The member used the note tag in his signature, so a moderator removed it with his own.The note tag is something for an admin or mod to use, to just as jlhaslip said, show that "I edited this post, go away other mods". It's for mods and admins use ONLY, anyone can use it, but if you're caught you'll be warned. So stay away from it

Just make sure you place to Photoshop tutorials in the "Photoshop tutorials" section, and the rest in the main Tutorial section.Also please make sure you search the forum for the tutorial you're posting about before you post it, incase it exists already.Please refrain from copying tutorials, it'll result in a warning, and please be origanal, don't post a tutorial that's already been posting before.

Very nice, but I think there's a bit to much rain(lol?). Maybe filter it more because it looks to much like a moving wall still. You only want a few drops of rain because if it's going over a sig, you don't want it to be to covered-up.

subSilver? That's a phpBB skin. Are you saying you're having trouble installing phpBB through Fantastico? If it's saying it can't find the subSilver config file, then it's obviously not there or you're supplying a wrong directory. If that file IS missing I'd suggest download the skin and replace all the files through your ftp.Maybe someone else has a better solution, but please feel free to correct me because I didn't quit understand your issue.
