I don't agree with wutske. Though some numbers are in spec others are way off. It looks as if the PSU isnt grounding properly which could be when you miswired the fans. Then general rule of thumb is unless you are an engineer don't try to reconfigure the psu or mobo.PSU are cheap so just go out and get another one before something more serious happens, like the PSU taking out your Mobo and processor. I had close to that happen to me. The fans went out on my PSU and it shorted taking my HDD with it.-tonyp321

I would have to say that even though it was created by someone or even a group of ppl, the art was not invented by chance, it happened due to the fact that people needed self defense and/or a way to correctly defeat an opponent. I do know that everyone has the natural ability to learn how to fight, and the original martial arts didn't care about the point system, or even if they could get that leg up to the right angle. In Kenya, where I operates from, there are two Wireless Networks companies that relies on GSM I.e. Celtel Kenya and Safaricom Ltd and one using CDMA I.e. Telkom Wireless. Whenever I used Telkom Wireless service, I get clear service as compared to the two GSM Networks services. I have assumed that may be the two GSM companies have more subscribers hence affects quality of service unless the Telkom Wireless that is slowly scrolling subscribers' space.
