You obviously fail to understand the reasoning of why they built it or you simply do not understand the benefits of why they built it and/or you believe the negatives outweigh the positives.Sure you can go on about the negatives all you like and call it stupid and idiotic but atleast try and understand the reasons why they have done it.Incase you can't understand I will give you some reasons:HUMAN RIGHTS. If for one second you give up on the human rights of somebody then I for one pitty you. Someone who has commited murder should still have the rights to not be in pain (for two wrongs do not make a right) but incase we are talking about petty crimes whereby this new facilily will be able to "correct" the wrongs of the prisoner. If all petty crimes and even some major crimes were to be served in prisons were by rape, torture and brutality existed (and trust me they do exist) then I believe you have lost your sense of morallity no matter how bad the crime may be. However you may not believe that this be deserved apun all criminals and that this method of facilitating is simply an extreme of the opposite and you are happy with how prisons are. I understand this may be the case however you automatically have a bias opinion as you have more then likely not spent a single hour in a what can be considered a "normal" prison. So even if these prisoners were given more rights, more chances to improve and a higher chance to correct their wrongs would society not benefit? For if you treat a human like a dog eventually that human will start barking and what good is returning an animal back into society? If anyone honestly understood the conditions of an actual prison then you would understand where these benefits are to help the individual and the society I just hope you have not already lost faith for that is truelly saddening.I do not question your negatives other then saying they are bias on the fact that you have almost no understanding of what you are attempting to talk about but you can not deny that these positives are very much going to help the society the question is "at what cost?"In terms of costs here is a little research comparison take of it as you will...Imprisoning a single prisoner costs about $269 a day, on average, in Australian detention facilities, or about $98,185 per inmate each year. (Source: Report on Government Services, 2009, quoting Productivity Commission figures for 2007-8, see figure 8.13).

I think 2pac got shot, and if you review the news footage, the reporter claims that the doctor says "the rapper will once again recover." What i think happened was 2pac was tired of this type of life and he didn't want to go through with this anymore. So he told the doctors to let him die. 2pac said many many times that he will not live past his twenties. So he rapped about those things. The 7 day theory however is very suspicious and it is hard to explain. In the word Makaveli people believe it to have the message am alive, but what about the extra K, why use makaveli why not use something different. 2pacs death is very mysterious and holds many questions. But I know this for sure, 2pac's legacy will never die.

Networking Troubleshoot With Realvnc Help With Realvnc
iGuest replied to jimmy89's topic in Computer Networks
User ModeNetworking Troubleshoot With RealvncI have read that you have to use "User Mode" for the server for Vista and Win 7 because of Session 0 isolation (whatever that is)- so put it in your startup folder. -

Ebay Sucks! ebay is for stupid people
iGuest replied to Shooting Star Haven's topic in General Discussion
What Is So Hard About This?Ebay Sucks!I have been on ebay for over 12 years. It has been 12 plus years of thieves on both sides, ebay self serving rules and crappy customer service and complete paranoia between buyers and sellers. I have yet to make a purchase that I haven't wondered what kind of crap some seller is going to pull and I never sold a thing that I didn't have to worry about some screwball buyer getting a hormone rush and blowing holes in my business.Add to the negatives all the eBay rules issues and the volume of garbage you have to read and keep up on and any rational human being should be able to determine that ebay's BS just isn't worth the effort. The eBay business model never has worked and it never is going to work in a world where there are thousands of legitimate, reputable places to shop online without fear of being ripped off or the victim of some shennanigan. Ebay should have been history a long time ago, but these tree huggers who refuse to move on or get a real job keep it alive. Someone turn the lights off on ebay and let us admit it was an experiment gone bad. -reply by Elmer_Fudd -

What Is Your Preferred Filesystem?
iGuest replied to Jeigh1405241495's topic in Websites and Web Designing
favourite FSWhat Is Your Preferred Filesystem?I use xfs for filesystems with static data and ext3 for partitions with important and dynamic data; the latter it's not for performance but safety. A few weeks ago I began thinking of JFS since it has good performance, maybe better than XFS, regardless of file size (at least that's what wiki says). ext3 is good because I never had data or configuration info lost after power loss. On XFS it happened that after power loss, I had to reconfigure KDE AND I also lost everything that was written in Knotes. I only use and will use journaling filesystems. -reply by csabi -
The Problem Of Evil (and the problem of suffering)
iGuest replied to mitchellmckain's topic in General Discussion
Problem of EvilThe Problem Of EvilCan anyone, please define Evil without the aid of Good? or Can anyone define Good without the aid of Evil? How can evil ever exist without good? Good and Evil are the two ends of the same stick. One cannot exist without the other. It is the same with anyother thing that exists in this universe. Small and Big, Thick and thin, beautiful and ugly...All of them without any exception exists as pairs of opposite. Why should it be so? When beautiful and ugly are the two poles of the same thing, there is a space between the two and this space is what is time. ASHOK -
I think IATI Video Card Problem! Need Help I'm having a similar problem as all the rest of you. I recently built a computer out of spare parts from my work (all the good bits) And bought an ATI r9600xt/pro off a guy online. I've been through nearly all the ati supporting drivers and nothing helps. Ok, it goes a bit like this: When I boot up my comp 50% of the time I just get a black screen after the bios loading stage bit. The other 50% it loads win xp and then crashes after a couple of mins, or hours (unpredictably) I also have freezing and reboots. My system specs are as follows: Albatron PM800pro with Intel p4 processor 2.5Ghz VIA chip set 1.24 Gb of DDR400 ram 40 Gb HDD And of course we cant forget the ATI R9600pro/xt Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cant afford to upgrade graphics cards at the moment Cheers. -reply by Andychasm7

An equal if not better photo editorWhere Can I Get Microsoft Photo Editor?I've been looking for the microsoft photo editor for 3 years now, and everything that I've found just does not work. What I found was a program that's called the GIMP, it takes a little effort, but it creates the transparent background, and various other photo editing concepts, even creates animation, if that is what you would be willing to create, for me, this is a plus, yeah, I'd like the easy-to-use MS Photo Editor, but, I'm just as happy with this program, it does thousands of more things for pictures, that the photo editor could never do, it's free to download, can be updated, has many plug-ins, and what's the real interesting item about this program is, that it works with any platform or windows software. So, if you have the mind, want to express yourself with graphics, as I do, you'll just go download The GIMP, you may have to work at understanding it, but in the end you WILL BE SURPRISED AT WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS EASY TO UNDERSTAND PROGRAM. -feedback by Alonzo E. I have to dissapoint you!Power Settings In BiosMy laptop - a medium level Acer laptop - DOES have this possibility in its installed BIOS by default - to be awaken on LAN. An what I mean by default is that there is no feature in my laptop's BIOS that can enable or disable ANYTHING that has to do to wake on LAN, power-up and so on! The only thing I did is just to make sure that I enable this feature only in Win (7) to its wired network card. And, of course aside from all these you need a router that has this feature so that you can log in remotely to it and send a magic packet in LAN from router to the router's connected PC. That is all to it! -reply by Xantes

I had MSP debt and I set up an account with "NCO Financial" over the phone and made payments over online billing, I just assumed that it was right but now (6-8months later) they have cancelled the account that I was making payments too.. I wasn't paying a ton of money and they had my phone numbers to contact me so why wouldn't they have called me yet, it has been over a month since my bank called me to tell me that my money went back into my account and that they had deleted the NCO online bill payment method. Have you heard of anything like that? Maybe they were scammers with an account somewhere and they gathered my info? I plan on looking into it, as for the money I paid to 'them' I'll cut my losses.. Next time I will ask for a face to face meeting before giving any infomation or even wasting my time on my phone. -reply by Christy

Hi, I used this technique and it worked fine for quite a while but then the Xbox couldn't connect. I dis-enabled the connections and started again and the it worked fine again for a while, before the same problem. Now it won't connect and when I go in to Network connections the Local Area Connection just says "Disabled". When I unplug the ethernet cable and put it back it this doesn't change, and when I click on "Enable" it still doesn't work. I have tried different cables but same thing. I'm using a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows Vista wirelessly connected to a BT HomeHub router, and an internet cable between the laptop and Xbox.

How Did You Choose Your Gaming Mouse Sensitivity How did you choose yours?
iGuest replied to Solus's topic in Computer Gaming
More DPI > More AccuracyHow Did You Choose Your Gaming Mouse SensitivityUsualy a high dpi mouse will have a better sensor than a low dpi mouse, it is not a rule. I use Razer Deathadder and I used it at 1.7x450dpi or 1.33x900 dpi and many others. I think the maxim control speed is better than more dpi for low sensitivy. No prediction is also good. The best sensitivy is just what you are used to it. I just can tell you an advice: Get the higher sensivity your hand can handle to get a guy in high distance and you will see that in close combat you will have a fair advantage as in long combat. -reply by teknown -
Hi !! I have created a file index.plm and in C:\wamp\www directory. I have added some php code in it. Now I want to execute it as php file. So when I go to localhost and select index.plm file, It shows the whole php code instead of being executed as php file. May it be possible to add other extensions in any config file and make run it as php? Is there anything like rewriterule (.htaccess) for localhost? Thanks Dev

for me Counter-Strike is still the best game but as the time goes by it is slowly being beaten by DOTA of warcraft III which is now played by lot of persons, even adults. Tournament is being hosted all around the world for this game.
