The certificate is fine and used for encrypting BUT its not registered. You can avoid using SSL by logging onto your cpanel with port 2086 instead of 2087.

I would like to know your site name so that I can check its DNS configuration. Did you talk to online techs. when you were facing problems @ Xisto - Web Hosting.com. They will help you detect network problems. Network problems can be from the server side as well as client side. If you have sent a ticket, please give me the ticket number as well. Alert mails were sent 4-5 hours before we started the restore. As for the 5 hour downtime of server KAPPA for HDD change, check the web for the time taken by web hosts for HDD changes. :-) I will not comment on it. Apart from the KAPPA server issue, Uptime was good and we did not experience any problems. I apologize for the HDD problem. But blaming us by saying "Outburst of downtime" was a bit harsh.. :-(

These are the general installation steps.1. Generating CSR, RSA and CRT for your domain on Server. (using your company details).2. Sign up for SSL using your personal details.3. Provide them with CSR generated in Step 1.4. Enroll Certificate.5. Wait for response and certificate. 6. Use your Key generated in step 1 and install the certificate provided by your COMPANY.7. HTTPD Service Restarted. Installation Complete.

The problem with adding credits is that the Credit system requires member's "username". Many members have set a different display name instead. So everytime, the credits are added, some attempts would be rejected because it will not accept the username (as its the display name). In that case, the real username has to be fetched from the database to make the changes :-) She has almost finished building the new list and credits will be adjusted most propably by today. I got a copy of Vista as Gift yesterday.. (Very tempted to install it). Anyways, Things have been very cool so far and our projects are running smoothly now. Qupis is now much more stable and balanced. (the site which literally gave me nightmares because of spamming, phishing etc.)

I had to take a long drive on that very same day and I had requested Yratorm to open the topic at 5:30 IST PM instead of AM. The credits would be added to the members again.Initially, I was ignoring this issue because I didn't expect so much of dissatisfaction by some members. Also, I have been working on a new clustering project for a client's site. The credits awarding thing is a very time consuming task.Velma was made in charge of distributing the credits and I apologize to her for the inconvenience she has to go through due to this. Giving her this additional task along with the Sales burden she has (from Xisto - Web Hosting) is really going to be tough for her. Additional Credits would be given to the members who posted after 00:00 GMT.For those members who received credits before this time, We will subtract it back. These same members who have NOT posted after 00:00 will get 25 bonus credits. I see you are hosted on server ALPHA and the mySQL is working perfectly. There might be an error in the fantastico configuration. I have posted a support ticket there and waiting for their reply.

Can I have support ticket number ?If you get error like "can't connect to server" and its persistent, we will frankly go out of business. Because most of the applications use mySQL and on every server we have more than 100 customers. :-/Errors like Connection timeout, authentication errors can be understood.. This is not a regular issue which can be easily solved on forums.Please help me with ticket number.

Basically, We all know when a post replied to an old topic is spam or not. Was it posted for information or just for the heck of credits. If we "feel" it was for credits, the member will be warned.
