That's just to get you started without being in the negatives when you upgrade/apply.You can either upgrade, or start with package 2- with 30 Credits. You'll be left with 2-3 (mentioned not sure) no matter where you stand (I upgraded when I had 48 credits, and dropped down to 2-3 ).That's the concept. Well, Mike had a movie review, and I love music, I'm thinking, what the heck! Let me inform ya'll about one of my newer favorite artists. ( The part following, is a quote from Wikipedia : About Paul Wall personally, I see him as a up and coming rapper. From the south, not many caucasian rappers make it big (no racism intended), but Paul Wall has shown some incredible business-ethic that sets him apart from the whole 'Cash, Money, Hoes, etc.' Mindset of most southern rappers. His affiliation with Chamillionare is only business, because most of Paul's work is solo, or with Mike Jones (see - Dude that says his name WAAYYY too much). The fact that he graduated High School and College, sets him apart from the rest of the southern community. He's handled his money well, and having his own separate business, (Designing 'Grills and Fronts' for popular Artists and normal people alike) he has steady cash flow, and is used to seeing all the money. He's appeared with Kanye West, and Mike Jones recently, doing some 'Clean' work. His newest album 'The People's Champ' was released last month, and the single - Sittin' Sidewayz, has hit number #24 on the U.S. Charts. That's my personal opinion. Lol, Chinese is cool to learn, some of ya'll should try it. It seems to me to be easier than english, seeing as each radical has a meaning, and you just combine radicals to make words, (or characters). Whereas in english, you have to learn EACH individual word. You can't combine 'A' and 'B' and have a word, if A and B had different meanings.But i'm taking Chinese I this year, which is cool, and it's nice after that many years of English (Engilsh IS my native language, but still boring).Panda

Depends upon how skilled you really are at what you do.You could do some serious damage with some good PHP/MYSQL integration (damage in the good way). But if you don't know PHP, that's useless to you.With HTML/XHTML and CSS, It won't be as editably friendly, but it'll serve it's purpose. Those are your main options, I'm unsure of any particular web-zine program, however with some basic graphics, and such, you can come out on top.I'm unfamiliar with the whole 'web-zine' layout idea. However if you visit your root directory and it shows a directory listing, instead of index.html, copy and paste the following, into a file called .htaceess, and save it. DocumentRoot index.html Upload that .htaccess file to the directory you're having problems with. Very true,It's also true that Windows does not accurately reflect your connection speed. On a regular basis.Bandwidth is the transfer across a connection. If you download a 40 meg file, you use up 40 megs of my bandwidth. It applys to everything downloaded from the server, including .html, .php, .jpg, .png, etc. files.THat's why most providers charge you as-per bandwidth requsite. If you require more bandwidth, you're obviously getting more users, so you'd have more traffic. Panda

This will support as many, if not more signatures than the other rotators.To use the rest of the rotator scripts out there, you must add a line of code for each new signature.This one automatically searches the folder for the correct type of file, and randomly select one to display.More efficient, time-wise.
