Filehippo is the most comprehensive site, that I have come across that supplies you with Freeware and shareware [mostly freeware].When i reinstall windows I get all my latest freeware from this site. The good thing about this site is that I supplies that latest version thesoftware and you can download the older archived version too. A 9/10 for me.

Please post the details of your adapter.It's might possibly be an OS compatibility problem or driver problem.I'd say download a driver scanner and find the latest driver for you internet adapter.

I'm not sure if you can chnage these icons. [by the looks of it the Wireless internet icon is custom from a program.]You can check out [http://www.deviantart.com/] for some icons or tutorials on this. I think u might be able to chnage with shell themes, but you have to check.

This site is very, very basic. You need to make the site more appealing. Mabye some dropdown menus, css. Mabye a Wordpress script may be of use. As you said this is still in progress, I'd be interested in what you put next. At the moment my rating stands at 5/10

M4A1 is the most used. Faster kills, better accuracy [when silenced,[for pros]]. Ak47 is good but not faster than an M4 kill. U cant use an ak47 while surfing, but can get a headshot with a m4 while surfing. Simple example.

I think this isn't confessional Anyway. I think you wanted to Spam because you have no experience in Discussion Board. The whole point of a discussion board is to Discuss, hence the name. About just about any topic, from Wedding plans to What happened in the world today. Your reasons are slightly valid, although there is no need for Spam. There are really good things you can do with forums and the internet. You can be whoever you want. In my case, I'm been who I really am, although not giving out personal details. But I know some people who can be famous over nothing in forums over the net. My advice is that you can be someone else to soften the blow on RL events and things that happen to you. When on the internet, relax.

A bit short don't ya think. Anyway my movie idea is: One Man sees and idea that there is life elsewhere in the universe. In 2010 he turns 20 and decides that he needs to set out to find life on another planet by the age of 40. Over the next 10 years he [which is fast forwarded in the movie] researches space flight and discovers newer technology to be able to use the suns light as a constant power source and a machine that can create food and drink. He then builds this ship with his team of scientists. He then sets out on the 10 year journey, with 5 other people. He goes through many scenarios through out the journey. He is headed for the most distant object in our solar system, as he believes that there is a constant mini black hole that resides there. His theory says that all matter that goes through a black hole is reconstructed on the other side and in a 100% same state. He gets asfar as the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, this creates problems for him. He travels futher and ends up in Jupiter's Gravitational Orbit. He then crash lands on Callisto [one of Jupiter's further moons] He ends up believing there is no hope, then he realises that there is an atmosphere similar to Earths on Callisto. There is life, on Callisto. Actually there is a whole community of species on Callisto even human looking ones that can speak any language. The team find out that there is a intergalactic community that spans from Callisto to the rest of the Galaxy then to the rest of the Universe. He is now 33 years old. The Callistonians have portal technology that allows them to travel anywhere. They travel back to Earth. Now Earth is then connected to the intergalactic community. The movie name can be called: Callisto. And there can be an opening for a sequel, Genre: Adventure, Thriller.

First of all you cannot remove watermark. Once a watermark is embedded onto a video you cannot remove it. A simple Google search came up with this program, http://www.videowatermarkfactory.com/ Also I think Adobe Premiere can add watermarks also.

Everyones looking at the wrong thing.One thing is if you buy a Quad core processor, no matter what brand, Intel or AMD. It won't split the processing evenly leading to processor lag in high-end next-gen games. Get a Dual-Core then you can't go wrong, the processing power is split evenly with no glitches.My view is if you dont want to use Crysis Sandbox, dont bother with Quad-core, get a Dual-Core for every other game. Also, in about 3 years Quad-cores will work more efficiently so then you can buy it.And. I read about the new Phenom II Tri-Core. I have no Idea how they run, so look out for that one. May be better than Quad and Dual?

I recommend getting a new i7 Extreme for about $2500AUD. This is only good for pro users of computers. But this will last you next 6-8 years, no doubt. I know its sorta stupid when you can pay $2500 for a computer that can play Crysis. But if you have to money its well worth it.

I've had bad experience with SLi. I was using 2 Leadtek PX6600GT's although they had alot of heating problems and texture melting/artifact problems. [reached like 90C]Now I just use the one.Newer I have heard, work better now days. My friend has 2 Galaxy 9600GT OC'd and they get crysis running at about 30 frames, at Max setting with High Resolution. . So I guess that ok. But looking at alot of high end cards these days, it's better getting off One card.

I thought he might mean like booting from LiveCD's and stuff, Anyways, Hard-Boot in my opinion [not sure if thats the right term anyhow], is booting from a OS that is installed on a Hard Disk Drive. And Soft-Boot is when you launch a distro of Linux off of a Live CD or run Windows XP off of a USB OR running a program through DOS that has been booted from a Device.

There is a program you can use it's called Acronis Disk Director. This program will allow you to format, create, split, merge and do anything to your partitions. I used the program to split my C Drive from 110gb to 5 partitions at roughly 22gb each. Its a hell good program.

The scale of OS now is XP in my opinion is the fastest [yet to try Windows 7 Beta], Vista classed as the slowest, and Windows 7, I've been told the middle class between both XP and Vista.I read my monthly subscription to some magazine called PC PowerPlay, anyway, they benchmarked their PC against Vista, and Windows 7. Running Crysis as their benchmark, they got 45 average FPS in Vista and in Windows 7 they got around 50 FPS. This is a great increase in frames for games.Although talking about then overall performance of the OS, well I'm not sure if its faster and more efficient than XP. First reason is that the system requirements are the same as Vista, but I have been told it will run on older computers. I'll have to test W7 to definetly see the processes amount on first startup. I did this with Vista, ended up with 35 processes on startup on first install :0.

Umm, If you have a modem it will be much easier. I am not sure about LAN cards. I'll tell you how to do it with the modem anyway. I have two ways of doing it. First: Connect both computers to modem with the cables. Create network on one computer with Network Connections in Control Panel Then connect the other computer to the one you created the network on. Now Right Click on your host computer's C:/ Drive or any other Drive and goto sharing setting and turn this on then set the permissions. Now you should be able to transfer files, use a printer/etc, or use programs over network. OR play games through LAN (which i'm guessing is what you want this for [am i right?] ) Second: This only allows file transfer I think, use this program: http://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/ I'm not entirely sure on how to use this but you might want to play around with the trial. About: This is a little trick I found out by playing around with payer properties and blur. It is sometimes very effective too use and is very easy to use, and remember. Requirements: Adobe Photoshop CS.x Windows or Mac A real life photo [i find that landscape works best] Method/Instruction: Open your image with Photoshop Create a layer from Background of your image Then Duplicate that layer and call the new layer "Layer 1" Select your base layer "Layer 0" and use this filter: Blur > Gaussian Blur, then set the radius to 10 Then select your duplicate layer "Layer 1" and then set the layer property to "Overlay" Viola, you have completed your effect Note: The radius on the Gaussian Blur does not have to be 10, you can fiddle with this setting for desired effect. I have not tried other blur filters, I know Box Blur is similar. You may be able to get a similar effect with Box Blur Please comment and ask any questions Preview/Result: Before - After -
