I believe taht it is being used by peopole who signed up as Microsoft testers. So if you didn't sign up, I think it will be hard to do it. If you can, try to find someone who is a tester who can download it. But make sure it is legal okay? Since it is in beta, it may not be able to be transfered. I know it looks awesome. It wil be great for getting good scripts. They are so hard to find, but now I can get them for my site. See I have a Ministry, but it very hard to get free scripts without the ads, so this is a perfect option. The chat feature looks good, but there are so many others, I don't know what I will do. You would have to completely change everything guys. You would need to completely re-do generators, and power supply. See you would need an amplifier that made more power available. Your preposal Paul is good, but you would need to use top of the line technology to change it all around. See the keyboard would need to be changed with small mini generators, taht when you hit a key, it would roll a ball next to the key, whichh with a gear, could tranform the power into something greater then what you have listed. The mouse on the other hand could really make some nice power. See each time it rolls, the mouse itself, with a converter installed, would work. The mouse would also need a small ball that could roll roll easily. This would be kind of like a miniature alternator. This would enable you to create more power. Like I said though, you would need hears or something to amplify the power.

No he is right. You see the mouse wheel creates some power, stored by office buildings to mainstream electric companies, power would be CHEAP. It would cut costs down. Okay here is what you would need:A generator, basically a reverse motor that when the wheel of the mouse (lol, this will have to be non-optical), is turned, it wil generate power. Now you can also make the mouse with several wheels, just mini ones located all around, each generating power. So this may actually be "Big".Then with the keys you would need a small wheel taht when a key is hit down and up, it rotates a small spindle with a small generator at the end. With one of these at the end of every key, you could get some handsome power coming out. How owuld this benefit people? Office building would pay for the key board easily with the power sold, and then make a profit. They could also use it themselves. It doesn't raise moral standards, and it sure doesn't prevent crime. People kill and ron for Alcohol. Same with Cigerattes. I don't think we need stimulants to be hapy. That is all. I have several new writing jobs, one is volunteer for a site called Mechie Tehcie, which is suppose to be the next top competitor in technological news. If the mods don't mind, I will be posting my articles here. These articles are written by me and can only be used with a link back to Mechie Techie, which is where I originally posted them, which is below and is included in the article. So anyway, I will be writing three technological articles per week, and will post maybe two here each week. If it is okay.

Yeah, no. Craigslist is absolutely free. And although you can sign up, you can also do anything on there without an account (also free). You do need to be careful because it does concern local people, and of course, a predator could decide to use it, although the chance is slim. I think it is best known for jobs. But there are literally 20 new ads for computers for sale *cheap* on there. I was actually quite impressed. Of course, you have to watch out for scams too, but in general, like you said husker, it is basically a local Ebay.

I am a freelance writer, but really, a student. You wouldn't believe how far a student can get when you don't have to give out your credentials. In the writing community, everything is based on how good your writing looks, not what color your skin is, how old you are, or if you have a PHD or not. So I use it as my side source of income. I like it, time is sometimes tight and you have to be willing to meet hard deadlines, but it is more than worth it. The pay is good, about $40 to $60 per article that you can write in about half an hour. I really like the writing field and think that, not that I am lazy, it is some of the easiest money around.

But the point is, you would have different parts of your website listed. You would submit each different hosted part, such as templates on freewebs, index on Xisto, etc, to every search engine. If it indexes the others, no big deal, but it it should be minimal due to the fact that each area is on a different host.To those that asked why would you want to do that? Because it might increase traffic. And although different sites have different bandwidth, you would just have to do your research. find good free ones, or even paid if this reallys works. I know you are not all lazy because people are willing to go to lengths to get something done an dmake it successful. I am just suggesting one way.Would some sites load differently? Yes, but the load time will be hardly noticable if you host bigger files and/or directories on faster and more realiable hosts. I think it would be worth it, and I doubt that there would be THAT much change when going between pages.TDM:Nice suggestions, I wil take that into account. But right now, I am look more at SEO than just getting traffic, I mean to get more people in from search engines.

Maybe it is just you. Maybe not. go to siteuptime.com, and get their service, it is free, they will tell you what you want to know. If you had a subdomain, set up a service for that, then do another for your actual domain name. If the domain is down, and the subdomain isn't, then you have a problem with your domain. If not, it is your hosting. Hope that helps.

Hey guys., Have you ever heard of Craigslist.com? It is a website that has tons of cities and their ads on it. I look there for writing jobs all the time. They have jobs on there from all over covering every topic. From writing to webdesign to graphics design. It's all in there. If anyone else has been there, please give me your review on it. I think it is pretty good. One thing to keep in mind, is look out for spammers or scams. A good website designer can pull in about $800 on a job depending on his/her experience. A writer, like myself, can get about $50-60 per article if I get a job.My rating for Craigslist.com is 9/10 for it's ease of use, friendly page design made up almost exclusively of text links , and the amount of jobs and servics posted on there each day. For a writer, there are at least 100 new jobs each day! Plenty for someone to get a job easily. Good luck guys!

I am a little confused at what you want to do. Would Iframes do what he wants guys? It sounds like you want to display seperate information, or just make one frame load at a time, without the others, which is what an Iframe would do without adding the _parent code. Anymore ideas guys? I don't know what he wants.

See what you would do, is take and host your files on multiple sites, using external linking. So you take and maybe have a templates area on Xisto, and then your homepage on Xisto - Web Hosting, regular pages on freewebs, or lycos, whatever, and then you submit them to different search engines. I mean submit all your pages hosted with each search engine. Then you are bringing in traffic to different areas of your site. There are several pros and cons to this: Pros: You get an amazing amount of response to your site, because you have every area of your site listed in all search engines, which reallu increases your traffic. If one hosting goes down, you still have all the others running, so you can hosting the most important on your most realiable hosting, then the others on ones that you don care about. Cons: This can get very hard to edit, so ideas: Make sure you put directories in the hosting. I.e. Put your templates on one host, index on another, forum on another, etc Make sure you group the hosted files in like catagories, you don't want to have to go and edit the main forum page in one, and then edit the forum's links page in another You also have to realize that if one hosting does go down, that feature will be disabled. So I am not sure if you would want to have the whole site go down, or just part of it. Hope this helps guys. I have only tried it minimally. It worked. I linked a lycos and webspawner site together, making a great site that was really simple, and I know it would work with any host, but again, it is time consuming. You would need to get a domain and mask all the addresses, which means you would need a service that makes it so you don't have to set your domain on your hosted files, such as freewebs.com where you can't set your domain, and can still have you set your domain with domain capability. You know, setting all those numbers and stuff, like on Trap and Xisto - Web Hosting, etc. I mean, the major benefit is getting your site massively listed in all the search engines. Give me your feedback.

I got a few websites. All are religious. That is right, I spread the gospel, good news. I actually have seven altogether I think. See I test all the different webhosts. I used freewebs, lycos, webspawner, all those guys, and I still use them as page storage since I can outlink between websites to make one. I know, genius. There is only one problem with that and that is the fact that if one goes down, you lost a part of your website, but then, if you submit all of them to google, you get bonus traffic. I haven't actually tried it yet, just a theory, so yeah, anyway, I have several Ministry sites, information on religion, etc. I think it is cool.

Not to compete with Trap, but then there is also mxweb.co.uk/forums which also offer hosting. So yeah, I am competing. But anyway. Yeah, go to your main directory. If it is Cpanel, then it is the WW directory, then create a file called index.html, or whatever, and you will have your site. Then create all the rest of your files and link to them in your site. Oh you mean a ticker. Yeah those are easy. They are like a Marquee. It is simple html. You can go to javascript.internet.com, and they have some there. Just type in the search, "ticker". That should help, you can use a Marquee code too. If you can't find one you like, just say so, and I can help you out, but I think you will have no problems.
