    ooooh oooh I just thought of it why don't you try putting a blank image for a background to use it as a filler to expand it?or did you try resizing the table in the css?

    I posted the image to what i was referring to but I think I have to is core out the inside of template and hten go from their.

    if worse case senario with the template i have to just core out the inside and then just go from their.

    if thats the case I shouldn't be having this problem then with this size of the image. But it comes out the full image when i max it out with the armount of characters that i need to do it.

    well my other problem is that im using a imaged background as well so thats why i need to stretch the image out .it would have been fine if I used it without the background and just used the normal background of the website.

    the question is I need to stretch the whole image out from left to right with out the need to put text in it and then use a <div> tag for the content.

    To pretty much sum it up your reinstalling your computer and worse case senerio you getting yourself a new hard drive.

    yeah I agree I would just stick with one forum I would get rid of the topsite unless its a mod to one of the forums, if its not a mod i suggest getting a topsite mod it will clean it up just a bit also another suggestion would be ot archive your older posts on your forums as well.

    Ok I been searching for days now on a half way descent tutorial on how to do a Image Roll Over Drop Down Menu in CSS without the use of javascript, I been seeing alot of the suckerfish set up but of course no one goes in to detail on how to set up the image rollover version of it. Plus I don't want the dhtml or the javascript setup just good ole pure css.     well SOTM was going to be started depending on the outcome of sotw when the gfxtrap website first started but we need to build on sotw to start sotm.actually we been doing it like that 1 week for entries 1 week to vote then during the voting entries would be posted up for next weeks sotw.But for me it was the workload though which has been reduce literally, which is good for me.

    bad choice of text which includes (being to small, pixelated)background needs work you need to grunge it just enough to not show the pixel stretch and add more color to it as well. Also the background does not go with with the color of the render.The render even though the blending look good it just doesn't fit with the background that you have.4/10

    $5 bucks says that a news report will come out that it was bogus, so the government and FDA will cover it up and destroy any evidence that it actually work remember people need to make the money.

    well thats easy i prefer light for profession layouts and dark color layouts for clan/fan/personal sites. But it also depends on what colors you use for the layouts to looks right.

    thats easy do it like this Step 1 Create a Table set up or if you use css do the same thing Step 2: set the image as a background <td background="yourimagehere.jpg">place javascript here</td> Step 3: Put your javascript into that table and it should work.

    well I got board and with SOTW #26 wanting to do user bars I created one for gfxtrap.com so enjoy.

    I gave it a little animation boost just for effect nothing to outstanding.

    only the 3rd sig looks good wit hthe second one should have grunge the render to match the background, animation would have look better if the lines were given more detail.

    and i didn't need to put the effort in it also Entry deadline: Feb 25th. Voting starts the following Monday. so you can vote for SOTW #25 and #26 and the same time. to catch up and then once these are done go back to the single SOTW.

    the reason it was themed like that especially with this one using filters, is to keep people from doing the same thing over and over again and thus making it dull.Also with all the resources on the net concerning sig designing is at your disposal. also finding the right tutorial that would fit with SOTW theme is not hard either. yeah some people have an advantage of where to go and all that and I know i mentioned those sites several times in my posts. its not the question of they want to do it, its the question of how to do it just right to be on a level playing field.
