  1. Ya, that's what I made it for. I don't like those cheap sets that you have to pay for, but then you don't get anything good. So, this one is free for public use, no credit needed. Just share it when appropriate, that's the only condition
  2. Added a psd to the file so that it's a nice little bundled zip
  3. Well, Adobe didn't provide a biohazard symbol in their custom shapes, so I did one of my own. After all, what's a radioaztive symbol without a biohazard symbol? I did this in CS2 and hopefully the custom shape file is compatible with older versions If not, just post here and I'll post a .psd with a vector layer of the shape and you can select it and do "Edit > Define Custom Shape"
  4. I think that http://www.freeimages.com/ is great and it's free. Try it out
  5. I like it. I hope that they get some new forum images to go with it, or at least put the old ones in. Congrats Xisto team
  6. I took this one of myself using a Canon digital camera with the remote and a small tripod, just in my living room I think I should have opened the curtains, but I didn't really think of that till later. Below is a link to the original and a sized down preview of the fixed up, which you can click to see the finished version: Original \/\/ Preview of finished (click) \/\/ Original link is wrong... http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ No edit button
  7. I sheduled a task on XP once that made it so that on logon, it shutdown with certain parameters, but since it was on a network and with the account it was one, it got logged off and then didn't follow through with the shutdown for some reason. Worked alright though LOL, locked the person out of the computer basically. So, we left it like that for a day and then fixed it via safemode the next day And then the teacher, ironically, said to someone, "You know, we were having problems with that computer yesterday. I guess the admins came in and fixed it." Hahahaha.
  8. Some brushes just have certain parts transparent and certain parts opaque. All you can do to make them stronger is click again in the same spot, click 2 or 3 times even. And, I haven't done a sig with brushes in ages, but what I always did was add a layer, scroll through the blend modes and see which one it looked best with.
  9. Well, to answer your example question in your first post, a monitor is the term most commonly used for the display screen. Basically it's a freelance type thing that goes on here; post a request or whatever and someone will take care of it, troubleshoot your problem.
  10. Yeah, I always just put down some bogus answer or bogus question.---------------------------------------------What was your mother's maiden name?---------------------------------------------I don't know----------------------------------------------LOL
  11. Well... you won't get hosting if you're unregistered... there's no way for them to track your posts then. I suggest you go fill out the registration form, and if you need an e-mail address, I'll give you a GMail one.
  12. http://www.lissaexplains.com/fun9.shtml A little ways down the page there is a small graphic link to the same link posted above, but this one works. I, for on, use Photoshop, save as .GIF and then open it in IrfanView and save it as a .ICO But maybe I'll try this.
  13. That's stupid anyway... so, I devote all of my time to doing this search for less than $1 a day and that in turn barely even pays for my cable service??
  14. Don't be so morally concious It's the internet... no one else is LOL
  15. That's stupid, just a recruiting post by the starter... and .tk domains are rubbish.
  16. Really? I didn't do a thing to it, just cut out, changed the colors a little and that's it. Those little target info things are just 1 px white lines/dots that mimic a brush set I used to have, but I didn't feel like going to find it so I just made them myself. Here's all the images I used: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
  17. I want to know how to create a shortcut and tell it where to put it. Like in the "Startup" folder Thanks.
  18. Here's what you should do: 1. Open IE 2. Type in ftp.yourusername.astahost.com 3. A message should come up, click ok then go to File>Login As... 4. Input your login information 5. Once you see the folders, head to "public_html" 6. Change the song's filename to something a little better, like 1 word or a few letters 7. Click and drag it to the browser 8. Once uploaded, go to yourusername.astahost.com/songfilename.mp3 and make sure it downloads and plays in your default media player 9. Copy that URL and put it wherever you need to on MySpace
  19. Most likely if you just put the link it, IE will go download the mp3 from the location and then play it with the default player. It won't display it (play the music) as it would if you linked a music file. Also, you should use and FTP client, or IE's built-in one.
  20. This isn't the Intro section mate...
  21. I think it tells you on the can not to do that. And yes, it's some sort of freezing chemical, like liquid nitrogen My dad showed me, he sprayed a Sharpie over the sink once, put a nice frosted glaze on it.
  22. Well. I've made a new sig and I think that I'll use it for myself. It's alright, and it's pretty much done for now I guess. I might add one or two things or make a change or two. But how do the rest of you like it?
  23. That's pretty sweet. You can go to a location and then search for things, like pizza, and it shows all the pizza stores nearby. Mmmm sounds good right about now. Wonder if my parents are up to ordering some
  24. Anyone who is still confused: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ First result I got on Google when I put in "Thumbs.db"
