pushupsPush-upsThe best way to improve on your push-ups is to start out doing as many as you can without over-stressing your body. When your arms/muscles give out, stop. Rest 3, or 4 minutes , breathe deeply a few times and then do another set. If the set is 10 pushups, do the set and once again rest, breathe deeply and do a third set. After the fourth day of doing this routine, add a pushup to the sets. Do 11 pushups per set, for 3 days and and then add another pushup to the sets/routine. After a few months you will be doing 75 pushups with ease. You need to rest your body at least one day a week, to allow your muscles to recover fully. I'm a former military man. I walk by the river every morning, drop down and do 75 pushups. I get up breathe deeply 4 times, drop and do 85 pushups. On the third set I do 100 pushups. I also found I get stronger fast, if I use a bench and do pushups off the floor while my feet/toes are upon the bench. This places a lot of pressure/weight on your shoulders and upper chest. Make sure you allow your body/chest to go almost to where it touches the floor and then push upwards. Until your arms are straight. I don't know if anyone else said it, but, if you have to pay for any repairs, file a claim with your power company. This will only work if the outage was the power companys fault, and not an out of the ordinary storm. If it was just raining, and say, a transformer blew up, they will likely reimburse you.

Microsoft security essentials is losing the malware warIs Microsoft Security Essentials Any Good?I had the rogue "xp internet security" hijack IE8 while microsoft security essentials was active, up to date, and reassuring me all was good, while I was being totally crippled. Repeated full scans came up clean. I was able to keep the malware under control with "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware"(free) which found and destroyed enough items(12) to keep me rolling. As it kept resurrecting I tried "SUPER anti-spyware" (also free) which found and destroyed even more items. Eventually it would reassemble. Meanwhile microsoft security essentials found nothing over and over and allowed my firewall to be turned off repeatedly. I downloaded Stopzilla which (as advertised) immediatley identified the culprit. Of course they wanted money ($10/yr) to kill it. I finally submitted. Hopefully, the added real time protection justified the cost. So far, so good, running beautifully again. Of course, I have cleaned it repeatedly with four malware programs. We'll see. I came across your comments because I am doing a 5 page paper on music and what my conviction on music is. I am attending a Christian Bible institute and this is one of the assignments. I think you guys are focusing too much on one thing here. Music isn't just about the drums or the beat. It is about who you are singing or playing for and what affect you have on others while playing or singing. I have grown up in a strict Christian home that was very music oriented. My family has been throughout all of Texas singing and playing in churches and prisons. Music affects the body and their is no question about that. Whether there is a drum being played or not. Classical music (which most times doesn't have a drum set in it) can affect the body and cause it to want to move. Olympic ice skaters dance to classical music. God created and is music. Therefore, the soul purpose for music is to PRAISE the Lord and if a song is not doing that than I would have to say that song is bad. If the lyrics are going against the Bible (KJV) or a Bible principle and/or are blaspheming God than they are just plainly wrong. There are even some hymns and gospel songs that go against the Bible. They should not be sung. Then we get to the topic of "What if there are no words to a song? Is that song bad?" I would have to answer YES! This goes back to the basic purpose of why we have music. Music is to PRAISE the Lord. How can you praise the Lord if you aren't even announcing His greatness? I would have to say with this that classical music is wrong. There is no message to classical music. Christian music must have a message that is clear and not deceptive. With classical music it leaves the message up to the individual person and their imagination. People could be sitting there listening to classical music and be thinking about something extremely bad. Whereas if you are listening to actually Christian music with lyrics, you can't help but to meditate on those words and the meaning of them. I don't believe drums are necessarily bad, as long as they are not emphasized in a song. If you listen to a song and all you can hear is the drum than I think it is wrong. This goes back to music needing to have a message. What message does a drum send across? This is the beat? I don't get it. Most times in R&R and other worldly genres of music the beat is emphasized instead of the message. I have listened to country music in the past. I actually listened to it for about 2-3 years (I'm not exactly proud of that). I know what it is like to listen to a song and not know what the meaning of that song was or what point they were trying to get across in the song. R&R is the same way, but much worse. You can't even understand what they are saying or "singing." It is basically someone shouting or screaming into a microphone and then putting it out there for people to listen to. Where is the PRAISE to God in that? I do believe that most R&R singers or players can and probably are possessed. I don't see any other way that a human can actually do some of the things and sing some of the things that they do unless they are possessed. A person in their right mind would not bite the heads of chickens and run around on a stage screaming. I think that people who listen to R&R music can become possessed as well. Not only from listening to the music but because of the other things that always seem to come with R&R music. Drugs, alcohol, smoking, etc. These all seem to fall hand in hand with this kind of music. I'm sorry but I have seen it proven time and time again. People who listen to R&R music are doing at least one of these things. It is with this that the Devil will start to get his hold on someone's life & before they know they are possessed & the sad thing is they don't know how far they have gone until it is too late. Grounded electric outlet needed for surge protector to work;Is It Safe To Run A Computer Off A Non-grounded Line?I just lossed my business machine here in New England we had a large storm and lost power, then it proceeded to flicker on and Off. I unpluged everything pretty quickly after the first wave of outages, yet lossed my machine I have a pretty nice Belkin surge protector but loss the machine anyway. I realized that even though I have a three prong outlet it is still not grounded (after noticing the red light on the belkin telling me exactly that) Now my landlord insists her "Master Electrition" said that the outlet being grounded didnt matter, and that if I had it on a surge protector it wouldnt have happend. The surge protector is brand new and comes with a pretty high Gewl rating (4000) so sometime this week I get to meat this "master" this should be fun. Belkin is standing behind there product 100% and covering the cost of replacment parts. Thank God. staring problemStaring Problemwow, thought I was the only one. I think it's an obsessive thoughts problem OC without the D. My Dr, prescribed prozac and it seems to be helping a bit. Or maybe it's just the placebo effect. Heh. Ive been doing this 4 years ago and it has really taken a toll on my life. No joke. My confident level is to the floor because I know that they are uncomfortable conversing with me. I tend to stare at girl's cleavage, or the outline of it etc (like someone eles's posting above), plus I also stare at men's crotch area. I'm am not overly thinking about sex or their parts or anything. (I'm a 21 year old female).I just uncontrollably do it and I tell myself not to do it and become more anxious. Sometimes this happens with looking at random people in the background. I'm not talking to them-I'm supposed to pay attention to a discussion in class but I can't help but gaze at the person next to me. I know she see's me because she tries to catch me. The only way I could stop it is to leave, or turn my back to her. I cannot focus on the conversation when this happens, which leaves the person uncomfortable. This starring problem forces me to isolate myself from people (everyone, family included), and my happiness has plunged. I agree with many solution suggestions posted abouve. Ultimately, it comes down to your anxiety and your thought process. My Dr. Said, "Don't judge it, don't suppress it, confront it, acknowledge it and move on." Because we keep on thinking about not doing it, we can't help ourselves but do it. (just like the cetipede and walking thing mentioned above). heh, anyhow, I haven't gotten over my problem yet but it has gotten a bit better. Hopefully I'll learn to cope better. I don'tthink there is a quick fix solution to it. Just let go of it because it's not even important. Ask yourself, "so what?" with confidence instead of suppressing it. I improved that way. Cheers. This like most tutorials is frustrating because it references a tool with no explanation as to what the tool is or where to learn about it. Does anyone know of a good tutorial that is written (like all should be) for a newborn baby. A good tutorial that assumes the reader knows nothing and where every reference to a tool is followed by and explanation as to what the tool is. It annoys me that this forum only has questions and no answers, so I'm going to try my best to answer the question, even though I'm going through the same exact stuff. Except in my case, I have an online boyfriend that I have been dating FOREVER and then a guy at school that I really really like and who can actually be around to hang out with me/go out with me/etc. It's really hard to be in online relationships and not start liking other people...Especially when they're right there, close by, and they can do things with you and have fun. Sometimes I wonder if the online relationships are even WORTH it. I don't think that's an easy question to answer but my guess is probably not, unless you have a solid plan for the future to be close together. But I also think it is somewhat selfish of me and all the other girls in this situation to want "the perfect" relationship and that if we already have boyfriends that have done no harm to us and are sweet to us and who we genuinely love, then it should be our duty to stick with them, even if they aren't perfect and you think you may have found someone better. If for some good honest reason you do eventually break up then sure, go find all the guys you use to like and get together with them. But as for myself, I'm going to stay strong and true to my boyfriend, despite all the difficulties, and just be...Faithful. Whether if online relationships are stupid or not, I feel it's the right thing to do to not cheat. I was having mass blue screen crashes, and then it stopped booting entirely (graphics card error beep), until I took it out, tweaked my RAM timings in the BIOS with another card in there, and re-installed. Not sure if it was a RAM issue or the video card, but the card seems to be stable(ish) now, though I'm having some artifacting issues with Blu-Ray playback. I'm definitely noticing voltage and timing adjustments of the RAM are making huge differences in how stable the system are. School sucksI Hate School!I hate school, mostly because I want to shoot myself whenever I'm stuck in a sweaty classroom with a bunch of *BLEEP* that don't know how to shutup, so I spend more time listening to the teacher screaming then actually teaching.(no complaints about that, I bet you'll agree) I just hate school, I want to shoot it in the head.
