The Most Idiotic Thing You Heard A Christian Say
velma replied to Dodger's topic in General Discussion
Hi,I do not think that I have a right to say anything for if it is giving them pleasure in believing that God created the world in a week or anything, Heck go ahead.I found it creepy once when I got to know that I was going to Hell because I liked and listened to Rock, Metal and so on. :DI guess it is stupid in some ways but I would object only when they start hindering progress like contraceptives or something -
I know how you feel for I had one of those experiences in my life. 2 actually :1. Me, my dad and my bro once had a gaming frenzy and ended up playing the whole day from morning 9 to evening 6. Me and my bro continued up to the night and slept late. The next day I could hear those IRRITATING Jingles along with the beeps faintly in my head. It was amusing for I had background music when talking to a person, thankfully though because the volume was low I stopped hearing the sounds after 2 or 3 hours.2. My boyfriend, boss and me have phone calls constantly throughout the day so I hear either my ringtone or my bosses in the daytime. The other day me and my boyfriend were watching some movies, I heard his phone ring so I told him to check where it was as the sound was quite faint. He reaches inside his pants and shows me that there was no phone call. This has happened to me quite a few times, even when I am with my boss :PI guess you are so used to the sound that your brain registers it and does not forget it.

I Liked Him And He Liked One Of My Friends topic says it all
velma replied to Mermaid711's topic in Dating And Relationships
I know how it feels and you do not have to worry or feel stupid. I had a crush on one of my friends who liked this bimbo When he realized my feelings for him, he had already been dumped by his girlfriend. He asked me to be his and I had to decline for I had already moved on You too will move on and more than calling yourself stupid be happy for him and your friend. Do not get jealous or try to ruin their relationship Take care now -
Ha h ah ah You must have been petrified I had an experience sort of similar. Me and my mom had gone to this forest resort owned by one of our family friends some 150-200 kilometers away from my place. The resort was still under construction. The owner did not want electricity in the resort for he did not want to disturb the forest animals [He did not want electricity even after completion of the resort] He wanted the resort to be as natural as possible. So we had to walk around with lanterns :PThe owner had made a separate cabin for food..So that visitors could eat their food while watching Elephants swim or some other animal at the water hole..This place was like a shack made of bricks with no doors with a fireplace which you could sit around. One night after dinner all of us(5 people) including my mom and me with our host are sitting around the fire place when all of a sudden I could hear this weird cross between a retch and a cough/burp I mention it to our host and he says that it might be one of the workers, i did not think so..I asked him if it was a fox or something. He just waved my question off :PA few minutes later one of the workers appears and he starts yelling that a bear had entered the resort through the entrance(no gate or fence..Still under construction) and was eating the meat that was for the dogs. My mom and our host panicked while me and his father lead the group back to safety..Not boasting but I was not scared for if the bear wanted to harm us he would have gotten us when he heard our voice. We later found out that he was more than 6 feet tall and one of the workers showed his paw prints. We were lucky that day...It was exciting though for while we were returning to the main cabin, we were using the lanterns and we could not see anything clearly other than our partners

ROFL...Nice Answer OpaQue. You bit off his head in one move I do not think he researched on ComptutingHost and Trap7 properly for if he had then he would have never advertised here. I agree with Jimmy too, many people do get fooled by these kind of companies but there is hope for there is more awareness about sites like the above. Why should a person pay to get "restrictions" when he can get something more for free or even at a lower price. This is just a gimmick to make the company look very professional and get some customers. They sugar coat the flaws with "free", "low prices", "great features" but in the end it is the same service like any other company.

Wow I think I have read this book but cannot actually remember it. I loved your topic though.I think I will hunt for this book, I thank you for I was wondering which book to buy this month so I might buy it but am apprehensive now that you mentioned that it is a bit boring. I am also into books and never feel satisfied until I finish a book :PI have read the Modern English version of Beowulf but have read all of Shakespeare's plays. His plays are monotonous yet have their own uniqueness. I hope you submit more topics like these.Cheers

Nice way of advertising ROFL..I mean if it was so easy then you should be doing this rather than asking us to do this...The modern salesman:- One who goes door to door asking if the potential customer is willing to buy a domain I also think that the only reason you came was to advertise that company. Sadly you will not be reading this as you are banned Your site looks very phishy to me as everything looks so sugar coated and everything is FREE? Hmmmm..I guess I would ask members to be careful if they ever went to that website.

Trap17.com 3 Year Anniversary Party 5050 CREDITS ON THE LOOSE
velma replied to OpaQue's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
OpaQue is evil..First he makes this forum so addictive that I might get fired I mean I spend almost the whole working day here Well anyway Congratulations Xisto and as our list of members grow so shall Xisto Cheers For Xisto => HIP HIP HURRAY -
I liked the idea of keeping sigs/avatars to identify members but sometimes the members have really slow internet so they usually switch off all images so that the pages load faster (personal experience) So it might not show to them.I switch off sigs and avatars in my settings so that I can know when a member tries to cheat the credit system by including pictures in their post to increase credits so I rely more on the person's name than the sigs and avatars.

Hi,I don't think looks play a major role in a relationship but I don't deny that looks are necessary to kick start the relationship. I mean you would not go out with a guy who has isn't hygienic or something.I personally do not believe that you need to look great to be in a relationship but look out for a guy with a good smile and eyes and I guess judging from your attitude you must believe that you are not good looking.... I read your other article so I realize that you are talking about the same girlAnyway it would help if you enlighten us regarding your personal experience and whether your crush too has done the same thing to you by choosing a guy who looks good..

I used to watch my brothers and father play Cricket so I used to always get a role in the match whether it was a fielder or bowler. I had been hit hard on my head with a leather ball and as I got older I started disliking the game as there is a lot of politics involved in professional cricket. Thus I like the Cricket matches that happen at my place.I also used to join my brother in football, I was the goalkeeper but always preferred professional football to the matches we had for they always ended in my bro having sour grapes :PI personally love playing badminton and make it a habit to play the game whenever possible but enjoy watching tennis for i don't know how to play the game. I have always been watching Table Tennis with my mom. I used to play a bit of Dodgeball with my cousins on weekends and I was hit quite a lot coz of my height To cut my speech short, i love watching football, Tennis and Table-Tennis but love playing Badminton

I think it is just a hoax or maybe there is one but it just might be a bit more shinier than our Windows or something of that sorts.I guess it is advisable though for you not to accept it as it might be a virus like you pointed out. But it does sound hilarious...Bill's Windows H ah ah

HA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HA I found that quite funny, maybe because I was seeing this while watching Russell Peters XD Anyway It was a good joke though and I too was confused when I first read the heading and then I realized what I was reading

I will never pay for Google's services unless I am forced to. Most of Google users are teenagers or people who cant afford the paid versions so they tend to get the free versions. If google charges people for Googletalk or Desktop or something then they would lose a huge crowd and yahoo might get a profit as the free public will immediately shift to Yahoo. The reason Google is so popular is because they give quality and they are approachable so if they remove the approachable aspect then they just end up looking like snobs :DWell anyway keep up the great work Google and keep it free

Iphone... Anyone? Anyone here who bought an iPhone
velma replied to srujanlive's topic in Science and Technology
Hi,I don't think I will ever buy an Iphone even if I could afford it. Besides why would I need it? If I wanted to watch T.v I would only have to turn away from my computer and switch it on I work for almost 15 hours a day so all I have time for is to eat, play with my pets and sleep Also you would want to watch movies in that? Don't you think the screen would be a bit unsatisfactory for watching movies. I listen to music only when I am working so I can cross out music :PI don't think it is worth it unless you are always on the road and have a lot of money -
Hi Horus,I don't know you for I do not remember seeing you active when I came on the forum but seeing that you are a senior member.WELCOME BACK !! and hope you stay here for a longer time. And like OpaQue mentioned do let us know of your time after you left Trap

I had heard of this and once tried getting it but I have failed in getting a copy for at that time I could not afford his book and now I cant find the book for they don't seem to stock books that aren't in demand here :DBut I would definitely read it when I do get it, I heard his songs through my cousins yet I have heard a few songs and love them a lot.
