The PHP version is set to the most stable release as determined by Cpanel.Recently, We tried to upgrade to 5.X.X on EPSILON and DELTA. The result was, Many libraries (eg. GD, gettext, imap etx) were not installed and scripts started failing. We will upgrade the PHP version, but it will be done later when Cpanel declares its totally safe.

When cleaning the LASER LENS, Please do not use Chemicals like Alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide.In some drives, it might work wonders, but in some drives, it can react with the chemical present in the lens to screw it up totally. The best thing to use would be clean water and lint free cloth.

This depends on what network is your company blocking. If you company is blocking you from opening sites in US or outside your country, then it won't display. You will atleast see a directory listing. IF you try to access some file which you dont have it on server, it will not be displayed and you will get illegal access error. Put an index.html file in your directory. Only NAMESERVER change is required. Give 1-2 days for propagation.

Your site gameconsolegrab was DDOSed massively. As a result, our entire network was affected.5 Techs worked round the clock getting back things under control. The affected server was ALPHA and the clients hosted on it did face some problems. However, the problem was rectified immediately and only suspected sites were being suspended.
