As long as the website warnerblog.com shows nothing to do with Time Warner or Warner Bros or any other "warner." If your name was, i.e. Jim Warner and this was your warnerblog about things dealing with you, it is not infringing any law. But as soon as you draw a parallel line between warnerblog and "warner," all bets are off.That goes the same with nypdblog.com although if NYPD takes this to the court you'd be sure to lose even if your domain has nothing to do with NYPD. Case and point: I seem to remember MicroSoftware{dot}com and MicroSoft--MS appealed that microsoftware was too close to MS tradename that the court ordered the site to be withdrawn. Now, this is after MS offered the domain owner few bucks but the owner turned it down (reasons unknown or perhaps the owner wanted to stick it to the man lol). After much feud MS finally settled it the court.

Try accessing your cpanel by going through one of those proxy servers. Do not enter your login and password. What you are looking for is if you are able to see the login pop-up when using a proxy server.If you do see the login box, contact Xisto - Support and submit a support ticket asking if your IP is listed under the ban list. Provide Xisto - Support with your true IP address.

Can you use a FTP client program to connect to your hosting? I'm trying to figure out if you cannot access cpanel due to IP block or wrong password. By connecting with a FTP client you can find out if your password is correct or not.If your password is incorrect use the Manage page to reset your cpanel password.

As per PM, I'm glad your situation was resolved. I had nothing to do with it Probably OpaQue got to it first.CGImail is good. But try looking into a simple submit form with PHP mail(). You can search the web for simple examples. Unlike CGImail for Xisto, PHP mail() is much more customizable and can switch which email to deliver in a blink.PHP mail() can be formatted to deliver HTML email (resulting in nice table and colors).Good luck.

Also, why not send it by replacing 'cgiecho' with 'cgimail' And be sure to place both HTML and TXT files in the same directory in order to work.

Maxflegar, It seems to me that your CSS file is missing. Your site referrs to [url=http://neuromagnum.spacesocket.com/main.css]http://neuromagnum.spacesocket.com/main.css[/url] for CSS files which does not exist. So it's not that your "template" is gone but your css file is not loading. It's always a good practice to have your own css file rather than hotlinking from someone else. miikerocks, Xisto forum and your hosting are in two different servers--therefore one does not affect the other when it comes to up or down time. And I'm not sure what you mean by when Xisto and Xisto are free web hosting servers. Once I can establish database connection to Xisto forum I'll know more about your account status.

Your index page or portal should be in English (if you want to play safe). And allow users to enter Portuguese page.We have not had many sites that did not provide some "translated" contents but if you really want to play safely provide direct translations from every Portuguese page to English page

I hope that it goes well. Hosting account cannot be reset: this is how OpaQue established with your hosting accounts. Only solution to fixing your accounts is to terminate and re-apply for hosting.

How would this go well with valid CSS? And what if you were to use with AdSense or AdWord? Would it hinder SEO? When she uploaded to her computer we were very surprised and disappointed. Colors were awful and contrast was not definitive at all! Majority of under lit photos came our like some pixelated 2D animation picture. Basically the night mode was so inferior that unless manually set it came out not looking like real people. You get what you pay for, I suppose.So what's the moral of this story?I believe for $200 you will get above an average digital camera that will meet your needs. But what it won't do is takes photos better than any point and shoot 35mm camera. However, instead of waiting for your 35mm photo to be developed and noticing the 'mistake' you can instantly play back your photo and take it again before the moment passes. $200 or so range digital cameras have better CCD or CMOS sensors that is far better than $100 range digital cameras. Canon, Sony, or Nikon are a sure thing. Other manufactures such as Casio, as my girlfriend puts it, is a calculator company LOL (not that I don't like Casio but her blunt observation cracks me up).But looking at the trend now it looks like a $200 point and shoot digital camera is for everyday, daytime purpose. Is your friend being blackmailed with this recording? Why would he face problems with his business? lol Are you sure the recording is not from the other end and claiming to not know what is going on? CDMA is pretty secure and only time the security can be compromised is when the carrier (phone service provider) somehow releases ESN to be tracked. It is also possible to intercept CDMA transmission while standing near by. But this would require very fancy equipments. Is your friend worth this much trouble? Or, someone has copied your friend's ESN and receiving the same phone call. Someone would have had to remove the battery and write down the ESN (very long serial number). There are two ways to test if a phone is duped. Is the recording from a call conversation when your friend received a call or sent a call? Usually the duped phone can only record when the same copied ESN phone is receiving a phone call. When a call is coming in, basically, it rings both (original and duped) phones. If the recorded conversation is from a call sent by your friend's phone I would think the other end is recording the conversation.
