I actually use both Gmail and Hotmail, but the Hotmail account I only use because there's certain things that get sent there, that I don't really feel like changing my address for, and I don't want to forward everything, as it does get a lot of spam at this point.I have two gmail accounts -- one for professional stuff, one for the everyday. As for messengers, I prefer AIM, but I use Trillian, which combines MSN, AIM, and Yahoo! into one, and I do have contacts for each, so it's useful. Just kind of buggy at times.

Cinema 4d (The program I use) is also a few thousand USD, last time I checked.Very nice for your first render.

Can Someone Test The Volume On My Site?
Johnny replied to Johnny's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Actually it's referring to hosting mp3 files for download. It's fine as long as there's no controls to skip songs or skip to certain parts of a song, which would basically let people listen to what they want, for free. Also, some of those songs are non-commercial, so they wouldn't have a copyright attached to them. I understand what you mean about the background thing...maybe I'll turn it down a bit. Thanks for the input by everyone. EDIT: Oh, also, does the portfolio load/view for anyone else? I'm using a really terrible Pentium II processor, so I assumed it was just my computer that was going slowly. There's no lag on a normal computer, right? -
Can Someone Test The Volume On My Site?
Johnny replied to Johnny's topic in Websites and Web Designing
That's all I needed, thanks. <3 -
Okay, so I recently set up my new graphics portfolio and there's music along with it. The volume seems a little high to me, but I'm using earbuds right now, so I'm not quite sure if that's normal. Can someone with desktop speakers at an average volume please test it and tell me if the volume's right? http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Thanks in advance.

The count is almost 100,000...it's at around 95,500 right now. -
Yahoo also has a new Myspace-style service out.It seems like Yahoo's still trying to grab a foothold on the internet world, but it's being overshadowed by companies like Google.

The Worst Movie Ever (in Your Opinion)
Johnny replied to RockinTheCasbah's topic in General Discussion
Super Mario Brothers was pretty lame, yes. It had nothing to do with the game, and when you take that aspect out, it's not a good movie at ALL.I thought Napoleon Dynamite was horrible the first time I saw it, but when you don't actually think about it, and talk to friends and such about it, the randomness is just funny.Neon Genesis Evangelion is an anime, but I recently just finished the series on tape, I didn't like the ending much at all. The last 3 or 4 episodes weren't very good, IMO. -
Google will take over the internet. I promise.First they'll keep grinding out all these basic services (search engine, email, maps, purchases, desktop application) and then they'll move to bigger things such as ISP and OS.They're only going to go up, I assure you.

Cheating, Is It A Game? what should you do if you cheated on
Johnny replied to Chatz's topic in Dating And Relationships
Cheating is bad, and it should not be allowed in any relationship. I don't know why it's so common in modern days, but it needs to stop. Nuff said. -
What Version Of Photoshop Do You Use? 7, CS, CS2
Johnny replied to scab_dog's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
I use CS. CS2 has a different layout from what I'm used to, and my computer can't handle it properly.Never tried the older ones. -

Very odd choice for the SOTW this week Mike.I'd rather stick to the basics. -
Crimson Daylight Ragnarok Online + Join the Revolution +
Johnny replied to Electrikk's topic in Computer Gaming
Sorry to double post, but I want to give this a bump. I've been playing in the server snice I made that last post (about a day and a half), and it really is an awesome place to be. So if you like Ragnarok, go to Crimson Daylight, seriously. -
Kinda simplistic with the vectors, but that's exactly how I like it. It looks good.

Crimson Daylight Ragnarok Online + Join the Revolution +
Johnny replied to Electrikk's topic in Computer Gaming
Well, your advertisement post is very well done, and it sounds like a fun server to play on. The old server I played on went down, but I've always wanted to play more. I might check it out soon. If I do, you'll be seeing the user jailbreakjohnny or doom, depending on which name I use. -
Looks like voting for SOTW 1 has already started. Remind me when you start the 2nd one and I'll be sure to join up. It'll give me something else to do while I'm wandering around the internets. Yes, internets.I'll be starting my own graphics forums and such soon though, so I'll be busy a lot of the time.

Eh, you should blend renders, yes, but this is a different kind of sig. I wanted them to stand out (hence the different colors and such) Thanks for the comment though.

This was a really long and interesting conversation. I like the part at the end where he says he's not a christian. I like this page...I'm bookmarking it. It has some really detailed AI, and it seems to produce a lot of different results.

This was all made with one rectangle, one filter, and one brush. It's amazing just how much photoshop can do for you if you're good with it.

Try and keep anything non-entry related out of the entry topic. It creates more confusion for the hosts.

Dooga said in the first post: But yeah, that's pretty cool. Makes me want to go e-start some e-cool e-site. It'd be really e-rad.
