Personally, I think that creative makes good speakers, not the best, but kind of on the ihgh end side. If you want your speakers to sound good for gaming or hard rock music, altec lansing would be your best choice as the sub-woofer is built to produce stronger bass. But if you just want it for quality easy listening, Creative speakers are your best choice. I'm not sure about creative speakers but I can introduce a few good ones to you.Creative's I-Trigue 3200 is consider a low end one which cost only $80I-Trigue L3450 is consider and mid range speaker which cost $130I-Trigue 3600 is consider a high end one which cost $150I-Trigue 3200 and L3450 speaker have micro titanium drivers where as for I-Trigue 3600 has NeoTitanium Micro Drivers. They produces clearer sounds and a bass which doesn't hum as much as altec's sub-woofers.But if you're planning to get a set of good speakers, consider getting a good sound card too.I myself am using a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS PCMCIA sound card and a Creative P7800 7.1 Speaker. The sound produced are just sweet.

I created my first website on geocities. I created it, because I needed webspace to upload my voice for my yahoo profile. But I think, geocities is the worst place to make any website. So, I started to search the web for free domain and free hosting for making a new website. And at last I reached to Xisto.com. Now that i have already fulfill all requirements for getting a free hosting account on Xisto.com, I can finally start to brainstorm on my site designs. But I do not know, how to describe about my new website which I will be making. Actually, I still have to decide, which type of website I should make.

Well, patience finally paid off, and i'm replying this message while using SuSE 10.0 x86_64. So hope that i can get some pointers here My laptop originally came with only 512mb of RAM and it wasn't enough for me, so i just plugged off the extra 256mb and installed the new 1GB. Right now it's running so nicely if it were a woman, I'd kiss her (I'd kiss any woman i find appealing ) So yeah, just wanted to know, how do I make the taksbar like apples? Those when you hover your mose over and it expands, something like Y'z dock for windows.

Well, i've just downloaded the 64bit version of ubuntu's ISO file and am waiting for my extra RAM to arrive before i install it. So currently I'm still stuck with windows.I also downloaded a SuSE DVD ISO file just to play around with it. But the RAM is suppose to come with my new DVD burner, so yeah, I'm also waiting for that before i can burn the image. Right now all i can do is just stare at screenshots of Ubuntu and SuSE, admiring the interface, and looking at a whooping 3.6GB file on my computer, hahahaha

I am curious to know how others found the thing they love. Because I'm trying to figure out my thing. I thought I had one, a few times now, but... somehow it slipped away. What do you do that makes you happy? That you make beautiful, or that makes you beautiful? That gives you a sense of accomplishment, of victory? That makes you feel like getting up in the morning, that gets you out of bed every day.Work? Family? God? Potato chips?Anything goes. Don't forget to tell us how you found what you love, too.As for me, I found love in a funny way. We met during high school and only got together after graduation.

I was just wondering, cause since windows had been giving me major pi*soff problems, I'm thinking of switching to linux.I heard that FreeBSD is good for beginners, SuSE too, and so is Fedora Core. So which one would be the best recommendation for a total linux illiterated user like myself?

I'm not sure about my laptop, but I wouldn't be worried about it as it has good air ventalation. As for my server, a Pentium 4 2.4GHz, idling temperature is about 28 degrees celsius, with a customized copper heatsink, a good thermal compund, and 2 back fans.

Computer beeps beep for a reason. Like normally when you start up your computer, it only beeps once shot beep. When it's a RAM issue, it beeps longer and so forth. But for your case, I'm guessing it might be a heat problem.

Although the camera is good, but there's only one thing I don't really like about it, and that's it's too fragile. The reason they didn't put in the vibrator for the phone is because they're afraid that the vibration might crack the lens.

Well, to me, it's really nice, considering that I am graphic illterated. But i'm still trying to learn, by clicking around photoshop, spending about 5 hours in school, -
Personally, I would go for 3-Com, not sure if you've heard of that brand before, but it has been serving me well for quite a long time now.I've seen it being strike by lightning about 1 or 2 times and it's still functioning well.I've used d-link before and didn't really like it because the configuration is kind of messy.I would also reccomend linksys, also another brand that's good.As for net gear, I've heard "not-so-good" feedbacks about it, but haven't realy tried it yet.

Maybe in 50 to 100 years, we;d be playing "IN" the game itself, who knows?I've heard about those before, they're called virtual games, but it might be improved to make users/players feel like as if they're "IN"the game it self.As for CPU speeds doubling every few months, in 50 to 100 years, they had better think of a way to cool down processors faster than the processor it self heats up.

if there were flying cars already, how will the birds survive ;)It's like the cars have taken over their "land" and that doens't reallt look good for them

My friend is using one, and I've seen the card in action as well. In Need For Speed 2, with all of the options turned to the highest, the graphics, are just amazing. We also tested it on splinter cell chaos theory, again with all options turned to the highest, graphics came out very nicely.

My opinion is, if you would want free internet call, go for skype. I've been using skype for quite some time now and the voice is just nice, although a few seconds delay because my girlfriend is in asia and i'm here in the US. But other than that, i can hear her loud and clear. But if you're only planning to type text, MSN would be a better choice.

With so much hard disks you have, why no consider getting a few BIG ones, like 400GB IDE, then you'll have hard disk space calculated in TB(Tera btyes)

I've experienced those kind of situations before. ALWAYS get interupted when it get's to the good part....Guess I really need to find a place without anything so that i can finish up before i wake up.
