I spent a lot of time on DOTA. It is really fun when more people join with you. Most of the time i have played with Garena players. Sometimes with the friends or some random people in game cafe. I have now tired of this game. But i must say it is very addictive.

Hmm, looks like the connection from brain to hand is unstable and causing something like that. Never seen any person with something like that. But oh well, most of the online work has enough documentation on this one. Not sure how these people drive/ride cars/bike or type on computer. Really weird stuff that can happen to any person.

In that case that software is trialware or limited features one. Such softwares are no use as they don't do stuff until you buy it. So either use complete free/open-source or use commercial versions. Trial feature programs are crap and do solve no problems which you want it to solve.

Now let's help the admins find such script which is much better and has no such issues of timestamping. Anyone have any idea of script like that ? Post your ideas and give some suggestions to admin instead of chating on other things on threads. One i found one, maybe that will work for now. They just need to edit and add it to login system so that we can have chat immediately instead of having to type nickname as well. I guess there are some other coders who knows about some good shoutbox that we can add here.

Can't we remove the timestamp in it and install just plain chatbox without timestamp arrangement. Post that gets posted should be ordered i mean whatever ways old chatbox used to work. I think this time SB needs serious fix. Maybe those who have any idea of Shoutbox (IPB) should start suggesting alternative to this shoutbox so that Xisto coders can't waste time fixing this.

I faced this database issue during period 22 December to 12th January. One of my site on Kappa and theta ( i don't remember exact names, have to open tickets for that) were down during this period. I think traffic spike sometimes makes it hard on server. I had huge spike from stumbleupon and entrecard during this period so yes, this might be issue or there is likely to be some issue with the Mysql server.

well here we have lot of blue ray discs but not burner for the blue ray disc so the decission is very important here. i'll see what 360 users in my area think about it about the support and all. I have now serious choice between PS and 360. About the stories of wii, lol that hole on tv is one good reason to skip it. lol.

I have seen that there are some VMware and VirtualBox images of the OS assailable. I'm not sure linking to that is in forum terms or not. If i'm allowed to post then i can redirect to those pages. In between thanks atomic for the link.

I came across this blog post while surfing, i'm not sure if this is the one company that is upto the download and archiving the internet. Removing the video and audio content from the web, text based sites are easy to crawl and archive i guess if these companies are doing it. Check this blog post again. Interesting read, not sure that site is still offering such service or not. But i guess archiving wikipedia is possible to some extent then it is not bad idea i think that is also enough for some people.

I'm not sure about the wallmart's service and shipping for the international orders. So i'll check what are the experiences of the people here in my country for wallmart's service for my country. I'll update about this soon.

Old script getting hacked is the one reason. I got my SMF forum got ahcked and i found that hacker placed some folders on public_html. reason could be those sql injection and other stuff. So just one fail for update and results are like that. So we all need to update the scripts we use like wordpress, smf etc. it's not just password.

Content wise site is good and there is no doubt about it. What i would like to see is some unique theme other than the default one like this. I mean this looks from the template set. So it is not appealing. Try and find some good appealing theme and edit it to suit your needs. Also add bookmarking widget below the posts "onlywire" and "sharethis" offers blog integration, check those tools out. Keep it up with blog, and have blast with blog this 2010. Good luck.

If it's wordpress then i suggest updating it very often. You just can't afford to keep it unupdated cause there are many hackers hacking wordpress sites. Also don't put that META site loging and other links on page. Don't let anyone know that this is the particular CMS. There are ways you can avoid this from happening. Just take some basic precaution first so that you don't get hacked so easily from that.

I guess we discussed this way earlier. We used to chat and then some shouts used to get missed. Some shouts get question later and answer earlier. That made many people irritated, it is slightly fixed now. But not completely there are some issues there as well. SOmetimes you see posts of only one person and other person seems to miss the shouts. We discussed this so i guess we have to ping opaque again for this. I'm sure it will be fixed.Didn't noticed the trouble with forums though,but i guess i'm looking at posts not with timestamp i guess.

Thanks Kobra for your suggestions. I'm taking PS3 as one option as well. @zagubadu, yes i have heard lot of negative review about Wii. So i guess it's much better to remove it from list than regretting later.

Zagubadu, thanks a lot for the quick review. I'm impressed with Xbox Pro And PS3. I'm into action/FPS games so i found quite lot titles for PS3/Xbox on amazon. I'm thinking in that direction now.In between, I'll look into other trappers personal experience with consoles as well. Thanks again for the post.

I'll go with google adsense. I didn't find much success with any other CPC. Project wodnerful and infolinks have success on some of my sites but not much of earning from them as much of adsense. So my vote goes to google adsense.

We have new electronics mall open here in city. And looks like there are some consoles for sale. They allow pre-ordering if stock goes down. I was confused which console to purchase as there is limited stock of games and there is lack of wireless gaming clubs. Other than that Looking at the condition here in india, we have limited internet connectivity on most of the places and may not able to take benefit online features of those consoles. Considering that i would like to know what are the pros and cons of each console (Xbox | PS | Nintendo) and what is your personal experience with it. I'm asking for personal experience and pros/cons cause i want to see if it fits my needs looking at the conditions in which i purchase console here in india. Please let me know your views.

As network and affiliate network both function differently. Ad networks have three of choices like CPC/CPM/CPA. CPC- Cost per click, when your site gets visitor who clicks on ad,you'll get some cents or dollar. Google adsense and yahoo publisher network is CPC networks. CPM- Cost per mile, this is like putting ads for particular impression (say 1000 and onwards). CPM rates are like 1$ per 1000 etc. You can see sites like valueclick, castle media as good CPM programs and they have various types of advertisers to post ads on their network. Affiliate network and CPA- this is cost per action and you get paid when someone clicks and purchases from that link. This model is used by both ad network and affiliate network. Affiliate networks don't have cpa and cpc models. Now if you want good ad networks the : Google Adsense, Yahoo publisher network (US/UK), Kontera, Infolinks, Obeyus, Adbrite are some of the good and reputable ad network. There are some other ad networks as well like buysellads.com but those are on demand ad networks and accept only limited publishers. About Amazon ads: You have to be working with relevant content to make some good sales. They do have some good results. But i suggest making content highly relevant. Don't keep on changing the ads per page. If you have blog on books then make all amazon ads strictly on books(not a single one on other types like magazines). Going off the track can be one way to hurt sales. One more thing is other than amazon ads, you can try ebay and barnes and noble. Try everything that works on your site. You can put ads on sidebar if you think content are is too populated. For Xisto affiliate link: You need to catch either opaque, nik_xisto or Buffalohelp. I'm sure you'll get that working in day or two.

Many of us are getting adsense cash directly into our bank account. As for adsense india, we have option to enable wire transfer for particular payment of adsense. Nobody will post you proof for that. And testimonial ? No1 CPC network requires testimonial ? Even this site is running on adsense ads and kontera ads. So i don't think you need testimonial for that one. Better sign up and start earning from adsense(oh and you need unique visitors to do that).

Some issues i have found with WAP based code of adsense is that our site layout needs to be taken to WAP by opera if not then there is no way those ads can be enabled. If you have adsense code and are viewing the adsense ads on opera mini using mobile then your ads will not be displayed. So make it WAP view and try to show the ads in that view so ads will be displayed by opera mini.

I'll stick here some suggestions related to affiliate programs(Not advertising networks):-1) Hosting affiliate programs:- You can have a page or seperate blog on hosting affiliate suggestions and link people to some hosting plans of companies. Choose fatcow,justhost, bluehost etc. You'll find that they are paying much higher.2) Design based product affiliate programs:-You'll find this relevant with your site if you're into this designing. You can add some affiliate stickers of 125x125 on your blog. Get paid for monthly pageviews or per sale of the products. You choose such programs that fits your blog. I can't suggest one or two but if you want list of hosting affiliate programs then i'll try to suggest it to you. For design and other affiliate programs commision junction offers quite good programs. Also there is clickbank and some other affiliate programs site where you can choose from products to promote.Adsense,adbrite and kontera are ad networks not afffiliate programs, so my this reply is focused on affiliate programs. If you want me to post about ad networks let me know, i'll point you to some good sites.
