Yea the IBP 2.0.3 I am using is the Beta version and there is nothing wrong with giving it out to others and besides, I took my time to configure and preinstall all those files.Anyways, the preinstalled mods doesnt slow down the board cos my forum and that of Xisto is loading with the same speed.Not bad you know.

well I am using wireless broadband and it is kool. All you need is to upload to your web's directory and start the installer and everything is done.But, dial-up will take lots of time to upload it cos there are lots of files in there (3000+) and it took me more than10 hrs of continues upload with my wireless braodband.You can still give it a try though...

Still trying to open your website but it is taking lots of time to open. I used to think that my website is the only one that takes some time to load due to the lots of graphics in there but yours is taking much longer. BTW, I cannot really say what your site looks like cos I am only seeing only the top flash animation and nothing more.... Oh Ok here it comes..nice graphic design you got in there. 1st of all, you have to make sure that you are uploading all your files to that /WWW dir. The public_html and the /www are the same. just that the later is a quick access to the former. 2nd. make sure that you delete the former index.html or you can just overwrite it so that your own index.html can show instead of the T17 page showing up there. I think that should be able to hepl you in your probs. Hope you r probs have been solved now.

For some time now, members of Xisto should have noticed that I, Odomike, who used to be one of the most active members of this board have not been as active as I used to be. It wasnt as if I am doing it on purpose, but for the fact that I havent been able to have access to the internet for some time now has greatly contributed to that fact. 1st of all, I was ejected from my place and I had to wander arund for help from friends. After that, I became bankrupt and at a point, I couldnt even feed myself. I was fortunate enough to find a very good friend who knows that A FRIEND IN NEED IS REALLY A FRIEND INDEED. He haarboured me for some time until I was able to get somewhere else. 2ndly, thanks to my girl, RIDHIMA. She has been of a very great help to me. From helping me out financially to even bringing foods to me to help me save money and even going to the extent of recharging my phone airtime so that I can talk to her very the phone. She was and is still of immense help to me. She gave me all the encouragement I needed during my time of hardship. For that, I am saying to her...THANK YOU SWEETHEART..I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART. Thanks to her mom too for understanding and encouraging her daughter to help me. 3rdly, I am also thanking my mom and brothers for all there help and concern for heling me out with money and also encouraging me too. You also have to ensure that you installed the mods in all the skins. unless you do that, you cannot be able to use the mods in all the themes except the ones you installed it in. There should be a way through you AdminCP for that. I was using IBP and I know more about mod and skin installations in there. am not so versatile wit PHPBB.Just chk ya ACP.....there should be a way out 4 u.

You seem to have forgotten that some of the forums out there prohibit displaying of sigs with links to other sites especially, web hosting sites. I have been warned in a forum(previously) for displaying Xisto.com as my site's web hosting and after that, I take care not to put it there again.Before yu put that in your sig, ensure that your forum doesnt prohibit that less you risk been suspended or banned.Thats all I have to say.

1st of all, you have to make sure that the Cpanel of the uni.cc has the domain pointing option. If it doesnt, then it is useless trying to point NS1 and NS2 to Xisto.Point NS1 and NS2 to ns1.trap17.com and ns2.trap17.com respectively. Then, depending on your location and ISP, it can take up to 48 hrs (2 days) for the configuration to fully take place. Then, you can type in your web url in your browser's address bar and zooooom.....there appears your website on the browser.Thats all you need to point your domain to Xisto.And about buying a .com,.net,.anything domain....you will need to register your domain name with any good domain name registrar. Make sure that they have the NS service or you wont be able to point your site's NS to that of Xisto. After you must have registered, follow the steps I gave before and you will arrive at the same answer.Good Luck.....

I have had it in mind to install a 2nd OS in my computer. For now, I am running WIN XP Home Edition build 2600 and I want to install Mandrake Linux as a 2nd operating System. I have heard that it is not advisable to install 2 OSs in the same HDD partition and for now, my 80Gigbyte HDD has only one partition.If anyone knows how to partition a HDD into 2 or 3 partitions for different OSs, please tell me.I will be most grateful to you all for all your kind help and sugestions.Thank you in advance for your anticipated help.

I dont think that it has anything to do with the Flash ads. It will simply not display flash in the browser if it doesnt have a flash player installed in there.Check your browser settings and if you cant figure out what the problem is, try reinstalling the browser. that should be able to solve your problem

And thats cos of all the advanced features and templates which it has. The other ones still have those features but it depends upon what you really want in the CMS soft.
