i did a search and foudn a couple psots, but no thread, so thought i would go ahead, as not many people seem to be aware of this. its bassicly a keyboard, but Every single key is an OLED screen (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), and can be changed to differernt presets and CUSTOMIZED by the user! And as these screens are colour they can display images and such for what ever keys you wanted. . . Now. . .you may be wodnering. . .sure it sounds kool, but why is it revolutionary? well for this simple reason. You can have presets to change for differernt programs or games you are using. . . so in photoshop you could set certain keys to be a short cut for blurring. . or burning or to create a new layer. . .what ever really. . .and as an SDK will be released too, you will have total control. Also. . .its OS-independant. . .meaning if u plug it into a mac. . you will have the mac relevant keys and vice-versa for pc. Also works for differernt languages + Alphabets too and in the far left, you have 10 customizeable program selections, so you can open the set program, or jsut switch between open ones. also. . .it looks bad **bottom** too.. . . well, theres messageboards mostly, as popular boards always have new activity, and its not only good to post, but jsut read too and be a silent watcher.Then theres the obvious search engines. . . .Humour websites. . .such as YTMND.com FARK.com and SomethignAwful.com etc (excluding Ebaumsworld since they are theifs and should be taken off the net)Profile websites, every now and then. . myspace.com etcand news sites i suppose, but news for all thigns, so like global news bbc etc but also jsut updates on specific websites such as MODDB.comso it conclude. . . . these are the main things which draw a person back to a website:-Messageboards-Daily Content updates-To Search the web (specific to SEs)

right. . .well i apprechiate the guidence the mods have given me, but this is proving very confusing.to make it clear what i want, i will firstly state that, then what i've done so far, adn the problemsi want:http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ etc etc etci will also want future domains directed to differernt areas of the site to form differernt websites.I have been using Add On domains , as advised above.I'm not sure how to configuer it properly.I have added heartlesscreations.com as a domain, but can forward it to a location on the sever, but then it ignores the heartlesscreations.com domain.and i noticed it created a new section in my ftp, heartless creations and im guessing thats where stuff goes when the ww.heartlesscreations.com domain is not re-directed. BUT when i but files in there, it doesnt pull them up, insted it ignores them and gives the standard CGIbin.folder and nothing else.please some help!Can i even do what i want to do?

well, i like it you have a lot of content which is always a good thing so no problems there. Layout But something it seems to lack is navagation at the side or top of the site on every page (yes you do have a few links at top, but not overly useful). Maybe decide the msot important areas of your site and create navagation for them? Secondly i like the large spacing between things, makes the site feel roomy lol, but the Quote of the day box could be padded down abit away from the header bar, as it looks odd And the website logo/graphic should be in the header, or above it possibly if u wnated, as not a huge amout of attention is beign drawn to it. Graphics + Style: Very simple, but effective. Could be improved possibly with some title bar graphics for each section, and possibly colour coding your site accordingly. . . i.e blue=culture, green=attractions, grey=news. . etc because at the moment its quite a miss-match of differernt colours. Keep the header's blue colour, its a good stylish choice. Also conside creating a background for the main tables of the website, to separate it from the background of the the body. also possibly use a differernt logo and graphics for your header graphic. If you want help i could knock a few ideas up and if ya like them i would create all the neccery text you needed. overall, nice heavy content website you can use my crits, or dispand them, in the end of the day its only my opinion and i'm sure someone will dissagree with me. keep at it.

so, if i want to do this. . . i have to change the name to heartlesscreations.com ?I am wnating to buy another domain as well, to run off my site too. . .would it be possible to do this with 2 domains. . .i.e. . . the heartlesscreations.com running off one file directoryand another domain running off a differernt file directory?because from what you jsut said it appears i can only do this for one.

the latter of your message about parked and add-on domains confused me lol, But i went ahead and tried messing around with it, and i didnt see how that would do what i want bassicly.My only option with my domain resgistar is Forwarding domain.I COULD use subdomains on homming to dicectories, but i would need to be hosted with them to do that, and i'm happy enough with T17!Just was bassicly hoping that i could turn off masked domain :(Its really irritating

well, i searched for the forum for an answer specificly for me and didn't find one, so i was wodnering if anyone could help me out with sub-domains.I have a .com domain at 1&1.co.uk, as i saw it advertised/suggested in OpaQue's Signature.so. . .first of all, what is DNS? and is that relelvent to me at all for this?secondly, i can only forward with my domain using the 1&1 control panel, BUT is there a way to edit all that in Xisto's control panel? because at the moment all the pages of the website go under the same domain and if refreshed is hit then it goes to the oringal page, and thats quite ennoying.So is there anyway i can sort that out using Xisto?Thanks in advance to anyone who helps

I mean their missing an IFV, armoured transport, transport helicopter, ground attack aircraft, Mobile Anti-Air system and simple 4x4 troop tranport vehicle! and above all their onyl on 3 maps. . . .to be honest this is pretty weak. . . . for a big design studio such as them selees this probably took about a month to create, and it all seems rushed too. . . there are MODS beign amde which have 5x as much content, more itneresting gameplay proposed more maps, and above all. . . FREE!. . . .. bad move EA/DICE. . . . .

Hardcore Christians make me laugh :blink:but seriously, i suspect its some type of mutation. Considering it has no purpose, since humans lost the need for tails quite a few thousand years ago when we stopped leaping around trees. It would be intertsting to find out if there is a gene which causes this.Lots of people are born with these tails, but most are simply cut off at a very early age.

Wow, very nice pictures Some really bloody nice photos, wish i had your talent, and equpiment! i want an SLR so bad, or jsut something with macro function. I love taking close up pictures :PThe Nude ones are really beautiful too. and as for the site, also not bad nice clean layout and great functionality. Not sure on some of the graphics but thats my personal opinion.I love how the layout and design flows and everything about it is done proffesionally.Navigation is clear and easy to follow.Graphics/colours are subtle and easy on the eyeDesign/style is flowing and easy to follow.Content. . . .well its all just so good :PCodding is great too, since it all validates.

For me it has to be Elder Scrolls : Oblivion!Simple because of the god like graphics and the sheer size of the game and level of detail. A game bound to keep you busy for days/ months on end!and RTS wise. . .. probably BFME2 and RISE OF LEGENDS, as they both look really good :)FPS wise. . . the new Battlefield 2 Booster packs and Half Life 2 Aftermath expansion :PHow about everyone else?

(1st post) thats quite koo, its allways to get something good for free :DThe story of my pc is somewhat boring. . . . i saved up ?1200 and bought components, built it. . . it didnt work, suspected a GPU problem, sent that back, got an email back saying it was fine. i admitted defeat and took it to the place where i bought most of my components to get them to do a rebuild/test.they agve an estimate of 2 weeks, i phone up on the 2 week and ask for the status, they say its jsut being tested and will be ready within 3 days. I ring up again, and its being tested and will be ready by week after, they said they would contact me. Being 2 weeks later i assume that its fixed for certain, so i drive up for an hr to the place, and. . . . its not ready. . . so i get major pissed and demand for money to be slashed off the cost of the service :DI eventually got it the week after with %50 off the service and the GPU testing/delivery fee waved.Its all good now :(My pc had a difficult birth lol

Well, i got it for Xmas :DPlays beautifully, Looks beautiful/amazing. . . i mean the water looks so realistic. . . it amde me thirsty after jsut looking at it lolthe Havoc Physics make the game so much more fun to watch. . . insted of scripted destruction sequences based on health, the building will break apart where it is hit. . . . so if a heavy cannon is fired at the Sails of a windmill, thats what wil ljsut break off and fall to trhe ground.The Homecity feature adds a sort of RPG aspect to the game, as with game experience you get differernt "home city shipment cards" and can upgrade what your home city looks like.I could rant on for ages. . .. but i won't :DJust if you like RTS, the AOE series or jsut good lookign games then buy this!
