Thank you for your suggestion. However, I'm afraid the rule is clear: to keep the hosting, keep on posting. I came up with that pseudo rhyme. Anyway, OpaQue made it clear that no one will be exempted under the hosting credit rule--not even moderators. That's why the forum strongly suggests that if you know your traveling schedule in advance (because no one actually plans to go on a vacation 5 days before the actual date) start making posts to build it up. When in case of an emergency, OpaQue offers hosting credits to be purchased through him and him only. The hosting files will be safe within 30 of suspension. So, if you happen to let it slip by you can still redeem your hosting by reviving it from the suspension.Good suggestion, but I hope you understand that everyone is abiding by one set of rule without exemption.

Do you not vote (as in choose not to vote) or you won't vote (as in refusal of your right to exercise to raise your opinion)? Perhaps that's your agenda that you did or willingly not voted. When you do not vote you really DON'T have any saying what the law is and what is not to become a law. When you forfeit to "willingly make such an agreement" you are as likely as not voting at all. When citizens do not vote, whether you like it or not, the majority of vote will pass the bill that is pending to become a law. Therefore, you cannot say thereafter that you do not agree with certain amendment which you chose to ignore the law which passed with majority votes. When a citizen claims that he/she does not recognize the State or a Federal law and not vote, because that particular citizen believes that the law that was passed was not consensual by that individual, you are basically stating that "I cannot think for myself so someone think it for me" It is very important that each individual practice and participates in governing affairs to keep the power in balance. When a citizen believes that one cannot make a difference, the whole Constitution of The United States of America will be nothing more than some 23 people showing off their word skills. Note: when you copy words from another source, you MUST use quote tags, i.e. your copied definition from Wikipedia. That is none of anyone's problem. Even you did not make an arrangements in forehand, when you forfeit and decided to ignore the issue at hand, you are making the notion that you are willing to "go with the flow" with the majority. Do you knowingly speed going 60 miles per hour in a residential area just because you do not see the speed limit sign? I don't think so. Yes I do. And yes I did. In fact when you sign that driver's license you also imply that you will abide by the State's law as a resident of that State. When you sign for that State and Federal student loan you sign stating that you are willing to abide by the State and Federal law (otherwise you are lying to the State and Federal government. It is implied.). And if you passed your 7th grade you should have studied the Constitution of the United States. I have read it 4 times and pass the regional exam based on it. Just because you don't believe in something it does not mean that you don't observe it. When an individual thinks in that fashion the basic law breaks down and that's when the enforcer becomes much stricter to observe the basic law. Because someone chooses to ignore the set of rules and because the rules were not congruent with that someone, that cannot justify the breaking of said set of rules. Remember, ignorance cannot be an excuse.

I Have Less Credits That I Should Why its that so
BuffaloHelp replied to sader's topic in Web Hosting Support
Your hosting site will be suspended immediately once your credit reaches zero. You cannot access your cPanel until you bring it back to active (there's been some uncooperative answers but the floating answer seems to be at least 4 credits). However, your files are safe until the -30 hosting credits. So, it's safe for 30 days from the day you hit zero credits. -
Is this question for real? I'm not sure if the question really is on member's mind or making a sarcastic remark... Are you bitter that the State you're living in has some kind of legal action towards you? Again, if you are confused think of it this way--The State you're living in will protect you (or charge you) within the law you are residing (where you eat, sleep, go to work, store your possession) under. Therefore, the State which you are so apt to prove the definition is an observance of a separate law from the Federal Law with limitation determined with the boundaries. And to explain the extent (how far a separated law can reach, a.k.a. jurisdiction) the land (dirt) was marked with invisible, geographically unchangeable markings that are entered with GPS location now-a-days. I'll give you an easier example. You invite a neighbor to you home for some occasion. You are not a smoker. Your neighbor lights one up without asking for permission. You can tell your neighbor to stop smoking or leave your premises. You are exercising your jurisdiction over your domain (your home). However, could your non-smoking rule can be applied to your neighbor's home? No. Because you have no rights to say what goes on in your neighbor's house--jurisdiction demarcation. You get into an argument with your neighbor and you two decide to build fences around your house parameter. But you can't see where your property ends and your neighbor's begin. You search your town's settlement (the Act of dividing lands to estate owners) records and find your property dimensions accordance to predetermined set by the settlement law. But your neighbor placed portions of fences 1 foot inside your lot (your property). You take your neighbor to the court proving with the settlement law documents stating that your neighbor intruded within your property. The court rules in favor of your claim and orders your neighbor to remove fences. Don't get confused now. Your home is a representation of the State. Your property boundary is representation of jurisdiction. The way you operate in your home has the ownership of your rules. It is the embodiment of your indisputable rules. And no neighbor of yours can tell you what to do with or within your home. When you have to mow the lawn it is your responsibility (jurisdiction) whether is to comply with the town property code or keep a good appearance of your house. When you take a meaning out of context from a dictionary you make literature term called, 'poisoning the well'?when a single incident defines the total aspect. When you look up the word, run, you'll find that it has at least 28 definitions for it. The State = the collaborated assembled amendments of laws of the people that are enforced by the governing official voted by the people of said settlement for the people on their behalf. Therefore, it expresses the confines of these people that the law is observed. So when you express in terms of The State, you are also expressing in terms of agreement of people within the said boundary AND the physical limitation of the jurisdiction. The term State is both physical and logical.

You are argumentative for the arguing sake. If you are going to make a case of the definition of "the state" as in the state of New York or the state of a mind, your post is redundant and revolving. When you capitalize the word, the State, under the Constitution law the applicable boundary that Federal Law recognizes that which is separated from the laws of other States. The boundaries were established accordance to the neighboring States and is recognized by the Federal court that the atlas of The United States clearly divides the boundaries. Therefore, the State you are trying to define is clearly marked by yellow dotted lines between, let's say, California and Nevada. When you have a problem with what has been observed for the past 200+ years, I suggest you protest with the United States' government.

I Have Less Credits That I Should Why its that so
BuffaloHelp replied to sader's topic in Web Hosting Support
The hosting credit system normally resets once the hosting is granted to a member. But in your case, sader, you had around 23 and take away 10 (for package 1) and you were left with 3. And since it was on July 21st that you were approved and you posted it on 22nd, 1 day went by...thus around 2 hosting credit is left. Get it? Many members cried out that they've lost their accumulated 200 or more hosting credits when the hosting was activated. The credit system was designed so that once a member is approved for hosting, it resets to a default hosting credit (I believe it's 4 but in sader's case 4 would meant giving you 1 hosting credit). If this rule is not enforced a member can post and gain 380 hosting credits, apply for hosting, loses 10 credit for package 1 and you'll never see that member for next 370 days. Remember, when you are not hosting your credit does not diminish. By resetting the credit after hosting approval, it requests you to be active in the forum. This forum cannot survive without you. -
I have DSL with Xisto server ping timed at 56ms. I don't think it's my connection issue. When I click on an image, the status bar displays "waiting for cmatcme.trap17.com... And why does the address bar show Xisto.cmat?fileid=1&accessid=0hunm7fcvng5dfglokmnbdsa17hgfvbmnjklopiurewqazx along side? Is it possible that you provided your secure link? Is that why it's taking some time to load? The link was provided by your sample link.

I think tutorial that does not work yet should not be approved until it works as it should be.I am looking at the site and nothing happens when I click on either images. And the link you provided at the end "Break the url to one of the images" says the following files cannot be found. The image should be changed to something else when I click on it, is that right? Wait...it took about 4 minutes for the other picture to be downloaded. Should that take this long to download the second image?

Our gaming system has moved to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ You will find all your gaming needs when you click on the "Forum Links" located at the very top. By the way, you have posted in the wrong section. What Is...? is dedicated to answer and define new terms and ideas. Your post is a question, therefore, I am moving this topic to Questions & Queries. Please read the topic description before posting in haste.

I initially thought about posting this topic in What Is? section but the answer was so simple that I would have kept rambling on instead of cutting right down to the chase. So I decided to throw a little twist to the title and make it a regional discussion topic. Without further a due, I present to you the list of your future disaster enemy! I had an idea to write this article one day watching the weather channel. You see, when you get old the weather channel becomes your focal point of your entertainment! HA HA HA, Im kidding. I pay special attention to the weather channel because I travel a lot and make my own travel arrangements. The last thing I need is to be stuck in an airport due to a thunder storm. Anyway, Ive always wondered who names these storms--hurricanes to be exact--and why do they have names like Hurricane Dennis like the current weather anomaly. When I searched for Hurricane names here is what I found: Not only the names are in alphabetical order, but they alternate in gender and most of all they are predetermined. Much to my surprise the names are reused and predetermined until the year 2007, according to this website. By the way, these names are applied for Hurricanes around the Atlantic Ocean area. This main site explains what Pacific region has predetermined as well. Apparently, the same names are rotated every 6 years. You can also realize from the lists of names that each years sequential name is also rotated in gender. For example, the year 2003s first hurricane was female named Ana and the year 2004s first hurricane was male named Alex and so on. After this years much watched Dennis hitting the Mexico coast line, Hurricane Emily should be right around the corner.

Yes, jurisdiction can be defined as the territory under the applicable law, which concurs with my example and your example.

You bring out valid reason for some of us not posting as much as once they have done. I wonder if NilsC has a plan to solve this dichotomy? I believe the issue was brought up to administrators before and I am not sure if it was resolved at all. I suppose this discussion should be posted in the IPB Gaming forum as well.

Gta San Andreas What do you think of this game?
BuffaloHelp replied to dr1v3r's topic in Computer Gaming
You really should search the forum before making the same topic. The topic was started here http://forums.xisto.com/topic/6104-gta-san-andreas-my-review/ in January 21, 2005. Please go to the thread link above and continue your discussion. This topic is closed. -
Your hosting credit cannot be suspended. You know the drill--either post enough to last your off days OR PM OpaQue and purchase hosting credits. If you don't mind your site being suspended until the said time all your files will be intact. You can bring yourself out of suspension by posting the following day of your return.Have a good vacation. I'm planning a road trip myself going from Seattle to San Diego following the West Coast line and finishing it off at Las Vegas for few days of rest and relaxation. Well, actually to earn back the money I've spent during the trip.

How would you get a speeding ticked if you weren't in the State to begin with? The only way you cannot be in the State at the time of the violation is if your car was stolen. Your argument does not hold water. Jurisdiction simply dictates, in your example, A State officer cannot arrest you in B State. The officer is out of his/her jurisdiction. So, if you happen to speed through New York and was chased by NY State Trooper, once you hit New Jersey the NYS Trooper cannot continue to pursuit you on the violation. However, the NYS Trooper can call NJ State Trooper to assist in apprehending you. By the way, this forum was dedicated to as stated in the description. Did you not know this already? Simply defining a definition from a dictionary isn't the format we are looking for.

I enjoyed looking at the first one. I like the way (either intentional or unintentional) the waterfall can be seen as her hair and her hair seems like merging as a waterfall. Pay special attention to her forehead--that looks like her bang and then to the left it flows as a waterfall. By having the yellow flower, it also makes me feel like she's hiding behind another flower due to waterfall by the lower right hand side. The way her eyes match the overall ambiance of blue is very nicely done.I don't get the second picture because at first I thought she was drooling. The leftover color from the water fall around the lip area makes it look alike some kind of drooling blue milk from her lips. I think it would've been a best if you left the whole blending in around the face area, completely. The watermark like 010101?s should only remain at the background, instead of continuing around her face and such.I still like the first one.

Samsung Sgh-e317 Wallpaper Does anyone know the correct size?
BuffaloHelp replied to Cerb's topic in Mobile Phones
According to manufacture's specification, the useable graphics area of the screen is 128x160. I'm going to assume that you already knew that.If you already made a wallpaper in this size how about cutting down 10% smaller than your current size? My reasoning is that maybe your size is too big for the graphics area that it's shrinking to fit the screen.Or perhaps 128x160 is the perfect size. Again, what is your current wallpaper resolution size? -

malish,You can post further issues in Hosted Members Area or create a new topic here if the similar problem persists.Topic resolved: thread closed. -
They are one in the same. When you click on www link from your cPanel it leads to public_html. It's a shortcut to public_html folder. www is a link. Nothing more. I don't understand your question...?!? The DNS of your database is your domain name of Xisto root directory. Could you clarify what you are trying to do?

Account Creation Ii Not working or not enough information
BuffaloHelp replied to DoR's topic in Web Hosting Support
Yes. Administrator will send you an email containing all the information you need to have the full control over, such as cPanel and FTP, your hosting account with the GIVEN email address that you have provided. -
I don't know about the rest of you, but none of links provided ever works on both IE and Firefox...I can see your main domain but the other link...not a chance. And you are saying that you can see #3 and 4 from your computer? Hummm... did you park your subdomain using your cPanel? If so, how long ago was it? I don't know much about DNS naming thingy but be patient and let the DNS propagate through out the web servers. Give some time to let it resolve. I know that when I purchased my domain, both names (with www or without it in the front) was registered to me and it took 36 hours before Xisto host and my DNS to be propagated. And that's even before the nameserver resolution period of 16 hours. If you parked your subdomain to your main domain name, it may take a while.
