Like yordan said, in a perfect world there would be no spam or apparent spam shouldn't be visible but it is hard work since topics, members need to be screened thoroughly to make sure the spam isn't seen.Sadly my lifestyle is pretty nomadic so it makes it difficult for me to come online as much as I'd like to.. Though Yordan should be commended for his consistent sweeping Going old school, mods were supposed to only drop posts/topics in the spam section but due to the flooding, I have been deleting posts permanently off the forums along with their owners.

I was online on the forums, lurking is the word actually and I did not notice the forums going down at all. I will tell you though, sometimes our wonderful ISPs decide which website we are allowed to view and which we aren't supposed to so I find myself sometimes unable to connect to the forums even though it is fully functional on a friend's machine. Can you tell me how long the "downtime" lasted on your end? Emptying the cache, cookies or restarting the modem works brilliantly for me many times Did you check if Xisto, Xisto's sister site was working? or if you are hosted.. your own site?

Smudge is such a cute name for a cat Well my brood consists of 3 cats, 2 dogs, 2 crows & 1 mouse. My poor mother usually associates "I've got a surprise" to a new pet nowadays The younger dog is asleep under the covers, head on my pillow & on top of my bed as I write this. The crows are semi wild since they sleep outside but stick around with me all day when the cats aren't around, their names are Seraphina & Luca Brasi (They both insist on being HAND FED!) and will not eat their food unless there is an egg mixed in it. Talk about sassy! I originally had 4 cats but my youngest cat, my grand daughter got lost in December 2010 miss her terribly, we feel someone stole her when she was out. Her mother is a calico, the second cat, another female is white with heterochromia(one green eye while the other is blue) and the last is a grey striped/white tom cat(the only indoor boy ) who is fat and loves to rub his nose against my chin, the flipper move as I call it since he jumps to reach my chin many times. The two dogs are mongrels, one is a cocker/rottie mix while the other seems like a fox terrier/lab mix.. They are medium sized doggies though who love my father.. The fox terrier is 8 years old while the other brat is 4 years old. The older one "Loves" my father, she'll never leave his side and will growl, nudge & push my mom off the bed if she dares try sleeping next to him... She doesn't seem to mind my mother once she[doggy]falls asleep. I think I know what you mean since one of my friends has a Weimaraner, a breed notorious for hunting. Her name is Sapphire, the gardener's cat happened to sneak out one day while Sapphy was frolicking in the garden. The dogs(Weimaraner, Golden Retriever, G.S.D, Husky, Labrador mum & Labrador daughter)have a vast land to run in so one tragic day, the cat happened to be in the same area as the dogs.. It was horrible, Sapphire reached the cat in a flash and before we could react had broken her neck. Poor little cat. I love goats!!! I find them marvelous but my mother has warned me I would have to start living in my van if any goat children got adopted I used to spend hours with my uncle's goat, I think I got rammed by it too.. though I am not sure. Maybe we should have a show and tell of our animals?

You must be really lucky to be able to raise colts, I absolutely love horses and have broken in my uncle's mare(she was 14 hands) but I was supervised, that's about all the horse training I've done I could probably own a hundred gerbils but that could never match one handsome horse Ha ha ha ha! I know, I remember having the gait of a chimp since I could not move various body parts without cringing. I honestly prefer a gait to a pacer, my uncle's mare was a natural pacer which I realized after I rode her >_< . In one of the horse shows I've been to, I had the privilege of riding a Marwari horse , beautiful grand breed. This is a breed always ready to do as told(willingless to perform) and very easy to lead, that ride has been the best ride of my life. It felt like I was on an Ikran(Avatar reference ) OMG! How is your husband doing now? Hopefully he hasn't had a second episode like this. Sounds scary to find a loved one like this... This is a topic for a very close friend of mine, you could say the two of us were joined to the hip. Well, the issue on hand is the fact that she is suffering from an obvious burn out. She isn't doing well romantically, professionally or personally. So this topic is to give her a perspective and "let it out" I suppose even though I am the one writing it for her.A little about her I suppose, she's been working with her cousin since she was 17 to help him with the business. Everything was fine until a falling out.. I personally think it damaged their teamwork permanently even though their personal chemistry is still the same(they get along really well). She decided to get away from his business for a few months which is when she started working where I was(the vet's clinic). At the age of 17, she decided to put her education and passions aside for the sake of her brother since he needed her, I convinced her to finish at least a basic degree to fall back on in case she can't work with him ever again since the hours at the clinic are super grueling(11:30 am to 9:00 were the published times but we've stayed back as late as 11:00 pm). I think that was wrong of me, making her work and study at the same time since she was already fending for herself at her home(her parents have higher priorities you see >_>). She managed to clear her first year despite all odds which is admirable but all her family and friends could tell that it bugged her the most(she barely passed, she wanted to get higher grades).We are the cripple sisters since she has a seriously bad back while I have seriously bad knees so while I decided to leave the clinic for the sake of my Masters, she decided to leave for the sake of her brother a month ago. Earlier it seemed like a good idea to her since she was banking on the same old chemistry and teamwork which was obviously non existent now. So she has been in this steady decline ever since, mentally and physically. Because the stress of home, family and work is beginning to show in her work. The girl can't seem to focus any more and I've tried getting her into exercising with me(swimming to strengthen the knees)but she just sits there in a corner going down. She is an amazingly feisty girl who lives for her work and to see her incapable of working is driving me nuts. She's been crying herself to sleep the entire week because she notices the lack of progress, and now she has been warned by her brother that he would sack her if her performance does not peak.Sorry about going on and on, but she is someone I really cherish and don't want to see fizzle out. I am incapable of sympathy(I blame my childhood )but I know how amazing members here are so could you all please let her know that burn outs can be overcome if she wants. Maybe you guys could share your own burn out experiences.

Since the issue has resolved, but I'd appreciate it if you could give a complete detailed report on how long the downtimes are, when is the forum most unresponsive and so on. Sometimes while I am on the move, the forums refuse to load but that is only a few times in my afternoon...But if you are facing any more issues, I seriously recommend putting in a ticket since that would notify the server admins of any potential problem

Apparently this Brit woman Nicole Lindsay did not realize she was living with a woman for years. I love photography and make the most of it with my Nikon L10(A gift from a close friend ). Well then, attach a screenshot and show me what you mean when you say the site isn't arranging itself properly. Also, there is no way we can confirm that the problem was indeed on our end without a support ticket since there are times when our ISP decides to play God with connectivity. I have had issues where my own website would not load but other sites would... To get answers, one needs to ask questions. It is perhaps far too easy to simply get onto the forums and open a rant instead of first opening a ticket and submitting that id here. And what do you mean by "support their own server status page?" What have you been looking at because the page at https://support.xisto.com/serverstatus.php seems to be functional. As for being treated like crap, please provide me the ticket ids, employee name and posts/topics where you have been mistreated and it shall be immediately sorted.
