  1. Irn Bru is my favourite drink of all time. It is coloured by E110, or 'Sunset yellow' (how cute) a colouring banned in America, and is flavoured by... Iron? It does taste odd, but delicious.A lot of people say they are addicted to products (tea, chocolate) but these are lies, I honestly am addicted to Irn Bru. How the E110 is affected my frail health, I am unsure, but it's delicious.Irn Bru was made in Scotland and has the most guarded secret formula in the world, known only by two people. It is sold in a variety of countries including: The British isles (England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland), South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East, Russia, Canada, Norway, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Gibraltar, Cypress, Greece, Belgium and Poland.Irn Bru is the most popular soft drink in Scotland (more than Coke) and was introduced into the Scottish McDonald's after years of protesting. Through personal research (a school trip to be precise) I have found Irn Bru to be available on British Airway flights to and from Scotland.Shortly said, I love Irn Bru.
  2. Earl Grey is like rat urine. Strangely, it is popular amongst 'camp' men. If you want a real tea, you want PG tips, the original builders tea. Just put tonnes of sugar in it to drown out the flavour. I get it a lot because it's the only free drink at the place I play paint ball a lot, and it's thirsty work.
  3. Postin' everday, tryin'ta' get my *bleep*ing pay,Roll back in my chairand sip some chardonnay coz I'm the trap gangster, school time prankster, try to flame my threads,Imma have to *bleep*ing shankya'.This thread has no flow, this thread has no soul, your insignificant raps are like an unsightly mole,it's my role, the gangster, this is what I am,please release me and let me do the plan,I'm the man, the dog, the M A N lee, kickin' all your nasty butts like *bleep*ing Bruce Lee.DAMN!
  4. On the site I own last year, 58 of my 95 members were spam-bots. I HATE SPAMBOTS.I want to know, are they run directly by the scam companies involved or do they operate through some kind of evil referral scheme?
  5. Bingo. I had to make a similar choice recently (my GCSEs). A lot of the kids in my school had to choose the GCSEs they did because they were the only ones they had a chance of getting an A. Luckily I'm pretty average in every subject (not good, just average enough to get an A, which isn't very hard in the UK) so I had the full spectrum of subjects at my fingertips. Needless to say I had to make some hard decisions, for instance: I would KILL to do music technology- everyday my friends come and boast about the awesomeness of the course (making dance music at the moment, DANCE MUSIC!!!!!11)- but I decided not to. Here were my choices: History, Maths, English, Triple Sciences (biog, chem, phys), Art, German, Latin, Greek. Every single kid and his mate is doing Art, but I love it, and the exam sounds excellent (10 hours to make some good ). Maths, Science and History are standard choices as well- I'll have to try bloody hard to get As in them. This brings me to my last three options: German, Latin, Greek These are RATE hard subjects to get As in, but if I do it'll almost guarantee me a place at Cambridge (I hope...) because they're such specialist subjects. For example: there are four kids in my German set, Latin is THE most highly regarded subject, and Greek is almost as highly regarded as Latin but is only practised in a handful of schools. I don't love all my subjects, I gave up: Music, Design Tech, Philosophy, Geography (easiest of all to get an A in, just bloody boring), and Drama. Yet they're the most useful to me. The guys doing 'Media & Communication' have absolutely no edge. If M&R is anything like 'Media Studies' (English equivalent me thinks) then the guys doing it will never be able to get high flying jobs. The fact you know three modern languages (I dropped French and now only do German) will help you IMMENSELY in a business related job. Knowing three languages well will ensure you a place in many transnational corporations (I got that from Geography last year by the way, just another reason you should stick to it). I'd say screw the M&R guys, they'll probably end up as burnt out acid heads anyway- or whatever drug is popular for college drop-outs in Norway. Good luck!
  6. A few years ago I had an awful nightmare in which I was lying in my bed, unable to move with strange presences around me. After about five minutes of this I was suddenly able to move. My conclusion at the time was that I had had a bad dream about not being able to move and then I'd woken up. A few days ago I was doing some reading on the internet and found out about a condition called 'Sleep Paralysis' in which the body causes paralysis to prevent an awakening sleeper from hurting themselves. During this time of paralysis (lasting from a few seconds to a few minutes) most people are still in a dream state and experience visual hallucinations or a sinister air in the room. I'm assuming I have this. What I found even more odd and distressing for me when I experienced sleep paralysis was the fact that I felt as though my body was moving (an experience caused by intense pressure on muscles) and I felt as though I was climbing out of bed repeatedly. I don't know how many other people here have experienced this but I'm amazed something so mildly confusing (in my case) to down right terrifying (in the case of people who experience open eye hallucination) has so little coverage by the media and I'd like to get some other people's thought and ideas on the subject. Also, there's a good example of sleep paralysis caused by Narcolepsy on YouTube at this link. It really puts my Sleep Paralysis worries in the shade: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Also, sorry for posting in General but I couldn't find a sleep section. Also, this is too much of an interesting subject to be posted in the health and fitness section!
  7. I never 'Pass the time' on purpose. I haven't been excited about starting a new year at school since I was 11, and recently the last few days of my holiday have been non-stop partying.I'd say, try and enjoy your spare time by doing something you enjoy rather than something that'll make the calendar move. Over my summer holidays I started recording music from my guitar onto PC, I started a webcomic, I went to China-town every other day and had a buffet: it depends what you like doing. Also, nice to hear you're back on the forums even with various doctors appointments and with yourself having to look after the kids without your husband. It also sounds nice to be rid of your cousins family...
  8. Well, you've welcomed me, and we've met on the Shoutbox so I might as well return the favour..Welcome to Xisto! It's a lot like GTA here, stack your paper (hosting points) and shoot cops (moderators) and you'll be fine.
  9. At the moment the BNP has the closest views to mine, however, I do not support them because they're working class. Were the BNP to get into power life would be hellish for the middle-classes and all the jobs that went to asians (who are damned good workers) would go to the uneducated masses. Other than that I agree with most of what they say, even though their immigration proposals are a bit strict even for me. Offtopic: UKIP is another party I agree with but do not support as they do not have any good qualities other than their core belief. Shame really, I hate France. They can fix themselves. I don't see why we should mother them after having given most of them back their land. We could just not let as many immigrants in...
  10. Koala, Denmark, Apple. We seriously need to form a club guys, now we're a minority we can claim benefits from Xisto!
  11. Relax, I was talking about my topic title. I own Photoshop (which is excellent for everything except creating MS Paint styled drawings) and I've tried the GIMP. Wasn't too keen on the cut up layout or the control functions. I'm sure I'd use it if I ever wanted special effects but I can pretty much just doodle them in.. :DThanks anyway for the warm welcome, and I will put fun at the top of my agenda.
  12. I agree with the negative energy transfer theory. If every person (in America) has a right to the pursuit of happiness, surely whiners are hindering this process and should be ground up for food. This is one solution and probably the most effective..
  13. This is a pretty good point. I've owned my e-mail for over four years, and in that time have been signing up for all kinds of goofy scams and sites that offer money for surveys (I was damned young) and yet a google search only hails my e-mail address because of Xisto. I'm pretty indifferent though, as a guy would have to search specifically for my e-mail address to find it on Google and that'd be an odd thing to do...
  14. Hello people. My name is Alex, I'm 14, I live in London and I love drawing.Recently I started messing around in MS Paint and found out how awesome the program is. I'd never touched the app since I was a six year old and I remember it being Bloody hard to use... Now it's easy, I put this down to a well greased mouse, smothered in my own brand. Now, I was a member here about a year ago but I never really did anything with my site, it was one of those times when you start a site for the sake of starting a site. Now I need a place to host my comics (made in said program) and tell people things about my life they didn't need to know.Anyways... I hope I have as good a time here as I did last year, but this time I'll be posting for points that'll actually go towards doing something. Next time you talk to me in a thread just think about how many points the conversation is racking up for me and feel good about yourself, go on, it's on the house. :)Also, I'm hoping by having an edgy and seemingly lude title I can grab people's attention. Assuming that's not against the rules...
