Kontera requires huge work. You need to post on this site plus many other sites where there is kontera revenue sharing websites. Kontera has paypal plus cheque option at 50$. I don;t think so that they'll allow you for 10$. Check that with the site anyway. Infolinks on the other hand is much better than kontera. You can sign up and earn 10$ easily. But in both kontera and infolinks you need to generate a lot of visitors. I can't give you exact estimates because it depends on the keywords. Yahoo is a portal and google is search engine only at front page. Ask google to make fast loading yet magazine stype portal like yahoo. You'll find that because of portal style most of the design takes a lot of time. Some peopel assume that there is broadband everywhere and create similar designs. But in many cases they loose customers in that. 3G/4G internet access is not as fast like desktop for those sites. Unless the site is made for mobile or text based it loads slow. Yahoo is not going to revert back to search engine directory page because that way they'll lose more customers. If they do something like google then ads will be cut and so are the buyers and merchants. To avoid this they're focusing on people who like portals and directories. It's not if we like yahoo or google. It's business.

I'm not fan of dark themes. So i think mix it up with few other colors. You can use the color pallete of colorluv site.That site and the adobe's site has lot's of dark color pallets. I don't know what's going to be different with dark theme. It's gonna be all same unless other colors are added.

I think it is too late now. Most of the trackable softwares need to be installed first before you can track them. There are some part serial numbers which you can track if dismantled but in this big world how you're going to find out if they dismantled it. Once software is installed they kinda protect using locking mechanism or serial number verification. But as it is already gone then there is no way to it. This will vary from each person's view on how the leader should be. Some people like soft spoken leader while some people like aggressive and terse speaker. I have seen that most of the leaders keep trust on their disciples and this is how most of them become good leaders. It's not about leading a good team or leading in front. Sometimes working with team with moving strings from behind can be a act of leadership too. There are many examples of leadership. Leaders in corporate world and business varies from other leaders. For example, sport leaders and the business leaders have different situation and there is huge difference in the way they approach it. It all comes to down situation, people manipulation skills and where and what to do. How do i get rid of boredom ? Many ways actually. 1. Listen to di.fm trance radio channel 99% of the time to get rid of the boredom.2. If 1 didn't worked then i participate in the debate forums - skeptic, physics newsgroups. I avoid religious nutcase forums, they suck to the core.3. Read online - be it blog, wikipedia article or any other facts about which i never heard of.4. Write comments and replies, this includes time here on Xisto/ks or Xisto. 5. Write articles or blog entries for my sites. 6. Edit and make changes to wordpress themes that i have on most of my sites. 7. Read forums on various topics, i don't get chance to reply or participate in all of them so i just browse. All these 7 activities suck a lot of time and rarely i get bored with all the 7 in such case. I switch computer and watch tv or read printed book or watch outside the window.

It is simple RSS reader with subscription and update capability. You can sort and manage the RSS feeds. This is enough for most of the RSS needs that you have. Another one that i have tried is Nutshell. It's simple and free software. There is not much of features in comparison to feedemon. You can check nutshell from nearlogic.com website. I'm not sure if you like this reader or not. So i suggest using feedemon for your desktop. There is also one list where you can find the list of the RSS reader desktop software for various platform.
