It looks cooler but I liked the old version better. I don't use phpbb anymore though. It's by far the worst forum program availbe. Did you know phpbb.com had its support forum hacked. Now I don't want anything that could risk my users information on my site. Anyway I don't think it is better. It is harder to search for modifications and themes. I use opera simply because it has no popups and everything uses tabs. It is a lifesave when you are making a website (3 tabs open), Posting in forums (5 tabs) and using google (3 tabs). Now, all you see is ... but its good because it also shows the icon for pages, which makes Opera ideal for me. One thing I did not like was that you can't (or its hard to) add google toolbar. Anouther thing is shift + i disables images, it should have been ctrl + i. These are small compaired to the crashing of both Internet explorer 7 and Mizilla Firefox. It doesn't scan every page so its faster then Netscape. Thats my opinion,Sparkx

Very good. I like that you animated some of them. The next step is making them have action script. I can't remember how, but I have seen people that have .gif files that include actionscript. You may want to look up a tutorial on google. I can't read some of the words though. It looks like they are written in slang or 1337. Maby it is just the background affect. Maby it is the font also. It may work for you sig but it is a little hard to read. I got real confused on the first one you posted. I can't read a single word of it lol.Thanks,Sparkx

Im posting in this forum for no reasion lol. Jk Xisto is by far the best. I have tried loads of hosts. I love the cpanel and the great 10GB bandwidth. I can get full back-ups all the time without being worried about data transfer. It isn't a scam like all the other sites that say unlimited bandwidth. That in my opinion is the best part (oh and that it is free also). There is no other host even close to Xisto. Don't even look for one. You won't find anouther free one. Though I can't donate yet (I am only 14) I tell loads of people to check it out. Most of them go with trap 17 though and never post :ph34r:Thanks,Sparkx

They get away with it easiely. Just like Limewire, it says not to post copyrighted material but 90% of all the content is copyright. The webmasters can't stop it because its a lot easier for the poster to just re-upload the file then it is for them to deleat it. You really can't expect them to go through every single file and find if it is copyright. That would be like looking up and making sure all the stuff on wikipedia is correct. Now the copyright holder however often looks through these websites for copyrighted material then ask to have it taken off and withen a few days the page if off the web. I have seen this a lot (I don't look for movies but I like watching videos of people playing games like warrock and apparintly warrock doesn't allow this).Thanks,Sparkx

It seems cool and the speed only makes it better. However I look for more then just speed in a browser. Does it have anti-virius or anti-popup toolbars or does it at least allow google toolbar. I have dowloaded windows framework before but I could never figure it out. It seems intresting and sounds like a nice and small browser. I cant access your site. It has an error. There is thousands of sites that do that. Most webmasters however realize that it is imposible to personally go through ever site on the web and rank it. Rather they simply look at one type of site. These are called web directorys. Some of the best ones only have 1,000 listings. Ods are you can't do it alone though. You will need help from a group of people. Try looking for people that think your idea is good and if they know php. Then orginize them and get started looking for all the sites you can find. You may need to set a rubric so you rank sites on thier content and not how they look. Most times a theme of a website could leave you liking or disliking it no-matter the content.My opinion,Sparkx

Very good tutorial. I need to get my website bigger (it is now on day 5 of a trial beta) and my members keep telling me I should send random emails or post in forums. I never really liked that idea since it makes your site look bad. If it is alright I will summerize what you told me and tell them how they can help me out. I like the idea about making buissness cards. That's very good for me. I own stock for intel I was worried when it wasn't recovering as fast as the rest of the market was for the last few months. I was regreting for not selling back last year when it gained 20%. I stayed in because I know it was a pretty safe investment. My computer runs of intel already along with all the newer dells. OK so can anyone show me a file that will connect to an sql server with an user inputed quary? So here is an example of what I want to do:You go to a page to find information about James, you would type in example.php?user=James and the page would find all the data about James (all the tables), then display it as an echo. I already have my users set as unique variables so only one person's information would be echoed. The page name and "user" variable doesn't matter.Do you understand me? Not that I am aware of. I think you need a password for all wireless connections, but I know that people have gotten free internet that way so it may be possible. Just a little hint also, hackers are looked down on by most of the internet communities. Now I know noone at this forum will flame you but watch out when looking for hacks. You could use Google Adsense. I am almost positive you can set it up for pay per impression rather then pay per click. Just watch out, if you have a forum or you visit your own site often you may get invalid clicks and ads (along with payment of that month) taken away. I'm sure you can get them to pay you with Pay Pal. All the big ad companies pay via paypal since it is the cheapest way.Hope this helps,Sparkx

That makes sence. It is anoying in my opinion to have people try and link you to a topic. Most the time I use the "Last topic" and the "Last post" at the bottom of the page, because the topic is still active and more likly to get a reply. After a topic slips of the top 30 odds are the author isn't going to reply either. Sometimes however I find it nice to be able to get a link from the shout box, but I understand how anoying it is to filter the links. In most cases I would have to agree with the staff. Links are anoying and give people a way to spam. One quick question though, I got confused when you said no links but if someone asks for it you could give it to them in most cases (I took it a little out of context but don't think that matters). Now I have some database errors. I don't know if this is what you mean in the other posts (if it is the same error, sorry for the post), but I haven't edited these databases in a long time and all the sudden then get this: Fatal error: Database error in "/home/sparkx/public_html/programs/.." on line 43Now I know it is not my code. The code has been working for over 4 months now. My last full backup was about a week ago and I could loose some major user data that was added to the sql sence then. That's ok though. If I get it fixed soon not much will be lost. Any suggestion? Thank you very much, Sparkx EDIT: Oh and some of my databases still work. It is about 50/50 of them are down (out of about 12 databases). I have never played maple story. Runescape however is quit possibly the worst game. It is addicting there is no dening that, and when I say it is the worst game ever I don't mean the actual program I mean that it simply ruins people's lifes. I have heard story after story on multiple forums about how people have lost all contact with the outside world, lost there real friends and even (no joking) died. This 40 year old guy died from playing runescape. His heart gave out after not eating, sleeping, nothing except playing the computer for 3 days strait. Now this is still very unlikely to happen to you as 1 million+ people play it (not dayly but they have regestered at least). I would have to say stay away from it or any other MMORPG game in that case, unless you are willing to either become addicted or constantly taking breakes (as in 1 hour a day tops playing).Hope this helps you know a little more about the general affect of the game,Sparkx

I have the wii. I like wii sports the best but I haven't tried many games. I thought zelda would be fun but I don't see what is so good about it. Tony hawks downhill jam is OK. I liked Madden 2007 but I was confused on making your own team. The wii is good but if you really wan't good graphics it is not anything like Play Station 3. It's graphics are like the Play Station Origional. I heard you could go onto the internet and use web browsers like Opera via the wii, but I am not sure if that is true. I can't find anywere in the manual on how to connect to Wii Connect 24 (the internet). I look forward to that at least. I see lots of online games are now supporting the wii consol (at xgen studios about 1/4 of the games are Wii capeable). It seems to have a smaller hardrive then the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 but I don't mind. It has the best tecnology in my opinion (and most will agree with me).Thanks,Sparkx

That would be cool to have, but I have a printer that costs just less then .1 cent per click (copy) and a colored printer that costs about .5 cents per click. Both are highspeed and new It seems hard to believe that they are doing this. They must charge you. It is not free to print off and mail you stuff. There is little chance that they are making all of there money back through ads on the copys. Sometimes these things are too hard to believe being as it is April 1.

Are you kidding? You almost died lol? I could live without a computer for a very long time. In fact whenever I get a chance to get away. I take it. Computers arn't that addicting. I find playing football (United States type), working out and hanging out with friends way funner then playing pointless games, making c++ or php programs that few people will ever use or making friends that you will never meet. No offence to anyone, but it isn't as great as everyone makes it seem. Step back every once and a while and think "What could I do that is funner then this?" 4-6 hours is quite a bit for one day in my opinion. 1 or 2 is ok if you spend it programming and not playing online games.

It is the php version. I need version 4. I have tried many free classified programs. Has anyone found one that works on Xisto? That would be great. I know php well enough to go through and fix all the errors but I don't wan't to have it turn out that the program isn't secure at all or can be easyly hacked. I love installing scripts using fantastico (it is very easy), but I noticed that some scripts don't dowload correctly. Currently only one that I have noticed is Noah's Classifieds, it has an error in the code. I don't know if you could fix this or not but I just wanted to point that out. It is not the installation, but rather php functions that have errors. Erros inlcude:-Notice: Undefined property:...-Invalid argument supplied...Maby it is noah's script and not even the way fantastico installs the script. I would like to get a classified on my site. If someone would tell me about anouther free php classified, that would be great (assuming that this error is un-fixable). Thanks for the help:Sparkx

It is an OK game maby 7/10. Real violent and people keep saying it makes them do crimes like steal cars ect. I don't think games could make you wan't to steal anything or break a law. Neither though can they stop you from wanting to steal something (solve your crave to break laws and lessen your anger by playing a game). All of the studies that they have done about these games and how they affect people mean nothing, because everyone reacts differently to it. My friend has the game and I play it sometimes and I didn't notice him or me turning into a criminal. I heard that he beat the game in one weekend also. I know lots of people that do that. Maby they should make the GTA games longer. People are paying from $30-$50 for them. Thanks, Sparkx
