Hey that reminded me an older event me and my friend went to an electronic mall near to my home to purchase a Mobile and it was festival season in India. There were so many schemes inside the mall and so many so called gift voucher first was that if you will purchase something on ICICI debit or credit card then you will get a discount of 5% then there was 2.5% of corporate discount on our i-cards so it was good deal overall and after all they told us that if we purchase over 5K Rs. Then we will win a sure reward we purchased a Sony mobile of nearly 10k and when we went for billing they told us that discount is not on the mobile(non of the both) we said ok at least we have to purchase the mobile. We won a free air ticket between some pair of cities with a hell lot of condition that you have to register before a given date and you can fly only between this to this date(an off season) but any how we manage a friend to take advantage of that ticket and then finally we found that free part was only for the ticket and not for the taxes. And you will not believe the ticket price on those airlines can?t cross 2$ rest 50$ were of taxes?.so after paying a 50$ who was going to fly in an off season in one of the chipset airline in India. That?s how these people manage to give the gift ?.

Are you sure that problem was from the windows side and it was not from the software you installed. Although I am not expert in security matters but most of the time I have faced the problem after downloading and installing the software from the internet (un trusted sites) because of different Trojan or other type of viruses. Most of the time you install something and they install the useful things as well as some hidden malicious programs that plays with registry and after that you have only two options search them and delete them either manually or by using some code or reinstall the whole OS(Big headache).

Yah w3schools is the best place to learn the PHP I started there and learnt the basics in 2 days only. If you have some idea of UNIX scripting or C language then it is the best place to learn although they don't provide vary advanced concept but once you will understand the basics you cant learn advanced concepts from anywhere. Best thing is that you can take online help any time. Even you can learn HTML,CSS from that place that place is best for the web technologies...enjoy learning.

I am fully agree because for any type of fight technique whether it is boxing, martial art, wrestling or something else one thing is most important and that is your stamina your endurance and for improving endurance you need exercise. Hi all .I am suffering from the allergies with different food materials and dust mites and I don?t know how long this list is I mean I have allergy with fish, salads and even with every food and this list is going long day by day whenever I eat something allergic or when ever I come in contact with dust mites (like dusty bed sheets). It starts sneezing and it can go to 100 a time and after that it becomes impossible to breath and then wheezing sound in my neck and chest. So many times I consulted with doctor and after a long struggle they found out that I am allergic against so many things and they told me that there is nothing like permanent medicine for this dieses and the only way is to keep your self away from stimulating materials. I have tried so many medicines and spry but some of them doesn?t work I found the Unicontin 400 best for breathing problem and one anti histamine spry I cant remember the name of it. I search a lot on the internet and found that I should keep my bed sheet as clean as possible it should washed in hot water above 60 degree but it was tuff for my life style so I found an alternate solution for this problem keeping the bed sheet in freezer for 2-3 hour in a tightly covered plaything is also an good solution to kill the dust mites. But some how it is a temporary solution I try too clean my home as I can but some how and from some where these things catch me and then starts a big torture. I found on Net that more than 50% people are allergic with one or other thing as Xisto is a big place and it is junction of people from different parts of the world so I think I can found the people like me and may be some batter alternate solutions for my problems and may be by discussion we could find some new solution..

I'm from India and here saving tax and there calculation thinking on different investment plans setting the salary component filling form 16 all is just mess i have heard from some of my frnds that tax payment and there methods are vary simple in US because they have straight 30% taxable amount but here it is something like before 1.5 k it is tax free above 1.5 and below 3.5 it is 20% and bla bla .... but any how till now i am doing my works with my frnds but i think any how this all is a big headache ....

I Don?t know whether it is right place to post this topic or not but I didn?t found any place batter.Today afternoon we attended a security awareness session in my company where most of the people were feeling vary sleepy and the person in front of us who was giving presentation was vary boring we saw a vary boring 30 minutes movie where main actress was vary irritating then they told us that why security is important why we should stop tailgating (piggybacking) why we should stop sharing the password inside the team and why we should not used unlicensed and free version software inside the company and so many things but I know no one obeys these inside company I don?t mean that every one is breaking rules(every rule) but yah most of the people are rule breaker even the person who was giving presentation was breaking the rule as it is against to the companies polity to take picture or making video inside the company and the movie shown by those people was made inside the company .I think it is impossible to obey all the rules inside the company because it is vary tuff to deliver the deliverables on the time with obeying all the rules and being a software engineer I think it is much important to deliver the project on time rather than thinking and wasting times on such small things although if it is matter of data integrity or confidentiality on vary high level then we should not compromise but if it something inside the team then I think we all trust on our team mates. I can?t reveal the name of my company neither I expect from you people but if you work in any such organization then I will like to know your views on this topic.

Well I don't have vary big will power but yah I can wait and due to that I wait vary long for the right situation I like to do the work in small steps although I understand that this life is vary short for the small steps but i don?t like taking big risks.................

I think it doesnt matter that whether you have so many small sites or you have one big site and I dont think search engine have something like website rank they always run there algorithms on the page ranking so if you have so many small sites then interlink these sites and also interlink the pages of site with each other. create links of important pages on every page and if you have a single website then interlink pages with each other create important pages linking on every page. The only benefit that I can see from big site is that you dont need to pay for so many domain names. A good idea is creating sub domains.

As i said earlier that if there is some chip which is communicating with your mind or if there is a chip which is cooperating with your mind doesnt mean that every one could read your thought and it will be totally in your control and it is not going to control a human mind like spider man movie and we don't need any new chip to implement the security feature one chip will be sufficient for it like your CPU which handles every thing inside your computer(Antivirus also).

Yah in a way you are right that because these people are taking decisions and if there decisions are not so good to hold the company in the bad time then they should be the first person to pay for it but the fact if just reverse company cut the pay and jobs of its real work force and reason is vary clear the owner of company dont want any justice they just want to make profit and in hard time off Corse they want to save there company now if any how company tries to cut the pay of those top level managers they are going to fight for it in process it is quite possible that they can leave the job and in bad time this could cast more to any company than any thing. It could look like lack of judgment but it is much profitable for the owner two reduce the work force than loosing his top management and it is quite natural when a person works for years in accompany he knows vary well about the policies work culture and other things and in most of the big companies they always keep the backup of every one on the workforce but keeping a backup of a top Level employee is too tough . In bad time no one can afford a new top level manager so they cut the lower level. Most of the time companies reduce the people who are not working on any important thing or not working on any thing important or even they cut the job of people who are not performing vary well. I remember one day i was watching a program on some TV channel it was something on survival en extreme conditions. There was a group of people stucked in Alaska in vary cold environment and one of them got seriously injured he was without shelter and for the survival his brain stopped the flow of blood in his fingers so that it could continue sending blood in more important parts of body like mind and other parts same is the condition is here in vary bad conditions company have started cutting less important parts because they can't cut there heads.

You can do one more thing just don't let someone send PM until he have not posted some more than 4-5 posts(useful only) and they are not older than 2-3 days because as i saw these users have never send any post and have joined forum vary recently. I don't know but most probably they are using some bots and by the bots they are reading the posts and profile of user and if they are getting some particular key word or sentence in it then only they are sending the PM if that makes scene then one way could be recognizing bots or spiders on the forum.if it doesn't sound correct then forgive me because i have never run a real website i have just created 3-4 bots to fetch some links and data from a site to a mirror site and thats why i know it is possible thing.

I don't know too much about Obama .Like miladinoski i am also outsider but some how we are too much concerned about his decision and policies on outsourcing as we have heard that he is against the outsourcing may be for controlling unemployment problem because as a service provider our future depends on his decision.But i don't know by what way he is going to manage all thinks and from what place he is going to arrange such cheap service providers and from what place he is going to arrange this amount of people in US.Any we he looks vary enthusiastic in his speeches.Well fingers are crossed....and hoping for the best.
