  1. I think you missed the point. It doesn't matter what one has on their myspace, it's information shouldn't be used against them, which is, of course, the only reason why school would look in the first place. People can set their profile to private, but I highly doubt that's a problem schools can't overcome. They chose to have publicity, everyday people don't.
  2. Privacy? If you use a computer, you have no privacy, Big Brother is more than happy to look through the sites you visit.
  3. Then they should identify the problem for what it really is. Well, if you say anyone, then it creates jobs, makes money, and builds houses.
  4. I for one agree with the article and its sources. However, the greater issue is that each side has their own agenda. Why would scientists oppose the "go green" movement? That's where all the money is at right now, so it's a matter of morals over money. When people ask "what about those other scientists that don't agree?" then Al Gore points a finger at his side and says "we got more." You know what else Al Gore wants to do? Initiate a carbon tax on people, which is completely not their fault. If anything, the companies themselves that make the products that contribute to "global warming" should be taxed. Don't be influenced by any side, find out the facts for yourself. Record your own temperatures and don't trust anybodies fancy graphs. As Alex Jones says, "there's a war on for your mind." That's not going to be your choice, people who think they should control everything will make that choice for you.

  6. Believe me, if people much smarter than you and I haven't found this sixth sense, then you wont either.
  7. I can't really oppose much since there happen to be no facts involved.
  8. BF2 still crashes for me, but I wouldn't mind playing some recent games. I realize there's loads of games that are free for linux out there, but they just don't really fit my style. I tried out Truecombat: Elite the other day, not very noob friendly, got pwnd with a 1-21 or so k/d, but it's one of the few games that I can stand playing more than 15 mins. that's free.
  9. I'm a pretty weird person when I compare myself to others around me because I don't value money or possessions. It's not like if my house got blown up, I'd say "oh well, who cares," but I know that life will still go on normally, for me at least, and I wouldn't be grieving for day and night (and trust me, I've seen many do that because they lost possessions).
  10. I don't believe dreams have any connection with the future. If they did, why would lucid dreams exist? Would you be changing the future through them? I highly doubt.
  11. No Hey! The same goes for what you say! Let's see...nations doing wicked things in the eyes of a just God, guess by your standards they should have been rewarded. Genius, making connections from eras separated by about 2000 years, you might as well teach a class. I think you should be treated for what you are. You seem new to the forum, so you might as well get used to my style of debating.
  12. Oh I don't know, maybe it's because it's called the Theory of Evolution?
  13. I'm still waiting for somebody to explain why I never had any of these Deja Vu experiences.
  14. Lies. Most people use about 1% of their brain potential, and maximum brain potential is pretty much limitless. But calculating percentages of infinity is wrong in the first place...
  15. By size do you mean memory size? Integrated cards borrow a certain amount of system ram specified by you for their use, usually the limit is 128mb, so it really doesn't have any of its own memory. I would highly recommend against using integrated cards as they offer very poor performance and compatibility.
  16. A house built with crap will fall even faster. Sort of like the US, but silly me, it's not an empire...
  17. He gave himself power to declare martial law after the next disaster happens in the US (such as a terror attack, hint hint, Alex Jones). Did he ask anyone if they agreed with him? Like he cares. Officials are just puppets for people such as those who attend the Bilderberg meetings (about 120 of the richest and most politically influential people on Earth). If I really wanted to choose someone honest, I would choose Ron Paul in a whim, but I can't vote anyway.
  18. I think they should focus more on why the mob is there in the first place rather than controlling it. Oh well, it's becoming a police state anyways.
  19. Who was the genius that proved that the Sun wasn't the cause of global warming and the melting of the ice caps on Mars?
  20. I'll just be here in my corner, discriminating against radical Islam or any other radical form of religion.
  21. Just one case of this ability would be enough to prove that other senses do exist. Still waiting for that one case to show up... Most likely your brain coming to a conclusion without your processing.
  22. Well then, welcome to the new history. What did they tell you then?
  23. Please stop criticizing somebody who likes to back up what they say with Biblical quotes. You don't make yourself seem any smarter either. The main cause for it was lots of soldiers with nothing to do, and a perfect opportunity to "strike it rich," which they did, gaining a lot of wealth and returning untold amounts of knowledge back to Europe. I can relate with you there (sort of). I've had a pair of Mormons come to my house the other day, very nice people. They offered me to read the Book of Mormon, and pointed out specific parts that I should read. Being curious, I did, and it didn't really make any impression on me, so I spoke with my pastor, and he pointed out things that he believed were wrong and also pointed out historical and geographical flaws in the book. I decided to trust my pastor and when the Mormon guys came back to pick up the book, they asked me if I had prayed about it and asked God to verify if it was truly his word. To be honest, I don't really have "talks" with God, and I don't believe that's how he communicates with me.
  24. I can agree with that. Religion isn't like a cold, hard fact, although many would want it to be.
