It's very fast and very good when you want to search something.I'm using my mums laptop at the moment which has three tabs for her homepage. She has Ninemsn (for some strange reason), her facebook profile and Google. I'd prefer if it was just Google so it would load quickly, but unforunately its not. harrison858 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2008 For my homepage, I use Yahoo. Not really bad once you get used to it. Has a news tab in the center and tells you what's going on. Personally, I like it. I use Google for search but yahoo for up-to-date news reports and videos. My mom uses yahoo for her e-mail, but I use G-Mail for mines. It's very fast and very good when you want to search something.Dear friend actually I am using Opera and instead of setting a home page in it I prefer to set about blank in it and I have set nine speed dial sites out there. Its a facility provided by Opera. Due to which as soon as you start your browser you have nine sites in front of you to be browsed. And thats why I use it some times due to some simple reason I also switch to Internet explorer too and there I have sent my home page as yahoo so that I could be viewing my mailbox when ever I need.? I use Mozilla Firefox 3.0.X So there is in left side, I have many search engines like google, yahoo, ebay, amazon and Xisto.com too. I use them when I need this. It used to be google, but I changed my mind, and now I even unfortinately read something iteresting from their news, and that's good. Also, their 'client search' is better than the one in google, and when you want to search for images, it doesn't loads in a new page, but on the same one, it just switches tabs, which I think is great. ORene 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2009 I don't really have a homepage since I use chrome... it shows up a page with the pages I visit the most so I can choose which one I want to see in that moment... but definitely my webpage would be Google, 75% of the time I use the internet is to research something, and Google is the best at that!
