Once I was installing an XP in a pc I got that kind of error and I thought it was the installler becuase it says cannot open. But the real problem was with the RAM. Everytime I tried to re-install the same file is loaded into the same portion of the RAM which is damage so it always display the same error message.In your case try using another RAM of you have one and try also cheking your HD becuase maybe it has bad sector or something. XP installers do not directly install files from CD but copy it first to HD before actualy installing system files. Maybe the file that was reported cannot be open is written to a portion of the disk which can not be access becuase of some defect. But I'm sure it has nothing to do with the compatiblity of your machine and XP. The problem has to be in the installer, RAM or HD.Good luck

Was iraq a threat? Irag is an impotent country when it come to military power and nuclear capability. There is no doubt and question on that. Becuase if it were so powerful it could have vallantly resisted USA invasion. And to the nuclear issues, all evidence of USA is not substantiated. In fact there were no crideble evidence but there were lots of drawings and sketches. Up to now no weapon of mass destruction found even if the new interem government is installed.Invade Iraq?The supposed reason to invade Iraq is becuase it is a nuclear threat to USA. That maybe true but it is no right for any other country to invade another country for that reason only. But of course we all knew that the real reason is oil. But the complaint of course is a weak one that which could be easily argued and dismissed. So in the end Gloria has one year to rest.One of the biggest factor why Gloria is so confident is the CBCP factor. This law is the child of human greediness.In the situation of katrina, i believe that it is unjust to increase oil prices since it was the refinery that was damage not the flaw of supplies. Are your government saying that becuase of katrina there is no or there is low circulation of gasoline. There are still gasoline in every gas station and the circulation is not cut off. Sattelite gas storage all over your country still has gasoline on its tanks and will not be empty in just a few days. It was just the refinery of unrefined oil that was damaged I beleive. A few weeks the refinery will be repair and the gasoline we be reinforced before circulation dries up.Once again the elite and powerful has exploited the situation your country is undergoing. Seeing the disaster, it gives them excuse to raise gasoline prices. And as always, your government which is run by the elites and the powerful of your society turn its back againts the victims and its nation by letting oil companies increased prices. After all those comanies are one with the politicians.

I like how the tutorial being presented. But for me it lacks something, an important thing actualy. Since the tuorials are basicaly the basics of syntax, I mean conditional statements, data types.... anyway, what it lacks is an example of a working php page. The point I'm getting to is, after reading the tutorials a beginner can not use what he learned becuase basicaly it was just all about syntax. Although it mentions the opening and closing tag but thats it. I hope you get my point, im not good in english :PBut like I said the way it was presented is quite good and I'm hoping you'll write some more but this time with working examples

if you already are finnished with the technical stuffs (hosted already, html editor and others) it is not a wise idea to start doing things with your computer already (start coding html). First is you have to ask your question what will your site be and who are the targeted visitors. Becuase if you do not address this matter first then you will not be succesful. Yeah you created a website but the question is, is it worth visiting? If not then you failed.After being able to address the said question get a paper and a pencil. Start designing structure of the website. First to consider is the navigational menu of the website. What kind of menu your site will have will be based in the first question which is what will your site be? Basically the navigational menu contains like HOME, CONTACT, SUPPORT maybe if you have CHAT ROOM or even MESSAGE BOARD blah blah :(Structural design by the way is devided in 2 parts, the first is the one that I mentioned above and the second is how you structure folders and files in the hard disk. It is bad if you put in one folder all files. Files and folders should be segregated. LIke for example you have a folder IMAGE which contains all images. Then its time design the layout or how your webpage will look like. Again you only need a pencil and a clean sheet of paper no computer yet. You need some colors too. Draw the design of your website. Draw as many as you can to be exact :(Having done that all, its time then to turn your computer on and start coding html and this time you will concern yourself in the technical issues only, since you already have tackle the designing. I have windows xp sp1 and im thinking of upgrading it to sp2, installers is not a problem here in my country, the word piracy has no meaning here. You can buy anysoftware for 2 dollars, be games, os and other applications you dont even need to look for them somewhere elase since you can find them in malls :(anyway going back to windows, I have read that in windows xp programmers can now easily create packets that has fake senders IP address, so it shuld be untraceable. I gues hackers and crackers loves the lates windows WINDOWS XP.

Basicaly my problem is about my sub-domain name in Xisto. For weeks ive been using the saga.astahost.com and it was fine, since i haven finnished yet the whole package for my website, i loaded some html on it, so basicaly its empty. Now, lately when i login to my cpanel using of course saga.astahost.com/cpanel, I was surprised that it was written theere in the cpanel that my sub-domain name is ad36.astahost.com.So what i did was tried to create html to see if ad36.astahost.com will work, but sadly it didnt, the error reposted by the browser is it can not find the said url. So I tried saga.astahost.com, but to my surprised that saga.astahost.com contains only the previous files before this problem occurs, meaning whatever i uploaded or file created it is put in the ad36.astahost.com but I can't open ad36.astahost.com. I also can not edit html or uplaod file to saga.astahost.com since when i used the file manager the domain used is ad36.astahost.com which i can not open.I also tried this ad36.astahost.com/cpanel but it also didnt work. I believe that this problem started during my aplication for hosting. First I used saga.astahost.com but since after almost an hour the registration was not able to success, so I aborted it and tried again, but when I tried to register saga.astahost.com again, it posted and error saying that the sub0damain is already taken, so I registere again with ad36.astahost.com.I hope that this matter will be address the soonest the possible becuase im almost cmplete in the design phase of my website and I need to test some php codes. Say for example Silent Hill which has 3 cds I guess, you can buy it for 6 dollars... So if you want to shop for installer of all kinds, games, software like Maya and OS like XP SP2, Unix blah blah come to my country and you wont regret it... Even DVDs hehehehehehehe... I agree with you. Man in his desperate moments in seeking for the truth created devine being to answer all his questions. Religion is jus the expression of man's faith to a devine being, nothing more nothing less. We always wanted to know what is the begining. How did everything came to be. But this is an endless quest. Becuase if we will ever find out how the universe is created, then another question will surface that again will bother us. So, we created God, for a shortcut. Of course God as devine being is not created by someone, so all our question ends in Him. Simple yet effective.
