wot happends to me during sleep pyeraiseSleep ParalysisHi my name is samantha young am a 22 year old girl from Newcastle and I have been experiencing sleep paralysis for nearly 9 year now. Hmm... Video Games Are A Complete Waste Of Time, Face It! It depends really, I'm a musician and also have a daytime job and I still love to play video games, most of my band mates all own some video game console or a gaming PC (I own both) and like to play too. Don't play all day and that's it, I personally the on Sundays the most since Sundays are like...Nothing, there is ZERO to do on Sundays (unless you're religious and go to church) and the next day is work so can't come to late from going out for example because I have to get up early the next morning (which means in my case just not going out on Sundays) so I play video games most of the day (with breaks of course). Some times I like seeing my girlfriend on sundays but usually we see each other Fryday night and/or Saturday the most. I have the responsibility of work, paying rent AND being a professional musician (well, kind of) I can do everything and I did when I was a teenager I loved music and video games (although music has become first priority since I was around 11 or 12) you just have to know how to devide your life I guess. There's also the problems of people who criticize things (we all do but some of us DO know what we are talking about) don't usually know much about the thing that they are criticizing, I play Death Metal and I have gotten criticized even though what we play is so complex and intricate people see it as "noise" so yeah, then people see video games as "waste of time/life" which really depends... There are people who are totally obsessed and if you choose to play video games instead of going out with your friends and/or girlfriend then you have a serious problem. Also not all video games are mindless...Contrary to popular belief most aren't actually and even games like Madden (American Footbal itself is considered mindless conmpared to other sports) requires quite some thinking I found out from someone who likes to play that game. In my case I usually like play games that require thinking like most RPGs (specially Japanese RPGs) like the Final Fantasy series and others, Silent Hill games which usually have a very intricate storyline and many of those are based on ancient occult pagan beliefs, ancient civilizations and black magic which I like to read a lot about, there are even RPG games that criticize society and/or religion but you're average joe who plays games "just for fun" doesn't usually realize these things. My point after all this (I know it's long!) is that everybody has a different opinion on what's good in life. For me being in a religion and worshipping something you don't know exists is a waste of time, working on an office all day no matter how much you get payed is a waste of time, watching American Idol is a waste of time, but the people who do those things usually enjoy themselves and that's what matters I play video games because I like them NOT because I have to 'cause there's nothing to do. -reply by Moonfrost

YOU MIGHT HAVE NARCOLEPSY!!??! Dying In My Sleep? Replying to Tunay I've had this feeling before... Minus the long beeping sound. It's all part of a sleeping disorder called narcolepsy. The episode you described could be sleep paralysis (which happens in narcolepsy). It really freaked me out the first few times it happened too... Cause my body would seem like it was going so long without breathing, so my mind would be racing like Don't you need to breathe?? Aren't you supposed to breathe?? Why aren't you breathing yet!?! But then once I calmed down and just went with it, I realized it really wasn't anything uncomfortable. It was just like my body was gearing down into sleep mode before my mind had a chance to shut off and do the same. Please check out some articles on narcolepsy to see if some of the other symptoms line up!! Most people suffer for YEARS without them or their doctors realizing that narcolepsy could be the cause!! Sims 2 Nightlife Problem Installing Sims 2 Nightlife I have an annoying problem! I have all sims expansion packs and stuff packs installed except Sims 2 Nightlife. It goes upto 100% & then it says no updates were found, when I click "ok" it says my sims 2 pets & sims 2 seasons arent installed properly & then it terminates and goes all the way back down to 0. Yeah with that injection thing mebe it could be like... Turns off Pc Shuts Down After A Few Seconds Replying to bluedragon Just started happening to my PC just now, I tried putting a hard drive into the case, but didnt have the correct wires to connect it properly (Sata cables) so I just left it in the case unplugged. I started the system up and after the log on Screen, it shut down, it didnt re-start, it just shut down. Didnt happen before this so, I must of shorted one of the components? I'm pretty sure I didnt touch any of the components on the Mobo, or anything else. Will this be a simple fix for PC world or w.E? Thanks. -question by Sigh
