  1. The gamecube can't be for childrens only. I don't think any real gaming systems can be for childrens only. Any games can be played by adults. Gamecube has a lot of games for mature people anyways. Maybe it's mostly for children, but that's not the point.

    Forum Problem

Maybe there's something wrong with your forum script. That happens to me sometimes too. Can I get a link to your forum?
  3. Wow, that's a great piece. :|I should be ashamed of myself, I only knew Mario for sure. I think one of them was Mortal Kombat, and the other was...some Tetris. I can't figure the one where this guy came from the left holding some sort of...chainsaw looking thing.
  4. It works fine for me. Have you tried clearing your cookies and then returning to the main site to log in again? That usually clears a lot of my own problems.
  5. Just make a few more posts and you'll be fine. Not to be mean, but it is better to make more / lengthyer (sp?) posts. It's for the best if you do, that way if the forum does go down for a couple of days, you'll have a lot of credits to spend. Besides, the hosting was up, meaning if you had a positive number, you would've been able to use your hosting.
  6. December 5, 2005Happy 20th day before Christmas / Trapmas. :)I'm thankful for many things. One of my biggest is the fact that I was lucky enough to get into one of the best High Schools where I live. I never thought I could but I did and I'm thankful for that.Another thing I'm thankful for is my life. Although it may not be as good, it's not bad. Thinking about something I read earlier [something about how there's always someone out there with a worse life than me.]it made me think. My life isn't bad, it just doesn't live up to my expectations. But after what I read, I've changed how I felt.Xisto, can't forget them. I learned lots of things during my time here. I also made a couple of friends here, and a tiny reputation amount a few.Lastly, I want to thank all my friends and one very special site. They include ones I met inside and outside of the internet. They made me who I am today. Without them, I probably wouldn't have made it into a good school. Looking back at how I was before, I can sure say, thank you F. A.*Something is different this year. Instead of the usual greedy wishes, I actually have a meaningful one. A few weeks back, my dad found out that he had a disease. I don't know the name of it, but it had something to do with glucose level in one's blood. It's a shame what he had to go through. Just yesterday was his birthday. He acted all calm, but deep inside, I could tell that he was afraid. So my wish this year, is that he gets better.*I do hope that next year I'll be more mature. High School is a tough journey for some, and I sure do hope that I'll get through it easily. It surely can't hurt to wish for a girl in my life, right? 7. Jae, did you copy and paste all of that info from somewhere? If you did, you MUST put
  8. Problem with that is that they don't have that anymore. I think it was removed after the server change we had a little while ago. Fantastico used to have 1.3, but they were told by IPB to remove it, so they changed it to 1.2. A little afterwards, it just disappeared.
  9. Yeah, unfortunately I got infected by this a few weeks ago...it was destroying my computer too. Or at least thats what it looks like it was doing. It was restoring all my things to its default settings. Such as, background wallpaper, location of a few of my files, some programs which require personal settings, etc.
  10. I don't even go to blogs that much, so it doesn't interest me. Although, it would be different if it worked for a forum, or something like that. Even better if it was free.
  11. Aw, a lot of people is leaving Xisto. :PAnyways, good luck with College, too bad I won't have to go to college, my parents are forcing me to go to a university >.<Anyways, I know I haven't seen you much, but I think you're cool from what I know.
  12. Wow, it read some stuff on that site that changed how I felt even more.I read the "Not sure if my pixels are worth buying" link you told me, and I saw how many pixels that each of those people bought. Thousands...In my mind, I always thought that one of those little tiny boxes was one pixel for some reason. So a thousand of those was just crazy. I read some more into the site, and found out that one of those little boxes was $100 each. :)I don't have the fundings to pay $100 for one little box...
  13. Do you mean that you're having problems with the Xisto forum, or your own forum? If it's problems with your own forum, you need to check your own forum's scripts. If it's Xisto's forum, then try and find out if it's the problem with your ISP. Otherwise, change browsers, clear cookies, and all that stuff. I have no problems with Xisto's forum.
  14. I've already seen that website and thought about it. It didn't work out too well in my mind. Theres way to many pages on that site. And it'll be almost impossible for one to find my site. Its possible, but that person will have to be really attracted to the pixel I bought, OR he's just going through all of them.
  15. That would be really disturbing and cool at the same time. But how exactly are they going to plant the vegetables in the first place? Wouldn't it be hard to plant them? I don't suppose the robots can plant them, but then again, anything is possible.
  16. Well, my partners on my forum has decided to move our site to a newer host. A paid one to be exact. And we did that already. Now all we need to do is move our forum over to the new host. We want to do this without losing all of our posts and other data. I know it has something to do with the MySQL files but I don't really understand it. Some help would be appreciated. We are running Invision Power Board 1.3.1 finalAlso, we're thinking about upgrading our board to a newer version of IPB because we heard that its better in more ways than one. But then again, it might be harder to do.So basically, we want to :-Move our IPB database from this host to the newer one without losing the data-Upgrade our board versionAlso, before you go yelling at me for any reason, make note that I :-am not leaving because Xisto isn't good enough-am not leaving Xisto at all, my partners are [They are bloodsucking leeches]-already searched the forums, but I didn't find anything useful [Or that I didn't look hard enough]*Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  17. I am glad that it was Plenoptic that spotted this faker. [in a good way <.<;;] Anyone else just mIgHt fall for it and give them their info. Also, I hope he does come back and do this to someone else, then he could get ISP owned... :)Good job anyways Plenoptic.
  18. I have never even seen IBshop for IPB 1.2I always heard it was for 1.3 and above.BUT, if you want me to, PM me your info and send me the files I need to upload to your host, and I will install it for you. Keep in mind, I have absolutely no reason to fool you. If you really think that I am untrust worthy...um...you can ask some people on the board. Some will say that I am trustworthy, some will just say they have no idea who I am.
  19. I tried that once, it didn't work.Maybe I did something wrong. What size does it have to be btw?(The favicon)
  20. Well if you're willing to pay for it, buy the official software. Then you could get free web hosting here on Xisto and upload it. Xisto offers full access to FTP and MySQL.Other places that let you use IPB doesn't really offer FTP access, unless you mean those that come with IPB preinstalled into their hosting, but Xisto easily beats all others.
  21. ^ Thats an news article from my school's site or something. * ^ I copied that directly from a chinese newspaper. * On a site note, Brooklyn Tech is a HighSchool in New York. Notice from saint-michael: edited as requested.
  22. That's called cheating to get a tiny bit more hosting credits. A lot of people do that , and I know they will continue to do it. People don't read the stickies anymore, nor do they think about the consequences of putting name tags. I've seen a lot of people's free web hosting application being rejected because they put name tags on all their posts. Thats the kind of thing that the staff doesn't tolerate, but they wouldn't listen. Also, this includes hello tags, or whatever they're called. I try to help out others by telling them NOT to put in name tags but I don't they'll they'll read my post, or care what I say anyways. I hope that the staff that checks the free web hosting applications reject anyone who puts those tags.
  23. It depends on the version of IPB you're using.IPB 1.3 uses the installer thats located at yourname.trap17.com/forum/sm_install.phpIPB 2.0 uses the installer thats located atyourname.trap17.com/forum/install/index.phpI'm not sure about IPB 2.1 , never used it.1.2 is built in already. Also, when I tried to go to your site, its not working. Do you have enough hosting credits?
  24. I've tried that once on a totally different web host. It didn't work. I believe that if you want to start everything over, you would have to backup your SQL and FTP files. If you want to back up your files, go to phpmyadmin in your control panel and back up all of the MySQL files. (or only the ones you need.)Then wipe your slate clean , start over , upload everything again , go to phpmyadmin again and upload your MySQL files. I THINK might need to run some installers again, but I'm not really sure.
  25. Not really sure what you mean. But I'll try to answer your question. You can create an email account on your host by going to : which is under the category : Once in, just hit add account and put in a username , password , and how many space you want the account to store. You can start using the email afterwards. * If you want to read the mail , go to read webmail and select one of the following : OR you can go here : http://www.mail2web.com/ enter the email address and password. * hope this helped , and if it didn't , just ask.
