Unexpected results on the composition and the background turns black to bring out the dragon fly as subject. But minor technical flaws is that the direct flash created a washout on the leaves and branches while casting a slight hard shadow from the dragon fly to the branches. This can be edited through photoshop then enlarge it, print it and frame it. Makes a great picture for the living room.

Shutter speed is set by the reading of aperture and also your ISO setting. The smaller the aperture, the slower the shutter speed. I didnt mention about all Powershots in the range is good as i have quoted the one that is recommeded, SX10. Also, not all point and shoot cameras have the ability to adjust the shutterspeed, ISO etc.. With respect, the way you put your copyright, its way too easy to be cleared off. Never put a trademark on a plain view. Do a watermark, that is the most effective way, to date.

NOLF 2 is not a stealth based FPS but lean more towards the standard FPS. Even though some stage, it requires you to stealth but just to avoid being detected, that is it.Project IGI is fun indeed. An underated Ubisoft made FPS. I used to have that game.

I see some replies in here is moving to much a technical respond instead of trying to prove that Flash isnt underrated.First off, Flash is a technology, a technology that one should not rely on it fully. A true web designer will not have a site build with Flash fully unless it is a micro site , presentation sites.@Veradesigns, with all due respect, its time for you to widen up your exposure towards the current web industry. Compatibility makes a website a great website.

Graphic Tablet - Is It A Good Tool? How To Buy One?

Graphic tablets does what Tablet laptop does but better. No they are not geared to a specific users but to general actually. If you need a much specific types, the mid high range of the Wacom tablets is what you should look for.I can open up OpenOffice through a gesture on the tablet and even do digital signature for PDF generated quotations / agreement forms, embed my digitally signed signature into any documents ready for print.Hand and eye coordination is what you need to master if you want to use a tablet. Thats all it take to start using it. Next is to understand the pressure of each stroke by "feeling" it. Last but not least, the ability to master the color blends through airbrush. -
Go for Canon Powershot is all i can say. If i remember correctly its Canon Powershot SX-10. A prosumer level camera with most features to be found in a SLR and all that you need sans the ability for interchangeable lens.True Jessops is a very established camera retail.. and they are closing down shops??

Graphic Tablet - Is It A Good Tool? How To Buy One?
onscreen replied to Digitalidad's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
Refer to my previous post and you get your answer mostly. TPC vs Wacoms or other equivalent tablets : Graphic Tablets Pros -Graphic tablets have pressure levels for details definition and total control of creativity. -Low latency for precise drawing. Graphic Tablets Cons -Despite the size and portability, it is an additional piece of gadget to carry along. The larger the tablet is the more space you are required to spare for its storage. TPC Pros - Mobility have its true answer. It is small, convenient and flexible. - All-in-one solution. Write on screen, draw on screen without the need of an extra piece. TPC Cons -No pressure details for total control on your brushes and strokes. -Slow tablet pen respond. Wacom have this calibrated its tablet for precise drawing with low respond latency. Every stroke is said to be 1 ~ 1.5ms latency while compared to TPC of 5 ~ 8ms latency. -
I would go for 3D Studio Max. Not saying Carrara is out of my options but the choices on renderers is alot for 3D Studio Max. You can be flexible with it since 3D Studio Max have a solid good user base.Firstly, lets take the material manager of 3d studio max in comparison with Photoshop empty canvas. To the photoshop newbie, they find it difficult to produce something with good results as they are confuse on which filter to be used and when to apply layer blending mode to produce colorful lighting finishing to the work. Such analogy applies to 3D Max users too. Understanding the material terms makes you understand how you want the material to be.For instance, when you want to create a subsurface scattering (SSS) material for human skin, you have to understand how light penetrates through the material and what base material to be used for such non refractive surface and so on.Not to mention, it does apply to Carrara too despite it have loads of presets to play with. Still, you can go beyond whats given in the preset if you understand all the terms.Regarding on where to get free materials and shaders, all i can know off if https://www.creativecrash.com/ . It used to be a very good source site before but after it made a return 2 years ago, it seems to be low in resource. Alternatively, you can scout http://www.cgsociety.org/ forums for some free shaders. Try hunting the 3D Max specific application forum, it have some good resource that provided by users for users.

Graphic Tablet - Is It A Good Tool? How To Buy One?

I find it sufficient since i use the tablet for rough concept sketch, 3D sculpting and abit of digital painting. 512 is actually the minimum for digital painting as you can do very fine strokes compared to 256 where you have limited controls for very fine lines. Yes, mine is a Wacom, bought it in the year 2006. -
Good try there but if you prefer a close up shot, adjust the depth of field for a better produce on the blur and focus point.

Graphic Tablet - Is It A Good Tool? How To Buy One?

The key is pressure levels. tPC is made for normal writing and mobility. What a graphic tablet made for is precision and level of details and that is the two huge difference between them. Yes we can use a graphic tablet for normal writing and draw at the same time but can you do that with a tPC? Usually, the most expensive tablet have a relatively large workspace and super high pressure level, 1024 ~ 2048. Small ones like the one i currently use have up to 512 pressure level and work space is a post card size. From your comparison of Intuos 3 with a tPC, the screen is what you are paying. Pantone certified LCD with a huge workspace and ability to work on-screen with high pressure levels for detailing. If Wacom comes out with a tPC, the price will be more expensive than the Intuos3. -
Blizzard is slowing down in producing new WC3 retail boxes since WoW story started from WC3 : Frozen Throne. Only way to get WC3 is either through online retail or Amazon.

Your article is way off senseless and from what i can see you posted this up just to rack up your cents.Latency : a term to describe the rate of ping from transmitter to receiver.Ping : A readout with simple numbers to tell the user how far is he from the destination. The higher the ping is, the longer the route is.In gaming terms, Lag have two types, performance lag and connection lag. Performance lag is based on how fast is your FPS, the higher the better. Same with connection lag, but is based of ping reading. The lower the better. To improve connection latency is to stop any torrent downloads and turn off Live Messenger. IF you are on any third party IM client, then its fine as it have very low bandwidth usage. Tuning your connection can improve things, i wont go further on this as there is many ways to do such tuning.Hope many of these replies from me and others could give a clearer picture of the true definition about latency.

My ways of dealing red eye. 1. Direct flash light. The main cause for red eye. If the ambient light is low, relocate the subject to a brighter place. If the former method wont work, use the tissue trick. take a piece of tissue, fold it once, have it placed at the flash. It will diffuse the light source and will "scatter" it all over the place. 2. Artificial bounce light. Not only remove red eye totally but also improve the shadow casting and exposure control. Take a white card board, credit card size, hold it at 45 degrees on the flash while having your palm to hold the other side of the camera and start snapping. These method works with point and shoot digital camera. Sometimes the build in red-eye reduction isnt effective. I use these steps when i have no access to my DSLR and i recommended those who didnt like the fuss of Photoshop or any other image editing application. To know more, red eye not only affect humans or some animals but affect on dogs and its called blue eye. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red-eye_effect

Open Air Fitness Or Training In The Gym? Which one is better?
onscreen replied to adriantc's topic in Health & Fitness
I do my workout at home mostly due to limited time to go to gym.You see, open air workout and gym workout have its benefits and disadvantages. Being in a gym, you have access to all equipments which you couldnt afford or have limited place in your house / apartment. Partly in gym, its all about social. The advantages is that you are required to schedule your gym visit and the monthly fees isnt cheap.Open air workout, well, its about flexibility and doing your workout at your own pace. Air pollution isnt the issue and going out for sunshine isnt the right thing about open air workout. The ozone layer is broken now and the UV from the sun will only give you more skin problems than Vitamin D. Its conservative too if you are tight in budget, you can just invest in some dumbbells and a bench and you can start doing those alternative workouts the need not require gym class equipments.Still, that is personal preference when it comes to where to workout. IMHO, i prefer open air since i already have a set of dumbbells and why require more equipments if you just do more reps of your each workout.I will leave the build muscle for girls since i am 200% disagree on those. -
It is proven that drinking water during and after meal speed up digestion. With respect, its ridiculous that you shouldnt drink water after / during meal as our body is filled with 75% of water in separate parts.During digestion, water play an important role in "softening" solid food particles and break it into smaller pieces for a smoother digest. The only moment that you shouldnt drink water is when you have a bloated stomach. That is when it cause the digestion more worse.

Microsoft Scrap Download Cap For Windows 7 Beta
onscreen replied to onscreen's topic in The Internet
Depends on the architecture you are downloading. 32bit is smaller while 64bit is slightly larger @ 3.5GB.I cant comment on dual booting windows 7 since i use it as my primary OS. You may try to google about it to see if anyone tried dual booting Windows 7.
