Some of my guy friends are shocked that I'm a better gamer than they are. I don't think it irritates so much as perplexes them as to how a girl could beat a game quicker than them. (and yes I am aware of the title of this thread )

Does this girl know you're going on about her? I mean is she aware or did she give you the 'okay' to post her pic?

That's definately very grungy - I like. Seems to me, it needs some text or something in the empty space to the left

I don't think this board is that bad for sigs. I mean I've been to some that have a huge sig pic, with animation, plus an additional 6 or 8 blinkies, followed by another three or four quotes. At that point, ya have to just hit the stop button disallowing the whole page to load. I use "Secretmaker" which cuts down on some banners and images from being loaded, but it doesn't nail em all. Annnnyhoo, my point is the 150 max would make it sleek if everybody needed sigs, but it doesn't look like here that everybody wants a huge sig.

I live in the middle of nowhere Iowa, USA, so chances are pretty good that if I'm going into town, I'm going to get behind a slow-moving tractor or somebody who is used to driving a tractor and will still only drive 35 mph. I understand that tractors have to get places too but sheesh if ya see 5 people lined up behind you, unable to pass, maybe you should pull off or something?? In those moments when you have no choice but to wait, I usually spend time mentally working on a story I'm writing.

sometimes it's good to step away from the puter for a bit, but glad to have ya back

I rented "Dummy" this weekend with Adrien Brody and some other people. I thought it was pretty good. The innocence Adrien can portrey in his characters is just staggering. I say it's rentable. *nods*

Ya, X-Files counts as sci-fi. I'm a Trekkie, as was my mom before me. I'm a fan of TOS, but NG is okay too. Anything past NG like Deep Space 9 is just scary and wrong. eep. Did you know LOTR is in the Sci-fi section at Best Buy? I thought that was pretty wierd.

I had to do a system restore last week and am still working out the bugs. The newest is I keep getting an installation msg from Veritas saying it could not find SGuard.msi. The only way I could get it to shut down was to get into the task manager and shut down sgtray. Can anybody please tell me what's going on here??

I saw a trailer on TV last night for Resident Evil: Apocalypse and I must see it!! I've only played the game once at a friend's house, *hides from gamers in the room* so I never really followed the mythology of it. What's the deal with RE? For high school graduation, our class voted for black roses tipped with silver and Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in The Wall" for our class song (like during the procession, that's the song they were supposed to play). I know it. What is UP with that?? We've made art for dorm rooms out of those bloody things. I guess I prefer yahoo just because my friends are on there and it just feels like it has a cleaner interface. MSN is too big with too much stuff on it (real technical there eh). And AIM is just ugly so I never, ever use that.
