They also had RocketDock, a Mac Dock for Windows! Their PC was VERY slow (512 mb), mines has 2.5 Gigs of memory. I made mines look like a Mac and it worked! IT was not really slower and I also added a Mac Wallpaper. I am afraid though because recently my dad's computer got killed by a virus. I suggested using a KNOPPIX CD (hmm... Running Spysweeper and Avast Home edition togetherI Use Avast Anti-virusAm I doing the right thing when I run the latest version of Spysweeper 6 something and the home edition of Avast together?Also I use a keylogger to keep track of where I have been during the day. Avast continues to alert and deactivate it. Is there a website that will show me how to set Avast to ignore this program? Or at least the .Exe file?I have stopped Avast and am just using spysweeper with it's avtivirus turned on. It also finds it and quarantines it. So I have to go there and restore it every day.

Okay...but... How To Change The Windows Xp Shell. Alright, I'm working on creating a "safe" environment for a lil' kid. Using the instructions above, I successfully changed the shell to a cute little kid's learning program so that when he clicks on his non-password protected user icon (all other accouts require user authentication) his program comes as the shell and he can't (theoretically) tear up anything on the system. But, when I hit "Exit" on the program, the system goes to a blank desktop and that's it. How do I get windows to logoff when the shell program is closed? -reply by Brad

However, there is definetely no reason to fear any sort of threat - on the contrary: Germany decided to close ALL it's reactors rather soon, addressing the threats of nuclear waste (issue unsolved in all countries, on all continents.) FRM II will be among them at some stage. And, though one might think, this is rather a clever thing to do (and I agree on a private, personal stage), I am sad as a scientist: Neutrons are very important as probe in any sort of materials science. And there are, up to now, spallation sources and nuclear reactors. FRM II is a science reactor (it produces energy, however), but the same is true for synchrotrons: The first were built for particle physicists, but what really drives them, are the "parasitic" sciences, materials sciences, that use the X-rays generated rather than the particles - and also X-rays are something to fear and something we need.There are a few scientific nuclear reactors in Germany. FRM II is only one of them, though it's advanced (thanks!). If you took a close look at Germany nowadays, you'd find, it can hardly pose any military threat to anyone. But after playing flyff for 2 years, I finally had enough of their ****ed up customer service and horrible rates. I spent hundreds of $$ on that POS game because they kept me believing that they would make it more balanced, fair for all classes, etc. They only care bout selling their spros with horrible upgrade rates. I liked the game, I hated the company. I moved to a private server, nicer gms, free cash shop items that shouldn't of been even 1/10 of the price they sell it for. How can I cancel when I have already chosen it? Pc Does Not Boot I have an XP, and occasionally an error which mainly says that a Hardware or Software installation might have caused the error, but when you reset it, it goes running like normal again,but that's not the problem: because it said that I could delete the said soft/hardware when I go to boot menu by pressing F8, then I chose every single option to boot from, namely: Floppy, CD Drive, IDE-0, and Network. Something comes up on network, but then it just goes black like the rest of the options I chose. How can I cancel the boot, because I reset it but it still does the last action I selected--boot from the drives. Or if all comes to this: what is the easiest way for a noob to reformat a PC? My dell is crazy Dell Computer Problems Need Help. I have a dell insprinon 1500 and it has gone crazy. First the fan over heated and it stopped I took that apart cleaned it and it worked for a few hours. Then it stopped I just put it to the side for a few days tried it and it worked for all of 2 minutes while dell tech support had me turn it off again. Now it won't stay on for longer than 3 seconds without shutting off..It only shows a black screen and then powers off as soon as it powered on. I can take out the memory cards and it will come on make 3 beeping sounds and stay on but if the cards are in it ,it will not stay on. I have spoken to some people and they say it most likely is the mother board and I should just buy a new one. Could this be it or could it be something I can fix. I have taken it apart to check for any loose connections and I have cleaned the fan and all the dust out. I know its not the power source as it comes on and will charge the battery. I just spent 150 dollars to have it cleaned out and it was working fine till the fan overheated. PLease let me know if you can think of anything I can do to make it work I have important documents saved on it I need for work. Ty -question by locadelocas
