He has been saying this to me since May, but I kept hoping it would pass. The day before xmas even he tells me that he wants to be left alone and wants his space. Then I called him on Saturday and he answered and then he put a girl on the phone. She said that she has been seeing him for months, which I know for a fact that is not true. He told me on Christmas day that he is going to start going out and doing things and not staying home anymore with me filling his head, he said he is tired of me in his head. I said what did you meet someone, he said yes I did, I said oh really, when was this, he said last week. I almost threw up. He was not home Friday night and Saturday morning, after Saturday, I never called him or went to his house. I feel that I need to cut all my contact from him and maybe he will start wondering why I am not doing the things that he is so use to doing. If he is with someone, she is simply a rebound. My debit transactions never pended for days, they were processed the same day, and my direct deposits always were posted. Never pended, Thursday night at midnight. Kristi, the same thing happened to me... Every paycheck since August... Since Chase took over I have had more overdraft fees than I have ever had in a lifetime!! In the last 5 months they have charged me $550 in fees because my deposits are posting after my credits from my account...Although in the time frame the deposit was made before the credits were ran. It is beyond frustrating, and I have been on the phone from one supervisor to the next for hours, and they have a policy they can oly reverse $70 of overdraft fees period. I HATE CHASE! I'm having a problem with the computer crashing upon starting. Once it gets going it's okay. This started right after a forced update. (Dang I hate it when you're in the middle of something and it keeps bugging you to shut down the computer. If I had the phone number of the microsoft pres. I recently broke up with him and I regret it even though I had my suspicion of him being unfaithful. I loved him very much and he still wants to be friends but I cant it is so diffucult for me and I want to take it all back. His friends stoped him from asking me to marry me. Xbox hardwired through laptop...Nat IssuesXbox Live Problemaright, here's the deal. I can't afford the wireless adapter for the xbox, so I have hardwired it through my laptop using the ICS feature to connect. It worked fine for me for some time. Albeit I had a moderate nat type. It didn't get in my way to often. But recently we have received an upgraded modem from our ISP. And since the installation of this modem my nat type as gone back down to strict. I've tried manual port numbers and automatic ones. I found that to connect at all I had to use a manual DNS number ( I run a linksys router, not sure of the model no.) I'm just wondering if anyone can help why that now that I have a new modem my NAT type is strict rather than moderate like it was? I have open all the necessary ports, firewalls are off where needed. Also, I don't know if it makes a difference but my brother in law is connecting to our router wirelessly also, his NAT type is open though, I figured that one out for him. But I just can't seem to get mine atleast back to moderate. I apologize if my description of the problem is vauge. -question by matt

Premiere Pro looks sweet. Real sweet. Particularly in comparison to Vegas 8. Vegas 9 closes the gap some and not just as a result of the darker color scheme. The entire new UI rocks. At the end of the day though, it's about productivity. Adobe's product is like getting behind the wheel of a new Jaguar when you've typically driven BMW's. Sure, you're thrilled at the start but where's the rear defroster? And the brights. How the hell do you make the wipers intermittent? When I'm in front of Vegas 9 I feel like I just slid into the driver's seat of my nine year old Bimmer. I know exactly how to do anything I wish - no thinking, just doing. And it responds. With Vegas I get things done. Period. Don't we all have enough hassles and headaches in our lives? Jim Malmstrom

Maplestory all the way. Even though Runescape is (sort of) 3D, Maplestory is way more fun. Runescape is really repetitive. You often find yourslef doing the same thing over and over again. In Maplestory however every quest is different. Maplestory has a better game formula overall. In Runescape all you do is click someone and they keep attacking. You don't do anything. In Maplestory however you are the one who controls them. There are also classes in maplestory giving it a lot more variety and to people who don't want to pay money to play Maplestory is way more friendly. For example as a non-member in Runescape you run out of quests and get bored (I would know because I finished all the quests and quit at lvl 58 bcuz of boredom) and the members have a way bigger advantage over you. In Maplestory however the only thing you get when you use NX cash (money that you pay for to get things in the cash shop) is coller looking clothes and pets. So having and not having NX doesnt really make a difference. Another reason Maplestory dominates Runescape is their leveling system. Personally I think that the leveling up in Runescape is pointless because there is nothing special to acheive. In Maplestory however 1 lvl = 5 stat points and 3 skill points. Also the quests are level based. Going back to the quests, Maplestory has billions of quests and they keep on coming while all of Runescape's quests can be fit into one small window (or whatever you want to call it). Another thing is that Maplestory's monsters and items never seem to end, while I a lvl 58 noob in Runescape have seen all the monsters. I wont even start about Runescape's small variety of weapons, armors and items overall. Well that is all I have to say and I hope you will make the better choice (Maplestory). -reply by Cycyllion

There was a time in this country where your background came into play, when the conviction could be directly tied to the position you applied for. The founders of this country was felons, they insurrected the government at that time. Society has an obligation to hire this individuals so that they may be productive citizens. Foreigners come here and companies can't even conduct efficient background checks on these people. There will come a time where this country will regret not using the skills of the citizens that have felonies in their background. The number of people with felonies are increasing, so what going to do, start importing workers to do the job that americans can do. The economic effects of this discrimination is affecting this country. I wish I had more time to digest it all. This is an alleged country where ninety (90) percent of the nation is so called christians, so I pose this question, what would JESUS do in this situation, would he discriminate? I say this everyone have a purpose and when you decide to not use a talented pool of individuals, who made some bad decisions in there life years ago, you are doomed. The law is the law and society should not attempt to extend the courtroom of justice to the streets of this country.
