To change the whole system language you should install newer service pack with different language. For axample if you have XP SP2 in ENG and want to have it in Italian, you will have to download SP3 in Italian, change someregistry keys (go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet001ControlNlsLanguage registry key, and then change the value date for ?Default? and ?InstallLanguage? registry value from 0409 to 0410) and you'll be able to install it in Italian. If no problems occur, you will have the whole system language changed. Here is the list of numbers that represents each language in registry: I can confirm that this does work. I was tasked with troubleshooting a mahcine for work tat came from a client office in Guatamala. What is it with secondhand AMDsPentium Vs AmdI had a pentium celeron 2.8 ghrtz and 512 ram. With a gforce 6800 with 128mb ram. I had that machine for 6 years and it never gave me one problem. Except for windows dying on me from time to time. But everyone knows that Microsucks Windblows is a virus on its own. And yes I did try gentoo linux. Works well. This pc was a very good medium. Celeron had no campatibility issues with anything whatsoever. I then bought a AMD sempron 3200+ 1.81 ghrtz with 512 ram. SATA kept on giving hardware errors. And the BIOS had a mind of its own. It can in my opinion be compared to a Land Rover. Good 4x4 when it is running. Gives lots of errors. Then I had a pentium 4 with 3ghrtz processor and 2g ram. And that was ok. It had the same problem with reading from storage. The computer restarts with no particular reason or error. The CPU was running at 55degrees celcius. Which is normal. Then I had a AMD athlon 2500+ 1.1 ghrtz processor for experimental purposes. This is of course the worst PC I have ever had. I would like to kill the people who made it. What it all boils down to. If you are looking for a reliable PC. Get another means of communication because you will have your fair share of problems with both. After this 2500+ I am really considering moving to some unevolved africa country and never thinking about Pcs again. -reply by reitz

Hi, I am using xampp 1.6.1 as localhost.I was following your instruction but I got problem at step 8: Database(MySQL) configration page. I did exactly what you wrote and also name joomla for database name but when I click next it say ERROR: Unable to connect to the database: could not connect to MySQL. I did check MySQL and apache still running so I go to myphpadmin and create joomla database and come back to step 8 but still the same problem. I agree that it should be legalized, atleast in one of the states. I myself have two very loving girlfriends (that both know about each other and spend time together). I think its just unfair that I would have to come to the point that I have to pick one over the other. By far you are the only person whom I read that has been able to think critically. It is very true, the norms, rules, perspectives that we have about relationships are based on how we've been socialiazed, conditioned, taught to think as being the correct way of having a relationship. I've been in a relationship for more than 5 years, and until now I've been able to understand why do I feel like I need something else.
