I agree with the opinion that there are artists that don?t evolve but I suppose when you get older (U2, REM or Lou Reed for example) you dont live the same way, specially if you are richer than in your young and wild years. I don?t think it?s so easy for artists to change their positions... music industry has no mercy and labels take a step back whenever they hear something risky. Always better the easy way.Anyway you talked about U2. A really great band, but their last two albums are just contemplative... nothing new, medium level songs that (mean to) sound like Joshua Tree era.I suppose that in the Internet era listeners have to make the choice. ?Search original things or wait for the labels to sell us the same stuff over and over again, each time of less quality? It?s our choice.

Maybe it?s some kind of incompatibility with the <li> tag inside which you have those buttons. I don't know, but the background blue is the same as your site background color... so, try to get rid of that tag and see what happens.

I?m with Playstation 2 too. X Box doesn?t have anything that makes it really attractive apart from an aggressive way of understand the entertainment race who makes them selling a really expensive device at prices lower than factory?s ones... dumping, indeed. Only for obtaining monopoly... some things never change. PS2 is much more enjoyable and has better games and Sony has a not too long but brilliant career in that market.

All you have to do is open photoshop, fireworks or another image editor, and make what you want to appear there in a small size (I Think it?s 16x16 or 32x32 pixels. Don?t know if both of them are correct, but I have one of 16x16 in my website and it works). You have to save that as a .bmp file and then rename it to .icoNormally you pick your logo and resize it to smaller one, but you have to make sure that your logo will be crearly visible with that small size. If not, you?d better try with another thing that is representative of the site.The favicon appears in Mozilla and Netscape-based browsers and Opera, but also in explorer when you bookmark a page.

Mmmm... In fact Fireworks runs faster in my computer than Photoshop. I think last one spends more time loading.

Although its the system I use at home, I don?t like Windows. I?m getting used now to Linux and I suppose that if I could deal with all the compatibility issues, I would use only Linux... games aren?t a big problem because I don?t play too much and anyway, a partition with Windows would be fine. I also like Macintosh... I?m into web design and Mac has been for ages a standard in that with programs like Quark Xpress or Freehand. Besides, I hate the fact that Windows is a copy of previous O.S of two computers: Macintosh and Amiga. I?d really love that Microsoft went bankrupt.

In my opinion... SOAD is far better that Disturbed (a mediocre metal band). Disturbed has a couple of good singles but listening his albums repeteadly is kind of boring...SOADs two records (and also Steal This Album) are into the best of new metal... but Cigaro didn?t impress me too much... is not a good song compared to Sugar, Spiders, Chop Suey or Toxicity.Only my opinion, sorry

I see that in France, like in Spain, there is a tax that you pay each time you buy a CD... It is supposed to pay author?s rights. Users are angry because we?re paying for it even if we don?t use it for movies or commercial music. If I want to keep my own music, documents, photos, etc ina CD I pay for something that others do to unknown benefactors. I would make a more attractive banner... fewer buttons or at least less dispersed. I?d try to make something with tables also... better without borders and the cells on the right and or the left slightly coloured... Also, notice that the cell in which tha main banner is has white bakground... and the banner?s background is pale blue. Try putting in cell?s bg that blue.And for all, like someone said, try CSS... your website will look much better.

I used to get annoyed with pop-ups, specially in thaty kind of "underground" places where you get lots and lots of windows and you get overloaded. But since Mozilla came into play for me is the less disturbing kind of advertisement... I don?t even know when a website has popups because the browser blocks them and so, I don?t have to worry about it.

I have very few friends...
