We called ATT and they came in and did a hard reset on the 2wire router. Right after that we couldn't get our second router to connect to the web.( the 2wire rounter is now works fine) I have tried 3 different routers and none will work, but if I connect the linksys rounter to a different dsl modem it work fine. Never mind. I uninstalled Filezilla FTP server because it keeps on slowing down my users connection to it and I found no way that I could disable any "features" responsible for this issue. Therefore I ended up installing CuteFTP server and the slowdown problems has disappeared.Conclusion: Filezilla FTP is a piece of trash and should be uninstalled in favor of CuteFTP. -reply by FranciscoNET

I contacted them and they canceled the account and refunded the last 6 months worth of charges. The RR Rep I spoke with said I was signed up through a website purchase. Though the situation is frustrating it was refreshing to be able to handle it with a 5 minute phone conversation. The number to call is 800-732-7031. They will ask for your acct number which should be on your CC statement and they patch you through to an operator. Tell them you want to cancel your acct and would like a refund. They actual have a menu button for canceling acct's so they are very used to it.

Where it says... set pro=%programfiles%Javajdk1.6.0_02Set pro2=%programfiles%Javajdk1.6.0_02 Where it says the jdk.1.6.0_02 change the "02" to what ever version of the JAVA you downloaded.
