  3. It depends on what type of questions you have for the support techs and how you present them. Xisto - Web Hosting provides 3 channels for Support. Helpdesk, Chat and Forum. Helpdesk is used for technical errors and server related queries. Chat is used for Cpanel and website related problems. However, one cannot expect a network admin to know all the programming languages used on the web. As far as Forums as concerned, its best for website related (graphics, designing, html, programming...) queries Thanks

  6. I can see mass mail spamming for your domain. If you did not do anything, you should have taken extra care to protect anything like this by hiding your scripts.There are lots of queries which are in log in your account just waiting to be executed once account is unsuspended.

  13. In Control Panel, you can find a set of scripts which are ready to install. Please check if dotnetnuke is present. If it is not there, you will have to upload the files manually and set it up. :-)
  14. If you are hosted with Xisto.NET => You do not have access to those extensions. So it is not possible.For Xisto - Web Hosting hosting, you can do this by uploading a file htaccess.txt and then changing its extension.
  15. Working on this issue.The boxtrapper and spam assasin config are conflicting. Basically, I tried fixing this issue but ended up being totally confused myself.Seeking help from my techs now... :-)

  17. Yes, you are right. :-) English is not my native language. I generally speak Hindi, Marathi and Kanadda here. I never scored good in English...so please don't mind my ..err.. broken english, poor vocabs and spelling mistakes. I usually communicate my ideas in a simple language which I believe is easier for a large population of people (non-english) to grasp and understand. :-)

  21. No, All you have to do is make the payments on time. Your paypal subscription gets cancelled if you have problems with the account.In this case, just wait till you recieve your next invoice. Once you get the notification of the generated invoice, login to the billing system and view the invoice. You will have a link to pay it by paypal. Click the link and make the payment. It will automatically setup a subscription from that date onwards. Make sure you make this payment before due date in time so that subscription is set properly.Also, mail sales team about this.
