Now there you guys are making me more confused instead of guiding. Lol, i agree yordan i have to think in that direction. My point here is that though more and more companies are opening towards open source platform still there are some companies which are not opening their enterprise projects on open source platform. I have seen it in most of my experience that .NET platform is growing instead of declining so that makes me more confusing. It's not about hate or like asp, it's about getting things done. I like java but when it comes to getting things done fast java is ugly and useless platform to offer your clients. Things that left off and bugs are simply ridiculous with java, i've limited experience with php so i can't say the same with php. But open doesn't mean perfect cause with project more and more issues are there which are usually made easier with commercial tools instead of open source. I don't know maybe if my company offers any php project i'll go for it. But then again let's see how things proceed ahead.

I’m interested in switching to asp.net as i’m currently working on java server pages. The thing about java server pages is that there are less projects coming for it these days. So thinking about switching to asp.net. What do you think about he future of asp.net ?I’m asking this because i’m seeing decline in java platform after 2008. There are very less projects coming for the java platform and many projects switching for the php and asp.net. So i was curious about the .NET platform and where it will stand in future. Though i’ve some contacts working on asp.net platforms but there is not much in depth information i’ve got from them for the career switching decision. So what is your opinion in this case ?Is asp.net going to stay longer in commercial application area ? Also if i have to pursue certification for the asp.net then which one i have to choose ? is there any exam module available in microsoft’s official certifications ? Another question: WPF/WCF are essential for asp.net learning ? or they can be learned overtime ? I’ve so many questions to ask just not sure if i’ll get enough answers for it. Your reply is much appreciated if you can help in this case.

With TV i don't see much dead pixels which distort the screen usually with computers. But with tv i guess they do some modification or something that makes it easy to view tv from long distance which is not possible with monitor.(just one of those my observation).By the way purchasing those wireless mouse is worth the investment ? i'm thinking about that cause i've one pc and i've limited table space so want to use wireless mouse for that. any idea about wireless keyboard and mouse brand ?

Dark basic is not worth the trouble if you're new to programming and there are lot of hurdles on the way. I suggest buying game maker or garage games scripts and tools if you're serious about game development. though there are very less tools which are affordable maybe game maker and similar 2D tools are enough at the start of game development. but definitely not dark basic if you want to keep head and concept simple.

There are some monitors which allow you to increase the legth of that pod which is holding screen. I was talking about that. looking it from long distance makes it hard if the pod is not letting you increase the height. There is not such setting with pod which holds this screen. But i guess because of weight there is issue with holding it and that is why this functionality is not available with this monitor.

Kontera pays via paypal and check. There is no other way like direct deposit or wire transfer with them. There is no connection with Xisto/KS and kontera cause KS is using revenue sharing mod and that allows to share impression not account.So you earn money on paypal account not KS/Trap.

Well i'm sure new mycents will be updated with some extra restrictions and now that there is also post restriction that means any person who wants earn mycent for hosting will require to write long posts (often gibberish and stretched just for the sake of earning mycents). If this is where things are heading there is no other way than writing long posts just for the sake of earning mycent it's the only way left.

I think LCD flickering problem is quite usual with Dell laptops. And i suggest you to get it repaired from del service center as it is in yearly contract. So there will be no problem with you changing the piece even. Make sure you can reproduce this issue in front of service engineers of dell service center. Otherwise they'll hardly do anything with the piece they give you.

I just purchased dell's 19 inch monitor. It's flat and wide and much better than my earlier CRT monitor. one bad thing about it is it should have been beter at height. But oh well though height is small but wider screen is perfect for the movie watching and some other writing tasks. resolution is changed for me now and it is at 1280 which is fairly high. I'm planning to purchase laptop sooner and i think it could be near about december or later in 2011 perhaps.

Sign up to multiple sites where kontera revenue sharing is allowed. You need to write articles on such sites with keywords which drive a lot of traffic. Other than that post normally on Xisto so that you get more page impressions which are very important. I'm also close to payment and i think this happened because i'm signed up to multiple sites. Some sites which offer kontera sharing is Xisto,xomba, snipsly and some other private forums where this is offered.I think we need kontera revenue sharing mod back in order to increase page impressions for many other members like me. Write and forget strategy will not help with kontera but you need to have your ad on topics where you posted and is getting more traffic.

Yes,i got one update with invoice as well. and mycents are deducted from my account and there is need for more mycents for my other accounts. So i need mycent update immediately. I wish i get enough mycent cause i posted a lot during downtime. Other than that kontera revenue sharing mod should be back as well.

Same here. i don't find any use for this toolbar and it is taking some time to load for me here. I'm sure those who are on dialup will find it hard to load Xisto. it took a lot of time for me on mobile surfing as well. really ? are you using broadband internet and coming to this conclusion ? if so, try surfing from dialup and mobile(connect to pc) and see if things load faster or not. By the way i would like to get Kontera revenue sharing feature back for users. It is adding some impressions to my kontera account. So opaque if you're reading this please add kontera revenue sharing feature back.

Well life sometimes seems unfair if your decisions and and some part of life is dependent on others in some way. This is the case with real life so not related to online life.lol. You'll earn mycents slowly here and will be able to pay debt in short time. I don't know how fast mycents are these days and how much it is improved from earlier algorithm but looking at your big posts and topics i'm sure you'll be able to earn mycents if you post consistently for 1 week. How much you've to make ? 12$ for domains ? more ? or is it including hosting as well ? In case of domain one week of consistent topic creation and forum post should give you the mycent you're aiming for but i'm not sure about remaining for hosting. Oh and by the way i like sleeping in the car example Nitin. If you want to hear this type of story from real person then head over to warrior forum. There i've seen one member sharing his story in one thread about personal experience where he shared how he got kicked from Microsoft and got his US visa denied later got job in restaurant and somehow managed to sleep over bench of that restaurant. After 1 year of struggle he's working online as virtual assistant for voice-over job. I've saved that threads URL so i'll digg evernote to see where i've pasted it. You'll find many good stories in that thread about how people got broke and now managed to hang on so far. I'll post it if i find that. Nice. One thing you can do is make sure you've less empty space and more space to Xisto logo that gets attention. You can do this by making another flyer. If you think this default logo is not getting attention then simply create text based logo on your own choice and add it to flyer. This will definitely help to community. Keep it up.

That is strange they don't deny any application just like that. Maybe they're looking at your site and checking if your site is violating any tos of their ad netowrk and google's. And about that proxy thingy, let me explain it this way. Consider you're ad network and you're going to publish ads on publisher sites. Many publisher who are not registered to google adsense will see ads of google on their dexplatform ads. This is because they swap ads by which they get more ecpm and with one or two clicks here and there revenue increases. I'm still trying to figure out how they're doing this i mean this could be cheating to google but they're doing it. I'll check out innity and will let you know about it. But i just checked their requirement for publishers: Whoa only Xisto and asta will be able to host their ads this way. I don't know such medium level ad network is setting such requirement. Maybe even castle media is at lower requirement than this site.

Other than than earlier ad networks have you checked up dexplatform ? that is also one good ad network i remember. Not sure if you want to keep hosting google proxy of CPM network. (in case you don't get this, let me tell you that dexplatform hosts google adsense ads on their member pages and gives CPM rate of 0.15 onwards depending on the traffic of the site. I'm currently using it with one of my site. If you want to try that ad network then pick a site with atleast 100 daily visitors so that you can see the results. About Nuffnang, they're accepting users from all over the asia. But i'm not sure if they're accepting almost every country in asia or not. But in anycase you can sign up and give it a shot. I would like to try that as well but have no good site for that. Which site is innity ? i don't remember posting about that here. In case i failed to check that i'll update here if i signed up to it.
