I dont know of anything free to do this since i use CCE which def isnt free. I know Nero Vision transcodes anything to DVDs because it is what i used to use. You can try that. There also is TMPGEnc and Sonic which both have conversion software. I am not sure if either are free but i know that TMPGEnc is a very good piece of software.

Wow you all are insane. Most of you are complaining about not getting free refills when you saved your cups from a store that offers them but really, all you are doing is shoplifiting even though you arent literally grabbing an item and leaving the store. First of all, if you complain that a drink is 1.19 why dont you go to a grocery store and buy a 2 or even 3 liter bottle since they are the same price or even cheaper. Secondly, if you are going to complain about something, it should be about something legal and not a crime that your are committing.

Like everyone else has said, i think you site would be better off if the game actually was on the site and could be downloaded along with screenshots from the game on its page so people know what exactly it is like. Secondly, i would add a link bar on the side of the website since your links at the top are kinda small and do not really draw any attention so they are hard to find the first time you view the page. Finally, i would get rid of the ads and host your site somewhere else that doesnt have them since they take away from the content of the site along with a huge amount of space on the screen. Also, on this issue i would make the shoutbox smaller since you cant see the news really when you first load the page and thus we dont really know what the site is about right away

Yeah using the tatget="_blank" is the only way i know of doing it and i use php. Just open up the file/files in a good text editor (like emacs) and just do a query replace and add the target tag to them.

However, for those who want to learn C++ and are willing to use the optimized code in the Standard Template Library (STL) then you also have the option of using the <string> library that has other functionality built in like the comparison operator, equality, and manipulations. The only other thing i wasnt sure if you were asking about that was not answered was if you wanted the site to always have a certain height so that no scroll bars would be on the sides of the site. In order to do this you have to use javascript or php to get the current screen size and then adjust the data so that it would fit. The only problems with this is that you would have to just assume that a browser like firefox was not increasing your chosen font size because there is no way to determine what font size it is chosing. Also, if you added this to a table that is nested, then the new table will be as wide as its surrounding table will let it be. WHAT! Windows Vista look still looks much less than linux as always. It still has the same tray bar and just new images that are crisper and clearer. Plus, it has features like expose for mac and transparencies, etc. Try a transformation pack out for XP currently and you will see the difference as i did when i tried a pack.

You have two good options on Linux for PHP and other web development. If you like Dreamweaver for Windows, then you should go to BlueFish which is by the same people as Open Office. Otherwise. download eclipse and get the php development plugin for it which is very nice and is what i use in Linux and windows now.

In this case, its just like all of us who have final fantasy sites and use their images in the banner. We use those images which squaresoft provides as backgrounds or that we capture from the game and make a banner. To be completely legal, all of us should state Final Fantasy is a trademark of Squaresoft etc and get their permission to use the images but none of us do for obvious reasons. My advice is just to make a banner with your images and if you get an email or something else stating that you are violating copywrites then just remove the banner and say sorry.

Emulators and ROMs are illegal if you do not own the game. If you actually own the game and the system that you are playing then they are legal. If not, you have 24 hours to remove them from your computer. I have always used ROMs to play the old nintendo and snes games when i was younger since a bunch of times the system was in a different room of the house and it was easier to switch games. Now, at college, i never feel like bringing my ps2 to school and just bring the games and play on the emulator. This is legal for me but not for the guy who started this post.

First of all, for the SATs you cant really study for them. They are soo broad that it doesnt really help. My best advice for them is just do basic math problems and probably learn some good writing techniques and metaphors to put in the paper. When i took them, it was out of 1600 and no writing so i can only speculate on it. For finals, the best way to study is just go over previous test and quizes and redo the problems you did wrong and see if you now know how to do them. Also, make a schedule and plan how much time each day you are going to study for a final. I would not recommend just studying the day before for a final but a few days before and do a little each day. You will remember it better and will most likely do better on them. Techniqually this color is just a wave of photons that is being transmitted outwards by a leds in the monitor of a certain wavelength. We as humans, have found it easier to name these wavelengths like red and blue instead of going around saying "can i get the 630nm crayon please". It just makes more sense. Plus, back in the days when the colors were named, they didnt have the technology to measure the wavelength of light and they didnt know that only certain wavelength are reflected by some materials which is why we see them as that color.

Yeah the largest problem with this plan is determining if a passenger in the car is the one making the call or the driver. The phone would be moving over 20mph but who is the caller and who is driving? Besides that, if you knew train and bus routes and such this could be possible but most likely it would be too expensive to actually implement. Good thought though.

Hey everyone. I have been using Dee2 since the days when winamp 2 were in style. However, ever since ive started using winamp 5 it has started taking way too much cpu for my liking. In winamp 2 when Dee2 was being used i would max out cpu at 10%. However, now with winamp 5, its around 30% go figure that this isnt acceptable. Let me know what DSP plugins you use for winamp and how much cpu usage winamp is taking for you. Thanks all.

Ago, you said it isnt the clothes that is the problem with preps but it is their attitude. Anyone who wears "preppy" clothes is classified as a prep and therefore it is the clothes that define a prep not their attitude. Therefore, you cant say you hate preps because its too much of a generalization. A better way to put this topic is that you hate the preps that you know and not all preps. Secondly, popping the collar is a great look for some people and not others. So dont hate.

I have a pentium 4 3.4 ghz processor in my Dell XPS laptop. Runs great. Also there is no pentium V just intel duo chips and then intel duo 2's are coming out in the next month or 2.

Dont use any of those products. Learn how to write the code yourself and you will make pages well better in all aspects. Publisher is horrible no matter how you use it for websites and it doesnt even give you the option of writing the code. Front Page creates the worst code ever and tends to not always look right in firefox and dreamweaver, if you had to choose one, would be the one you would want since you can write the code and it color codes it and doesnt try to change it and it has a good visual way of creating a site if you dont know how to write it but like i said, if you know how to write the code there are plenty of free tools that are just as good.

i Know what you mean. I had the chance to have alcohol, smoke, drugs, and sex before 15 and definitely didnt. Now im still not 21, i am 20 though, and have been drinking since 17 but in reasonable amounts. I dont go get wasted every night but i do have a couple most nights of the week wiht my roommates who are all 21 and we just kinda chill. There is nothing wrong with having alcohol in reasonable proportions as long as you dont "drink to get drunk". Young people should not be doing those things since you just get in trouble for it and its not agood thing.

Check the config.php page because it may have the wrong relative path set up or the wrong password to the database. If that doesnt work, im not really sure what else would be wrong since fantastico works for me.

Yeah with new Macs that have intel processors, you can install and run both Windows and Linux. All you need is a piece of software apple released call Boot Camp which is a boot loader that will allow you to dual boot and such. It apparently is very easy to do and windows runs really well on it.

Try searching google of "AI Programming Techniques" and there may be some tutorials. I am just finishing up this semester at college where i am currently enrolled in an AI course. As fun as AI sounds, the concepts and even the implementation really arent very fun. It mostly comes down to graph searching so if you know how to do depth-first, breadth-first, iterative deepening, a*, etc searches then all else you have to learn is how to create efficient heuristics and such. Good luck learning it but i warn you it isnt as fun as it seems.
