well congrats to all those who are out of this mess. i think there are two kind of people who smokes ar start smoking one of these you can find in pubs and cofee outlets whosmokes just for fun and show off the other ones you can find in proffessional places like institutional hostels (in their rooms) it gives them inner strength , i know my freind i jia sari prepairing for ias 2008 who cannot study without a smoke , i have talked to him many times about this he says 'it gives him more concentration '. i feel those who start by looking others can also stop through the same manner , but those who start by themselves has to really fight against their will . i belong to the latter group of people . enjoy /.

hello friends,quiet surprised to see not many replies in this very interesting topic.... i was expecting a lot more than what we have seen till now...after reading the posts in this topic, i feel bound to have a change of opinion... first i would like to tell you that what was my opinion in the start... i was of the view that moon can not have any effect on us.... but due to the posts and some research on internet, i feel that maybe it can have some effect.... because i have gone through some articles in which it was given that at some places there were more accidents on full moon day than normal... in mental asylums at some places it was reported that the fellows behave in a much more odd way during full moon...but the point that remains is, that if something of that sort happens, then do we have any scientific explanation for that???ok bye friends... keep thinking...

one more important thing as you told you have stopped eating food its not a good idea a, this will make you tired and will also effect your metabolism activity , you must eat your diet at regular intervals and in small qauntity also remember dont skip your lunch because you are active in day time and this can easily digest your lunch what you could do is eat less or nothing before bed (dinner ) what i do is i take my dinner at 7 30 then do my daily works till 10 and then sleep .

i shall tell you the way which worked in my case..walk(brisk) in morning for around 1 hr but its important you walk fast..after that come home and take i full glass lemon juice(look below) .. take one complete glass of water heat it for some time so that it becomes mild warm add a pinch of salt 2 spoon of lemon juice 1 spoon of suger free i am doing these two exercises daily for about 6 weeks and nothing else ,also have controlled my deit i have stopped eating rice ,, i have reduced 6 kgs of weight

hello friends,wow.... quiet an interesting bit of information provided by vintedois... first of all i would like to thank him for sharing such an exciting bit of information with us... what i have heard till now is like roller coasters propelled by magnetic force or the magnelav train system developed, i think most probably, in Germany which works on the principle of applying magnetic force... but this kind of a thing i am hearing for the first time...the firsttttttttt thing that comes to my mind is............ whether it is possible????????? i mean it looks so out of the world right now..... maybe someday someone like vintedois will do this and then we will feel it "quiet natural"...... but right right now its like ........ there are two other i think descent concerns that i have in mind .... first is that if we apply this concept in cars then do we have that much of magnet on earth to support it... and second concern is that if we will create it through electromagnetic means then will not so much extra magnet create problems with the earth's magnetic field apart from interfering with our gadgets used in daily life.... i do not know whether it is any hindrance or we can in any way go through it... just what came to my mind instantaneously....by the way i would like to say that it is a very nice topic.... so keep thinking and keep writing ...ok bye...

hello friends,the topic started by my dear friend plenoptic is, i can say, quite awry..... quiet sort of inconceivable... why??? because mathematics is so much entrenched in our life that it is tough to even think of a situation when there is no mathematics...by the way i am a firm believer in the fact that mathematics is not just the language of the world but the whole universe.... again yuo can ask why??? because of the fact that everything around us in the universe fits so well in terms of mathematics, after we discover in mathematical terms about that particular thing, that i feel that mathematics is not something invented by us humans, but it is some sort of inherent property of the universe that we just discovered and are still discovering in certain areas.... because if mathematics would have been something invented by us then i feel that each and every region in the world must have been having there own form of mathematics, like we have different languages... but since mathematics was discovered, therefore whether it was calculus discovered by newton in England or value of pie discovered by aryabhatta in India, all are consistent... because mathematics is the common language throughout the universe... that is why one of my favorite pictures is "contact", because the same point is used in there....by the way i feel that, as in the topic, if there would have been no mathematics in our lives then i feel that there would have been no difference between a human being and say aaaaaaaaa rattle snake...ok bye friends.... keep writing..

there are many things in moto,on the positive side the material they use is of the topmost quality its not chinese ........the body ,texture and the pads are topmost quality ,,,,,on the negative side comes the servicing thing ...its worst few days back my moto rokr got moistened as i kept the phone on the wet table ...its was working fine but there were few deoplets inside the screen so i rushed to moto service center ...as asked them to dry my phone.they came out ans said we cant repair you have to change the mother board which will cost 10000 rs. (frustating ) then i went to nehru place i got my phone dry in 200 rs. this is really funny . the guys in the moto sentre are inexperienced . so be aware dont ever let your phone in water especially in water .

Hello friends,nice to hear from you all...first of all i would like to thank tikiprincess for pointing out that i started such kind of thread earlier also.... i would like to clear that first.. there are two reasons for that... first one is that the topic i am trying to discuss here is different from there but it needs the same base to start off... that is why it looks like repeated in the starting... secondly, it was a long time back that i was active in that older thread so i forgot that i ahd started some that sort of thread... otherwise maybe i would have continued in that.... and third, i am so much amazed by and interested in these sort of theories, that is theories relating to universe, big bang, stars, cosmos etc., that you will find many closely related yet different threads on these sort of topics... which may give you deja vu feeling again . Now coming on to the point that was put up by some of my friends, that whether the two universes should have intermixed, i have written that what if there is some sort of layer, like that of a balloon, around our universe which makes us collide with others but yet keeps us apart...just imagination ok bye... keep writing...

hi friends,i feel that the topic i am discussing is quiet interesting because it leads to many possibilities by having just one simple fact in mind.... and that fact is that everything is relative... nothing is too big or too small or too fast or too slow.... everything can be discounted by something else... so our universe though very big could be like a ball in some other universe...also before starting i would like to add that the theory that i am trying to tell is just my imagination and it is as such without any proof or any scientific material about it is not there... one thing is there that i would also like to say... i feel that when it comes to these kind of weirdo theories no one should straight away discard them... that is i think not right and this is done by some of the persons.. the reason being that i feel there is no theory which can be definitely proved to be wrong or right... even some of the biggest theories were discarded in the starting and some of the most acclaimed theories were found to be not correct lately... actually from this i remember the incident that was explained in stephen hawkings book ' a brief history of time' in the first chapter... in it when an old woman suggest that the universe is mounted on the top of a turtle and there is an infinite chain of turtles one below the other, the author does not negate that theory, though it is pretty weird.. Why??? because you can not prove it wrong and till that time you can not negate it...now coming over to my imagination... scientists are these days busy finding the answer to the question that what made big bang happen.... and that there was nothing outside that point when the big bang happened... what i feel is that what if there was another world outside that point and what if big bang would have happened by the collision of two such particles... and may be the two particles are having so well crafted boudaries or shells that we feel that there is nothing outside it... the point is that i feel that there must be something for an explosion like that to happen... it feels quiet weird to believe that there was this one particle resting for billions of billions of years in , we do not know what whether space or liquid or as scientists say nothing, eventually exploding without any reason.... that is why i have this feeling that maybe we are in a universe which is among billions of billions of universe, some of which are still waitnin for collision to start their big bang.....quiet weird???? i know ...but since this great website of ours is a place just for these kind of things, that is discussing your dreamy thoughts that is why i have written this...ok bye friends... freely criticise anything in it if you want to because this is just my imagination... and there can be 'n' number of errors in it.... but please criticise it in good taste...ok bye...

hello buddy,i thought that it would be good if i be the first one to reply back...nice post buddy...you have i think put a lot of mind in that....but what u have written can lead to two things...one is that either there is nothing of the sort of destiny and hence is according to what you are trying to prove...the other way to look at it is as if maybe there is a fixed destiny and it does not chnage according to what we do in present...so one angle makes the destiny thing illogical and one way makes it more strong....chalo...maybe someone else will put some more points to clear it up...ok bye...keep writing...

hello friends,though i am a very rational person and i do not believe in superstiotions and believe in the supremacy of the laws of physics, but still i have to say that i believe that we have a sixth sense... and i hope that we some day find a scientific reason behind this....though i can just think and imagine of one which i will discuss later...first of all i would like you to know that why i believe in sixth sense so strongly...the reason being that i experience deja vu almost atleast once a month... also apart from that there are some other experiences also which happen quiet regularly which make me believe in sixth sense.... first of all the deja vu part...like other people who have this deja vu experience for a small instantaneous time i would say that i am have experienced more lengthier time periods of this thing ... in fact there have been instances where it has happened for 2-3 minutes and i have been able to predict to myself that what next the person in front of me will do or say...just 3-4 days back i was sitting on my computer and my mother, father and brother were talking... at one point of time i felt that i have seen all these scenes as well as talks before also...then i felt that now a phone call will come and it did happened....before i could have told someone the phone bell rang up....but i have been able to tell my brother i think 1 or 2 times that look this will happen next... i am telling all this very seriously and i am not joking....also there have been instances where i was able to sense that what is in the future....and this has also happened many times...like i would like to tell you people the last one...i went to drop my brother to the bus stop....he got into the bus and when the bus started i had this strong feeling that if i did not overtake the bus then it will malfunction somewhere...but i delibrately did not overtook it...and what a shock i was in for...when my brother came back in the evening he told me that the bus had a flat tyre just after 10 minutes of ride....and these kind of things keep happening regularly with me...so what i think about this is maybe there might be certain extremely small pockets of very strong gravitational or other kind of pulls which might just fold the space time curvature so that it becomes like a roll... so when we pass through them we see for an instantant the future... one can ask that if the force of gravitation there is so high then why doesn't it pull us or any other substance...the point is that maybe that force is working on a very very small area so that it is quite great for that area but not of any substance in our big world...like the charge on an electron is so high in terms of charge per unit area but in real world the charge on a single electron is negligible...now coming on the second thing that was discussed in these posts...dreams...one person said, and i beleive that scientists and doctors also say the same, that dreams are like just scrambled images of what we have seen till date...i would beg to differ on that also...because some dreams that i remember have scenes, places and faces that i have certainly not seen before that dream...i dont know whether those scenes, places or faces exist or not in reality....but one thing is sure that i have never seen certain of those things which i have seen in my dreams...and the last point that was raised in this post was that of ...human energy...so my dear friends i think that it has been scientifically proven upto a certain level that bodies emit certain kind of electromagnet energy...so may be that is the reason behind all that we experience...this is a nice post....i will keep visiting it and i would like others to also write in this post...ok bye friends...keep writing..

hello friends,i think shadowx has given us quiet an interesting starting point to discuss... first of all i would like to tell you my dear friend shadowx that as you have mentioned that there will be impulses sent to your brain directly and these impulses will be very instantaneous and short lived...so it would not be like that once you wear the headgear then you are out of this world and into the game...you would very well be aware of what is happening around you in the real world....the impulses will be short lived and instantaneous just to create a little bit more anxiety, excitement and real feeling...so the player can himself stop the game and its not as if someone else would be required to stop the game....i think that answers your doubt my dear friend...actually it was once shown on , i think most probably, discovery channel...it was a headgear with leather straps in cross fashion over your head...there was some instrument on the inside of that strap which gave electrical impulses similar to those sent to our minds when we have any feeling that is there in the game...by the way i am only concerned if there can be any damaging effects of that on us....like when you play a video game for a lon stretch, like 3-4 hours at once, for some time after that, when you close your eyes or in general also it feels like there is some part of the game still with you...i am just thinking that what would happen when you stand up after playing this kind of game for some time....in which your brain is given electrical impulses...would your brain function properly...i cant say...but i would like the government to check that aspect thouroughly before allowing any such kind of thing...ok bye friends...keep writing..

hello friends, its been long time away from Xisto and hence you people...i was sort of missing the experience of sharing thoughts on Xisto...but i was busy with something very important...in fact my account got suspended so i will have to slog it hard now... as far as the topic is concerned, i think its quite interesting if you start to think about it deeply...at first it seems like total creepy kind of thing but once you start thinking more and more about it you fall in a trench of thought... after much thought i came to the conclusion that i should vote for the second option...the reason being that after much thought i came to the conclusion that the major reason cited, that of women cycle, can best be justified as due to moon cycles just by superstiotion and in no ways scientifically...its just my thought ...i am not saying that i must be right.... the reason is that like we all know that tides rise and fall because of gravitational pull of moon...similarly i can understand that there can be some effect on our blood flow and harmones due to this same activity...but how can it be the reason for a thing that does not involve gravity at all... i am a boy so i dont know much about the women cycles....but as far as my understanding is, it is a process that takes place all 28 days in some form or the other....like first there is starting period then middle then end or something like that...whereas the moon has its effect even on the tides just for some days in that 28 days period, when it is near earth....so my point is that what about the rest of the days out of those 28 days when moon does not have any effect.... that is why i think that it is nothing but just a coincidence that the cycle of both moon and women is 28 days...there are many more examples of these kind of coincidences....like similarity between the solar system and model of an atom...though one does not affect the other at any level yet there general models are so similar... just correct me if i am wrong anywhere because there are many areas in this post about which i have very little knowledge.... ok bye friends...keep writing...

hi takashiro and all other friends, takashiro, as you have said that you don't believe in UFO(Unidentified Flying Object) because you have not seen one, i would like to say that neither me nor most of the people out there have ever seen an unidentified flying object...but i do believe in these things...WHY?...because it would be stupid to believe that out of these billions of billions of billions of galaxies and each galaxy having billions of billions of billions of stars that is all in all a total of about ten raised to the power of twenty four stars we are the only intelligent beings.... therefore the reason for my believing in these objects is twofold....first of all i believe that so many people cannot be liars...we have so many people confirming to the fact that they have seen these unidentified objects, some even saying that they were kidnapped by these aliens...so why so many people would tell a lie...secondly as i have told it would be foolish to believe that among such a high probability ( with so many stars out there) there must not be any beings who might be travelling freely in space...that would be totally foolish, i think. by the way as would know about me i believe a lot in these alien things...actually my point is that if you try to find a connection between these aliens and the mythology around the world you can see a sort of very direct connection...all the things seem to fit in so perfectly.... if you wanna know about my thoughts related to that you can go to my topic in 'My Ideas, Theories, Possibilities, Innovation'. the topic in it is ' Aliens or Ancestors or Some kind of god'...i am giving the url....it is nice ... i hope you will enjoy it...Topic link ok bye friends...keep writing...

hello stormsinger and other friends,i feel that your idea is very good stormsinger...i feel that i can help you out in places where decision making tasks are involved...i am not so good in coding but i am a good manager, i think. also i like playing these sort of games therefore i think i can give you tips about things that i feel are either wrong or missing in other these sort of games....i wish you best of luck for your endeavour..to start with, in the start you had said that you are thinking over two things....one is the time factor that is in which age to place the game and the second is whether it should be three d or two d...also you had said that you want to place more emphasis on political analysis and strategy making rather than just fancy fights...i am writing this post just to tell you that if you stick to your idea of giving more stress on strategy making than just fighting then it will be a very good and slightly different game from other such games...since your real decision making ability is tested more in peacetime than in times of war therefore i feel that if you will put more stress on political decision making then it will be great test of ones capabilities...also i feel that instead of having the time span of past, like medieval ages etc., i feel that if you place your game in future than it will be great....there are, i feel, two good points regarding this....first your game will be different from most of the games like these since most of the popular strategy making games are based on historical events...so if you put it in future then you can have your own wars created and own kingdoms made and also you will be different....the second good thing is that the scope of the game will increase..why so??...because then you can give the players not only the option of winning kingdoms etc. on earth but even on other planets...i feel that if you add in some way some sort of intergalactic type of things in your game then it will be amazing...also i feel that the game should be in two d and not in three d....because three d will shift the concentration of you as well as your players from the basic aim...for you the basic aim i feel should be not justto build visually great game but strategically sound game...and for players also strategy making must be the focus not just roaming around in great environments...by the way this is what i feel...if you would like to discuss something else then i am always open...i wish you best of luck..ok bye...keep writing..

hello friends,nice to hear from so many of you...i thought that it would be a very dull topic ...but still i was able to get so many replies is nice...now for you my dear friend hitmanblood... i would beg to differ with you on the account of einstein...though i agree with you on other two accounts...einstein was really a great person...he was not just a manipulator....the things that he discovered may not be quite useful in our daily lives but they are quite important and original work....maybe we dont know much about his work just because it is quite abstract...one simple one... the law that light travels at same speed irrespective of the speed of the source or the observer was given and proved by einstein only...and that law is the cornerstone of many laws based on that and our aeroplanes and satellite navigation system...also his "original" laws about black holes and other galactic phenomenon have been checked lately and found to be correct and of great practical importance....i would like to see if someone else can add about some more discoveries of Sis Einstein....i am a great fan of him and i have a big poster of him in my room...ok bye...keep writing...signing off...Amit..

hi friends,i think that the theory is quite coool, interesting and researchable..that is what i feel because it makes a lot of sense... i think it is just one more, easier one though, way of telling the theory of relativity....since everything is relative you cannot say that this is big and this is small....and then when you start looking at things like proposed in the given theory it makes a lot of sense...seriously...if i were a Phd Physics student then i would have given it a shot... a serious shot...maybe what if we are sort of a molecule in another bigger world of bigger people...or maybe there is another world of bacterias or viruses or things like that which are smaller than even quarks which we are not able to see through today's microscopes....so if keeping this theory in mind we start wandering our mind in the direction of microscopes, that is the smallest, and telescopes, that is the farthest, then we have many opportunities....i may feel like not making sense right now but i am not able to express myself correctly right now...that is it....still lovely theory....i would like to see some more replies on this topic...ok bye...keep writing....signing off..Amit...

hi friends,sorry dazappa... i would beg to differ with you on both fronts....first of all that heating in deserts issue...there are many problems in it....first of all as posted in last post the amount of water needed is too much for total population that this thing is not practical...secondly if we think for once that its possible then what about cooling it down back to water as pointed in last post...third one is the political issue... as we see there are so many wars been fought over petrol then can you imagine what would happen if a bunch of countries hold the key to lives of the people of whole world....you see you can live without petrol...though you will face too many problems but still somehow you can manage....but what without water.... so if the water resource will be in the hand of just a few countries then i think it will be a very precarious situation....also if after all that we assume that ok water is being treated in deserts then can you imagine the cost of transportation....it would make it non feasible at the outset...as far as your solar cell thing is concerned i feel that that is also not possible, atleast in the near future...because of such low efficiency of solar panels they are not even able to provide the target set for them of electricity output of the world even today...so i don't feel that it will be possible to have such solar cells which can generate electricity to provide water for the world...i am placing my bet on nuclear fusion....i feel that within the next 20 years generating electricity through fusion will become feasible and profitable and then we will have almost unlimited source of energy....then we can easily use that electricity for desalineation.....that is what i feel.....if anyone disagrees with me then please do write...i prefer critics more than followers...since critics make you learn a lot...ok bye friends...keep writing...

hi there,i think that yours is a good project and if you are able to make it well then it can become popular...but what i feel after playing these kind of games are some points that i would like to discuss...first of all i would like you to have, as you have said again and again, that there must be a big political part because i think that is where, strategy making, most games lose out. more than your skills in combat and other war time situations i would like to play agame that tests your skills in peacetime and negotiating in deals that will be profitable for your clan...anyone can easily make strategies during fighting but its very difficult and different ball game in peacetime situations...also i would like to differ you on the point of settings...i think the settings should not be medieval but futuristic...the reason being that almost all of the popular games today are set in medieval period...so this feature will set your game apart from others...also this feature will allow greater , what can i say, game area and opportunities since you can control greater area and have bigger goals like winning world and then maybe if you make it intergalactic then winning the worlds....so think about it and i feel that your decision to have 2D is quite right...because 3D will divert your attention from the logic part to more of the development part...also those who will be playing , i think, will also be able to concentrate much better where they are required if the game will be 2D...ok bye for now....do discuss your project with us, your friends on Xisto, whether its technical, logical or any other....and do remember to send complimentary first few copies to us:)bye to all....keep writing...

hi friends,i totally agree with you that internet is one of the biggest inventions till date....but i would beg to differ on the fact that why is it so famous...i think that first of all a person interacts in this virtual environment for some sort of need like e mail or booking a ticket or for children just playing some game....so the first step is need ....but then i think that the reason for its popularity are many...of course versatality is definitely one reason...you can have internet for thaousands of work....then you can connect with your friends, family, relatives so easily with the help of internet...but i feel the reason for its ultimate popularity is that when you are sitting in front of your personal computer you are like king....you can do whatever you want on your personal computer...and manipulate the virtual world easily....and in a sense it feels like as you are not doing it in virtual world but in real world....i m not able to express myself clearly...the point is it gives you a sense of power and you feel as if you can do anything ....no matter its in virtual world...but at that time you feel like you are doing it in reality....i guess that is the reason for the popularity of "Second world" and games like that...for example while chatting and other stuff like that you just forget that you are sitting in front of personal computer and thousands of kilometers apart...you feel as if you are together...i think the reason for internet's popularity is this feeling ...the feeling of virtual reality...this is what i think....if someone has some other reason or reasons then please do write...ok bye folks ....have fun...

hi friends,how r u all????can not tell u exactly about how i feel about your project ghostrider....but on the face of it it sounds interesting and useful...what i feel is that one thing is important that you find a way to connect it to mobile somehow...because that is where reminders will be helpful...if you will send reminders through e mail or something like that it will not be so helpful since when people will be seeing there reminders they will be working on their personal computers and when they will log out and go to work then they might forget about that...that is why i feel that you must have it connected to mobile somehow...though i feel that there might be some else same sort of thing in the market now, and i advise you to first check through searching that whether something like that exists or not, but i feel that your project is definitely worth giving a shot...best of luck to you for your project.... and keep informing us so that we can give you some inputs....if you want to...ok ...bye to all..
