about it is easily curable by medicines (inexpensive) . Now few thinks about egg yolks: It is big misconception between people that yolks contain only cholesterol and will cause heart attack but its not true on average yolks a contain 2.7 gram of protein 4.5 g fat but only 1.6 gram is saturated and remaining would be unsaturated. So it’s not a bad idea of taking a small amount of yolks also. One important fact is that food index value of egg white is nearly 88 whether food index value of whole egg is 95 where food index means how digestible the food is. If some one wants to increase weight the egg yolks are good idea but not too much. Egg white have tendency of Denaturation on deferent temperature so on the different temperature it creates vary different type of chains of amino acids. Today most of protein supplement contain egg protein and the cast us too much so it is a good idea of taking egg as a protein supplement but not too much because access of any food material could behave as toxic like taking coffee is good but if you take 40 cups of coffee it will cause heart attack as coffee increases bleed pressure even drinking too much water will start killing the tissues of body. If some one wants to take protein as supplement then changing the type is a good idea like egg then milk then Soya.

Ohh its not like that i mean if you send a mail only authenticated person can read that. All control of that chip will be inside your hand ie. some time if you don't want to use the chip for reading thoughts just one command should be able to stop it. It also depends on you that what services you want to use on that chip like our computers(pc) it all is in our hand whether we want to connect our pc with www network or not it also is in our hand that what port we want to open. Tell me if someone can read your computers contents if you never have connected it with internet. I think once this technology will start security will be upgraded with time. right now i have only one thing which looks a big road block in between that is whether we can implement the chip without operation or not i mean if operation will be required then idea would be a big flop but if it will be something like just putting on some body part then it should be a good idea. I remember once bill gates said in his book road ahead that if something is possible and it is good for human then you can't stop it whether you like it or not and if are not going to participate in that culture then you are going to loose the race.

I understand your thoughts in the direction of security but you know threats are possible in every thing even when someone have thought about a fast car or truck the some people must have some thought of frequent accidents, pollution problems. Accidents could be life taking but then someone must have thought about roads and then road rules and then about traffic signals. It must had been difficult initially but time by time it had been improved batter control in cars and trucks good roads and new computer technology is reducing accident % every year. Who knows after 100 or 200 years accidents could reduce to nearly zero. Same example is in the field of internet banking and mail system initially when people started using mail system they liked it but then hackers came in light they started it in curiosity they distributed there knowledge and bad people started it misusing it but again good people started thinking and gave solutions of pbms it is the fight between good people and bad people and it will continue in future from the fear of bad people bad people can't stop doing good thing. could you ever imagine the world without email, websites, computer, car, busses and trucks these all things have fear from being misused. But i am thankful to you because you thought in this direction i was thinking a lot about this direction but never thought in this way. And off Corse the people like you and me will do the work like this and will define the direction of future.

As I know buttermilk and banana are both good for health and the both work nearly in same direction I mean both are the good resources of potassium even buttermilk contains vary less amount of fat inside and both things are the good for the people going for gym because in gym we need energy and as we know when adenosine tri phosphate(ATP) converts in adenosine dye phosphate(ADP) it releases one molecule of potassium and energy. By taking any of the both a person can manage the required level of potassium in body.

I don't know whether it makes sense or not but if people are talking about time travel in the forum then i think it's safe to talk about my dream. I think the best help a computer can do is co-operating with human mind. Now you will say it is co-operating with human mind already but i am not talking in that sense it is something like direct interaction of human mind with a computer chip. Say in simplest form if we see a simple math question like 3.99876*6.90889 and by internal command we ask help from a computer which can read the human thoughts then it solves the question using it's alu or any thing. But you will think we can do the above task vary easily by using a calculator but it's not the end suppose some one wants to remember a whole book so just a command and whole book will be in front of virtual eyes that means scopes are unlimited it would be like a super brain. Now you will ask that what are the progress in this direction. I have heard that some gaming companies have started a system which can monitor the mood of gamers and they plant the next step according to there mood. Some company have made a device which can read the users thoughts if he only try to speak and doesn't speaks any thing and according to that command that device controls the wheel char of users this is for the users who cant use there hand leg and Tung. I think usage of these type of devises is a long hope in this direction. I know that this looks like a fantasy movies but i think most of our present has been derived by old fantasy movies. Please share your thoughts in this direction your thought can change whole future.

I think it is always good to designing your own page although it could be time taking but it is like converting you thoughts to reality but some time for the shake of speed i also have used templates.

I started with zymic nearly 6 month ago initially they were vary good. They have lot of space and bandwidth but they have lot of restrictions. They promise for 99.9% uptime but these days they have lot of downtime and most of the time they have different issues.

I was thinking to join them but during the registration process they asked to download an exe file. According to those people it is for checking system's ip address. When i checked it on Google i found that after running that file it creates an exe file in system32.I don?t use any antivirus so didn?t registered on it. Any one have any idea about this exe file. is it a Trojan?

In Your case it is normal. Result of IQ test depends on few other things also like if you are not taking test in your mother Tung then your result can decrees. It also depends on the no of times you give the test because every time your mind gets use to the same type of pbms.

I think existence of whales is vary important for echo system .As i know if we total the mass of every species then krill is on the top.
