So, my experience shows that,there are 2 modes of usb devices (both, host and client) and that issimple- kinda USB 1.0 and USB 2.0, where usb 2.0 is faster than usb1.0Novadays almost all devices (hosts like: PC, Laptops, game-boxs,DVD-Players or whatever) uses 2.0 (ofc) and also clients (likependrives, other peripherials) uses 2.0, and if your PC for example,use USB 1.0 then nothing to help (except installing, for examplePCI-usb card/hub). So, but I believe, that your params of pc uses USB2.0 (thats mobo specific, not cpu)- and finally, win xp sp2 (also sp3),after plug your device, must say ~message: "Your Device can performfaster if you plug it into USB 2.0 port"- so if you had never thisinfo, all ok, you are using your maximum speed!And abt pendrive speed: each separate usb-flash (pendrive) havedifferent writing/reading speed and it is equiolent to their price! So,I suggest you to use any free disk benchmarking to see speeddifferences in different flash-drives, for example: ATTO Disk benchmarkor FdBench (dot net). You will find big difference if you use kindaexpensive fast Corsair Flash Voyager or cheap standart Kingston DataTravel, I do not want to push on any brand, since I have those bothflash-drives, just I have not tested others, but abt those two models Iam sure!Your flash drive usually can read fast enough (even blazing) but it write-in muuuch sloooower!

Dish Network naughtinessDish Network - Scam Scam Scam! Do Not Trust Them! More than a year ago our phone company began offering Dish Network as an add-on to the phone service. I signed up for a service level that offered (among many other channels) Fox News, our primary channel of delight. The initial fee was $300 in three payments of $100 each. A very competent installation contractor showed up and quickly set the system in operation. He and I then began to check out channel availability, primarily looking for Fox News. Neither of us could find it, so I immediately told him to de-authorize the service, which he did. The total time it was working was five to ten minutes before we switched back to cable. I then recited my sad story to the phone company, and was informed they could only transfer me to Dish, which they did. Dish was of no help, but accepted my decision, telling me I must return the key parts of the system, for which they would send me an authorization number and packaging. After well over a month the packaging and labels arrived, and within a few days I sent the gear back through UPS or FedEx or whatever. In the meantime we had been billed for $100, which my wife inadvertently paid. We contacted the phone company, which again expressed its sorrow but palmed us off on Dish. I contacted Dish and spoke to a skeptical representative who forced me to repeat my tale several times, either because he couldn't understand something so simple, or because he hoped to catch me in a mistake. He eventually accepted my version of things?or so he said. Well, wouldn't you know it, they never refunded the hundred bucks but instead dunned us for the "balance" of two hundred, eventually sending us to various collection agencies. In addition, they claimed we had cancelled the service after having it for two months, evidently using the date they received the returned equipment rather than the date of installation. I added the client using the admininstrator's kit on the server and then on the client, in an explorer window, typed http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I cannot remember exactly what the sequence of events was after that but when the client rebooted it now asks for a username and password, this PC previously had no password set on it as it was not connected to the network. I have an ipod 30gb was working fine untill I de plugged from my PC. Struck in Ajax.Accessing Mysql From Javascripthi to all lest quickly get back to my question. I have 2 pages namely 1.Jsp and 2.Jsp 1.Jsp contains few checkboxes. and based on the checkboxes that are checked 2.Jsp creates corresponding textboxes. I.E if in 1.Jsp out of 5 checkboxes only 2 are checked then in 2.Jsp there will be 2 textboxex. Also in 2.Jsp goes my code to connect to mysql and retrieve some information from database and populate the corresponding checkbox.Also in 2.Jsp I have next button which account for next record. how to I proceed... Umm... Problem is that you're going to have a lot of artifacts and slowFrame rates if you do that. Many cheap cards now do Direct X 10 andHave Shader Model 4.0 for under $100. Problem with that is, most newer cards are going to require a PCI-Express slot on your mobo. Not sure how difficult it is to get a halfway decent upgrade for AGP to run games that utilize Shader 3.0+, but if you have have a AGP mobo, your not only looking at $100+ for a GPU, your looking at a new mobo which can run about 150 bucks for a mid range board and a new CPU which can run about the same if your looking at a mid range Quad or even Dual Core. There might also be the possiblity that you'll need new RAM, so how about another 40-80 bucks? New GPU might also require more power than you have, so throw in a 600+ watt PSU. If the PSU is too beefy for your case, guess what? Quality case gonna run you atleast $100 by itself, probably more if you need a case to hold the typical PSU that is made for newer rigs (1000+ watts). -reply by David

Curing PimplesRemove Spots From Pimples From FaceFor me, over-the-counter products never worked for me. So I went on the computer to look up some natural ways to cure acne and I found one that worked great. The best one was using egg whites. When I used egg whites before going to bed, the next morning I saw that my cheeks, chin, and forehead was noticeably clearer. What to do: 1. Wash your hands and face very gently and dry 2.Crack an egg and separate the egg white from the egg yolk. 3. Beat the egg whites until there are some small bubbles (don't beat it too hard or long) 4. Dip two fingers in the egg whites and apply it on the areas where there is acne or blemishes 5. Wait for about 15 minutes or until it gets dry 6. Wash it off gently with cold water and a wash rag (don't scrub it off your face hard. That'll only irritate your skin even more) Using egg whites if really effective on oily skin because what it does is it takes out the extra oil in your skin and improves your skin with all of that protein in the egg. I don't want you guys wasting your eggs so I'd probably do it at least every other day. During the day, just don't touch your face and drink lots of water (at least 8 glasses a day). Also, you can take Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Or B5 to strenghten your skin and protect it. Hope this helps you! It's working pretty well for me and I hope it does the same for you too!
