Gift For Johnny V4.0 4th one. JEE WIZ
snlildude87 replied to Kubi's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
Background doesn't match the render at all. The render is black and red, and you have brownish orange for the background. Also, why is the left gun blurred while the right one is not? -
Frozen Versus Kubi Wallpaper Battle
snlildude87 replied to Frozen's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
Actually, when you're using attachments in Xisto, previewing won't show the attachment...it'll still show the placeholder.Frozen gets my vote. All the colors go with each other, and it's just so much better. With kubi, the blueish green background does not go with the render at all.3:1 frozen up. -

Yep. They all work. Good job on them, too. -

Actually, I have no idea what you meant by this. *Telemarketer...One, I've never heard of one that stands up, and two, where's the microphone? [2.5] I was just showing you what he cut. Jeez. [3] What he had to work with.

If you are able to get an account from Xisto, then you can join my Xisto ConnectMe program. It links all the users of Xisto together...sort of like a website ring, and the list of all the sites will appear on your site if you put the code. Here is the link to my program: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/25192-blogconnect-online-renamed-to-connectme/

I'm afraid that I'm not seeing your work. It won't show up or whatever. Check your links. -
And you say I misinterpret things. Humph! Actually, you can tell it's a dj table because he has head phones on. If you want to see what sprite had to work with: /search?q=toonami&tbm=isch&gbv=1&sei=bOgZWNnuI4aijwT-i5GwAw Amazing.

Blurb Today, I will show you how to get an outline of a render. I saw in one of Brooks' sig where he used an outline of zelda, and I was interested in how he did that. Instead of IMing him or looking on good-tutorials, I learned it myself. Why? That's how I roll. Why? If you're ever in a situation where you need a good outline of a render, you can follow this simple tutorial to get one. You can even use the outline to make an icon or whatever. The choice is yours. Keep reading this, and I'll show you the sig that I used my outline in. How? That's a good question, and a good question has to be answered thoroughly. Find a render where its outline would look good. This is the most important step. Without a render, you will not have an outline, and if you choose a render where the appendages are close to the torso, you will not get a good result. I will be using the following Rise of Power render for this tutorial: I uploaded that for someone, so it's already there. Convenient. Now that you have your render, open Photoshop. File -> Open (or ctrl+o) -> find your render -> click Open Ctrl+click on the render layer so that only the render is selected and not the background. (When you press ctrl while hovering your mouse over the render layer, the little hand cursor will have a dashed box in the bottom right.) Screenshot: Now that only the character is selected, go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Color Balance. Actually, it can be anything, but I use Color Balance. The New Layer window should come up telling you what you want to name the new layer. Press OK. You should now get a bunch of radio buttons and sliders. Play around with them. It doesn't matter what values you choose for each one though because the result will be grayscale. Press OK when you're done. Press ctrl+a to select all...including the background. Make a new image (ctrl+n). Press OK. Paste (ctrl+v) Voila! The result should be a black and white outline. Now, you can play with the image size to make it an icon or whatever. There's a website out there that makes icons out of images. I don't have the website at the moment. Anyway, this should be your result: What about that Sig? Aww. You remembered. Here it is: If you have any questions, because one of my steps is too confusing, post below. This is a very easy trick to get the outline (and there's probably another way), so I should be able to answer easily. Edit: Fixed a typo.

Parked Airplanes (as Seen On Googlemaps) help me count :P
snlildude87 replied to serverph's topic in Search Engines
Hey! I'm not special anymore. Before your post, I was the only one who had an airplane in mid-flight. Bah! Your's is better anyway. More clearer. -
Most computer desktops are 1024 * 768, and the rest are probably 800 * 600. To make sure that your site looks good in all computers, you would have to change to a fluid design or just make sure that the width of your container is 800 px. Search google for fluid designs. There should be several templates that come up.
-
Hmm, the size that you have now is more like a banner. Use a smaller width. The height is okay now, but I'd kill 19 pixels off. Seriously though, if you have a smaller width, you can put more focus on the render and not so much on the text.

First things first...when saving, don't turn on progressive. It's like a big tease for me on 56k.The sig is a little better than your other work. I just don't like how his torso is invisible though. Blend him in all the way. I would have used a brownish color or a green color with a black stroke for the text though. And don't put version 2 on there. It's not a computer program.

Some people like bands...others like video games and comics. Live with it. It's life.

Parked Airplanes (as Seen On Googlemaps) help me count :P
snlildude87 replied to serverph's topic in Search Engines
Speaking of airplanes, I have a picture of Google capturing an airplane in mid-flight: https://www.google.com/maps/preview?q=duchesne+ave0&start=0&hl=en&source=newuser-ws And midnight, it's amazing that you actually tried to count....and get a number that high. -
Yes. There is a script running around that will suspend credits that do not have the required number of posts. Read more about that script here: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/8717-fair-warning-is-given-to-all-hosted-members/ No. It's all based on hosting credits. If you have 10 hosting credits, you can be idle for about 6 days, and your account will still be safe (read the link above). It's all done with a script. No. You can have a subdomain on your subdomain though. So if you chose the subdomain blah.trap17.com, then you can have qwerty.blah.trap17.com The most you can get is 150 MB of space and 5 GB of bandwidth. If you need more MySQL databases, then you can request, but space and bandwidth cannot be increased.

Photoshop Questions 2 questions on PS
snlildude87 replied to faith's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
Grunge brushes...search on deviantart.com for them. Or just go here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. Then, look through all of them until you find a lovely grunge one. Once you download the grunge brush, you can put them anywhere you want, but I usually put mine in the photoshop brushes folder: x:\program files\adobe\photoshop cs\presets\brushes. If you put them in there, photoshop will make a nice menu with all the brushes in that folder. Now, to use them select your brush tool. At the top, where it says "Brush: [picture of brush] [down arrow]", click on the down arrow. You should now get a nice menu with stuff like "Master Diameter" and a blue right arrow. Click on that arrow, and you should get another menu. Click on Replace Brushes, and find your brush. That's it! I do not have an answer for blending options. -
How To Make A Sig Rotator for people with multiple sigs

Thanks. I made it. Actually, just followed that I typed, and you should be able to make one without a problem. If you should have a problem, just post it, and I'll try to answer it.
