Replying to kercoI too am having problems with Pidgin signing into Yahoo. I've tried re-intalling it, restarting my computer, everything, and still no joy. Problems with Pidgin and Yahoo!Pidgin And Yahoo@kercoI'm having similar problems. It's been spotty for a few months, but has been really bad of late. A buddy who I talk to often on Yahoo! is also having the same problem.I can't be certain, but it appears that yahoo uses a pool of IP addresses behind scs.Msg.Yahoo.Com to connect to it's message servers, and some of those addresses are now dead/invalid. If your DNS resolver happens to latch onto a dead one, you get a no connect.I replaced the scs.Msg.Yahoo.Com in Pidgin's advanced properties tab with 66.163.181.106 (one of the many addresses that are associated with scs.Msg.Yahoo.Com, you can find more by searching or doing a lookup) and now Pidgin connects fine.It's not really a problem with Pidgin, per se, as it's only able to use the address provided to it by your machine. But it would be nice to have a way to have the entire pool of addresses available to check and use.-reply by Griff

Everyone should go to AruaROSE, it is an amazing private server for the game R.O.S.E. (Rush On Seven Episodes). You can be either a muse (mage), hawker, dealer, or a soldier! Then at 70 (on the private server, the original changed the level for job change to 100 o.O) you can change to one of two second jobs. Muses can be a mage or a cleric, hawkers can be raiders or scouts, dealers can be bourgeoise or artisans, and soldiers can be either a champion or a knight. For more amazing information go to aruarose.Com. And by the way, I tried Fiesta and it was the most linear game ever, nothing changed for skills. i hate my social studies/ science teacherThe Crappiest Teacher EverI hate my social studies/ science teacher. Inorder to understand my complaints you have to know these stupid details about my school. We have "merits" and "demerits" you get merits when you do something good. You get demerits when you do something bad. Basically demerits are the same as losing merits. Our schedule is 1st and 2nd hour, lunch, 3rd hour, and 4th and 5th hour and checkout. I have him for 1st and 2nd hour and checkout. He is 24 years old for crying out loud! he just emails people all the time and drinks energy drinks when it is strictly against the school rules. One time when we were learning about south america, he shows us a video about the american revolution and we've seen it before. I fall asleep because he tells us we don't have to take notes. Everyone wakes me up, and he asks me if I was asleep. I say yes. He says "its demerits." the other class, who has him for 4th and 5th hour have this kid whos mom is dating him. Thats why he treats them better, even though we're not even half as bad as they are. One time, he gave us a lecture on respect and said that the other class would get the same lecture. The lecture took 40 minutes for us. They got a 5 minute lecture on not sitting down and let them play a game. He put this one kid who thinks he knows everythin sit by all his friends and he talks all the time and never gets in trouble. He puts all of my friends with people we hate. This may just be common sense for me, but have you thought about perhaps going on the BEST guilds on your server's websites? You know.. The best way to learn how a guild website works is by observation.. DKP charts, rosters, forums, etc. My guild website has an "About Us" section, to tell everyone who we are, and what we're about. Logic for music, Pro tools for trackingPro Tools Or Logic 8?Get logic for music, if you realy track allot of vocals which will need critical editing then you will need pro tools, they realy fixed both programs so that you pay for the features you need, for example logic has tons of plugs, built into osx, and all the features like PDC, mp3 export and dithering which are sold as 3rd party features when you buy pro tools are there in logic, But pro tools has better editing features logic lacks when you realy need to edit close, and maintain levels, your better having both really, but if you only work with loops, simple recordings then stick with logic. also...What Is The Best Rpg Besides Ff?Theres are a couple of sagas that nobody has mentioned (unless I missed it), those are: -Star Ocean Second Story (PS1): Just beautiful!! -Star Ocean Till the end of Time (PS2): I?m still playing it, and maybe not as good as the first but with the same esence and feeling. And I think some other titles are available on other consoles. The other Saga is -Lunar!! -For PS1 there are two great titles, the story is reeeeeally good and the characters memorable. I think there are also other titles for portable consoles but I?ve never played them. Another very good Saga is -Wild Arms!! -Also from PS1 and so on, you might want to look for the numerous games of this sequel. Greetings!!

It's free for non-commercial use and it took (literally) 3 mintues to install, run, figure out and connect. Registration is not required. I'm really happy with it so far. HHD Regenerator is able to repair bad sectors by "remagnitizing" them Any other utility like scandisk and format are only able to "mask" bad sectors. They will show up on next format after you deleted the partition. Every old hd has bad sectors, don't panic it is usually not a problem, I have a disk 127 MB, made in 1983, 1% bad clusters since 1996 Yet fully operational, running right now whitout ever using hdd regenerator on it. All sectors are being thorouglhy scanned &masked once a month using scandisk No severe problems.. As far as I know, only NAS-devices don't tolerate bad sectors. -reply by Ed Dyreen

Also with the large number of different languages that DotNet supports, there will be far more people that you can hire, they don't all have to speak the same language, just the same framework. obviously it is better if all team members write in the same language, with dot net the integration is seamless if you don't. With Java you can only write in Java Language. in DotNet you can pick any language, C#, VB.NET, Delphi.NET, Python.NET, even J# (the DotNet equiv. Replying to kerco For what it's worth, I'm having the same trouble with Yahoo on Pidgin 2.5.5 (Windows Vista x64). Working fine for MSN, AIM/ICQ though. I can't find any logs about it to troubleshoot the issue further (system log doesn't seem to have anything about Yahoo).I've had it happen before like you mentioned, but other times it either started working again as if by magic (e.G. Just whilst I was working it decided to manage to connect) or there was an upgrade which fixed it like you said.

The user puts it into the PC and it autoloads index.Html which starts the show. It's all contained on the CD... No internet connection needed. In the past I used frames where the first loaded the menu on the left and the main page on the right. Wanting to get away from frames... I was wondering how I could write one menu.Html page and have it automatically pulled into the rest of the pages. I'm thinking there would be a DIV that would be on the left... And another on the right. I don't even mind using a table with two cells... And loading the menu on the left and the main page on the right. Clicking the menu would open a new page that would also contain the same menu. The problem is... No server, no ASP, no PHP... Just a CD loading pages. Can it be done? Thanks, Jerry

A pc can do twice as much as a console... First reason is cause of that damn aggravating controller... Jeesh mouses are so not as a pain...Get console if you want...
