  1. What's with the tech border? That doesn't look very much like a tech sig. Also, you're using the apostrophe incorrectly in your sig. It should say I'M SHOVELIN' IT and not I'M SHOVELING' IT because apostrophes are used in place of omitted words....unless it's mean to say I'M SHOVELINGS IT or something.... Other than what I said above, your sig is kinda all right...I guess.
  2. Actually, I think he wants to know the code (NOT BBCode) to make that. Anyway, I have no knowledge on creating new BBCode, but microscopic^earthling does. He's also the one who created that tag. You can PM him here: http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?&acODE=04&MID=3864
  3. Thanks. I PMed him telling him to take off the content. I can't take legal action because the stuff on my site is not really copyrighted. And to do that, I'd actually have to pay money to get it copyrighted, and that's not worth it. What really rocks is that he copied my programs. I mean, these are programs that I made, so obviously, they have my name on it. I know that this guy's name is not Sang Nguyen, so that's a plus. The only down side is that I didn't link to my site in my programs. I want to turn on hotlink protection so bad, but I joined an affiliation program, and some of those people hotlink my images. If, all of a sudden, they find that my link is not working, they'll probably take me off as one of their affiliates. Speaking of affiliations, check out this dude's affiliation application: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Now, check out mine: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ See something similar?
  4. Think spy. If you were fighting in a war, how would you know what the enemy will do next? You spy on them. In this case, "invading enemy territories" would be asking her friends. I'm 99% positive that her friends will tell you if she likes you if you ask them right. That means ask indirectly. Don't just go up to them and go "Hey, does [insert name] have a thing for me?" That will never work. Just start the conversation normally about then gradually, move on to dating. Now, to get a girl to notice you, you kinda have to set yourself apart from all the other guys. For example, you're sitting in class, and the teacher says something. Just randomly say something out loud...something funny. If you do it long enough, you'll be the class clown, and it will most likely get her attention because girls love funny guys. The other way, and most obvious, is just to talk to her. Be confident. Don't ask weird questions. Just talk to her like you talk to your friends. You know, casual conversation. Pop in a joke every once in a while. You do that long enough, and the girl will start talking to you because she'll consider you one of her friends.
  5. Well, excellent brush set if I may add. I was a little bit disappointed when I found out the number of brushes in the set, but in this case, it's quality and not quantity. Just take a look at this sig that I made with it: Keep us posted when you make more brushes! Is that all you can say about this thread? Edit: Inserted a return carriage at the end of the colon in this post.
  6. Okay, I did not know how much finding your content on someone else's site sucks until now. Thanks to my ConnectMe program (see my signature), I found out that doranp20 is ripping my site content. Here is his site: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. Here is mine: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Just take a look of some of his posts, and you'll see that they match mine...verbatim (use the search function on my site). The thing that bothered me the most, however, is the LiveStrong post. I know that he did not receive his bracelet, and yet, he posted it. Strange. Also, take a look at some of his downloads, and check out mine. See something similar? Check out the games, too. Post your opinions or whatever. I don't care. I just wanted to get the message out.
  7. You can be really active in the Xisto community, but if you don't help members, report topics, or try to help improve the forum in any way, you will never get asked to be a moderator. Some people here, including me, noticed tiny little errors with the forum, and they took the time to PM the admin about it. Then, after noticing that said person cares about the forum, that person get an invitation. It's just that simple.
  8. GO HERE TO VIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ So far, you have failed to read the notes on your posts, and you have made unnecessary threads: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/26541-how-do-you/ and http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and this one. Thread closed and warning issued.
  9. http://forums.xisto.com/topic/26539-how-do-i-make-animations-on-photoshop-cs/ I just edited the title of the thread. Go there if you want to see answers to your question. Thread closed.
  10. ...and you didn't have to make a new topic just to say this. A simple PM would have worked equally well.Anyway, use the search function before making a new thread. Xisto is very large, so chances are, whatever question you have may have already been answered.
  11. I never said that you were. All I'm saying that it looks like you smacked the render onto a background. I would brush over the render just a little so that it looks blended. Either that or you can just lower the opacity. The text thing is more of a preference. I like for nothing to stand in the way of my render. Others disagree. :-/ Overall, the pop out is really good. Is this your first?
  12. HAHAHAHA!! Yeah, it kinda does. I guess I should have taken the car's shadow with me, too, huh?

    Html

Bad topic title. In addition, topics on HTML, and HTML sites have been created in the past: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/23867-how-did-you-learn-to-make-web-pages/ and http://forums.xisto.com/topic/819-where-did-you-learn-html-from/ and http://forums.xisto.com/topic/4235-where-can-i-learn-html-i-need-some-help-with-it/ Thread closed.
  14. This thread has a bad topic title, and it is also a duplicate, so I'm closing this thread. Go here if you want to respond to this thread: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/22158-xbox-playstation-or-nitendo/ That pretty much covers all the bases.
  15. It looks like you just popped that render onto the canvas. Anyone can do that. You need to go above and beyond to impress people. The background, also is not very good because it's really plain. Maybe you could try more effects or use a different brush? Finally, the text went over the render. I try to avoid that.Other than those, you did decent. I like how the colors compliment each other.
  16. He wants to know the best BitTorrent client that people use. Anyway, if you wanna see what people here use, take a look at this thread I started a long time ago: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/8226-bittorrent-client-what-is-your-favorite-bt-client/ Feel free to respond there if you want. Thread closed.
  17. I don't now if you used it, but try to not use hue/saturation. It tends to make the sig one color which makes it lose the excitement. It also doesn't look like you used much work...maybe except on the text. It's better than making the standard boring text, so I guess that's a plus.
  18. We wouldn't be the best free hosting on the web if that option were not possible, now would we? The answer is yes. You can start out with a subdomain to try stuff (assuming that you have a site hosted somewhere else), and when you're ready, you can buy a domain and use it here. Just remember to make that request at the Change of Domain Name forum: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/173-free-web-hosting-change-of-domain-name/
  19. It most certainly is (that means yes). Like I said before, anyone can join. The only thing you need is a server that is capable of parsing PHP code, and Xisto has that.
  20. Haha, whoops. I didn't even think of that point when I talked to him. Well, I already PMed this thread to OpaQue, and he should respond within a week. I'll keep you posted. You should be able to get package 1 now. Your posts are somewhat meaty, and as of now, you have 9 posts....
  21. Sweet. Looking forward to your application. Well, my program did not die yet, so it is still going on. Let's not try to foreshadow its death. By the way, once my program gets more members, I plan to make it so that the end-user can customize it (see cragllo's post), and I'll post all the members here.
  22. Yes, you're right Jane. It's because you're not hosted yet.I told OpaQue to move it down to the Have Your Say forum, but he wouldn't do it because he wanted that forum to get more traffic first. Silly OpaQue.Anyway, hold your voice until you get a hosting account here. In the mean time, I'll go PM this thread to OpaQue.
  23. Thanks for calling me a salmon. Glad to see you're showing maturity. Anyways, Phyre, your sig looks a little cluttered right now. I bet that it's because of the six words at the bottom as well as the scribble (correct me if it's not scribble) behind the text. Try taking those out to see what you get. Post it in this thread if you want. I love the sparkles, but those would have gone infinitely better if you had an abstract background (in my opinion, of course).
  24. Well, that's not true vectors because if you zoom in, the image will be blurry. True vectors will remain pristine clear even if you zoom in...like Flash elements.Anyway, those silhouettes figures look like idod figures...except without the trendy earbuds.Nice and simple sig. I like it.
